Is clover-dublin.com Legit?

Order 3 pairs of shoes, none fit when they arrived. Websit says "We deliver your order free of charge in Ireland, with low CO2 emissions, so your goods arrive safely and quickly wherever you are".Order took 3 weeks to arrive and came from China, not Dublin - NOT low CO2!Impossible to return, argued with the company for a week to try to get them to accept a return, eventually get them to refund me about 75% of the cost and I am keeping the shoes (will gift them to a charity!) - Terribly misleading shop and awful experience

I don't even want to give one star but wish to warn others NOT to buy from them ever. It is a scam and they have a front of being an Irish company but in fact it is a factory in China copying others designs. Horrible quality and impossible to return. Despite the offer of 30 days money back guarantee n their website, I was offered 15% refund to keep the dress, an exchange or discount on my next purchase. They keep mentioning promoting sustainability and a greener planet, which is a joke. I wish I read comments beforehand to avoid purchasing from them in the first place. AVOID!

Do NOT order from Clover Dublin - really cheap products/materials nothing like the pics on website & all made in Asia, ordered size small dress, would fit 2 of me in it. Returns are to be paid by the customer & return address is Asia!!!!! total rip off AVOID IT

Why is it called Clover Dublin??an absolute disgraceful company, I’ve also tried to return the dress I bought, almost impossible to get a return number, so many emails offering discounts and telling how expensive it is to return to Asia!!NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE

Requested return label, having refused a 20% or 50% discount on their website (I don't want to buy anything from them ever again). They emailed instructions for return to China (how Is this Clover Dublin??) asking for tags and invoice, which were not included in the package sent to me. They want the item tracked which will cost me more. I'm going to Visa to start a refund process....

Scam, rubbish, scamIf I could give 0 stars I would. Bought orthopedic shoes, never seen such bad quality 😰. It's a joke - paper shoes. Returning process I believe will be long as they are sending emails with offers 😱I would never go again. Please don't waist your money.

I wish I had seen reviews before ordering I could kick myself for checking shoes are disgraceful this company needs shutting down . They do have a couple though so need to be more careful

Similar to all the other reviews, this is a scam. I did get the clothes I ordered but they were too small and awful quality. When you ask to return they keep sending discounts but no return address. I should have read these reviews before purchasing...lesson learned...do not touch this company.

Do not buy from these.Worst experience of ordering online ever. If I could give it a minus 5, I would. It's a totally scam. I ordered a dress, it was so badly made. The size was much bigger than the actual ordered size. Excess material. When I tried to return, they kept emailing me, to give me options for 15% off , or 20% off than than return or a full refund. They said that the return would cost me 25€.This is a totally scam.

I ordered a dress it was delayed then finally arrived and it was nothing like the advert. The size small was enormous, the dress didnt flow material was like a waterproof tablecloth plus there were threads hanging out of it. I could not get a number for Clover but ended up sending 4 emails to try get a refund! Still havent received it. They kept offering me options like 15% refund or sending the dress back would cost 25 euros so they would give me the remaining 6 euros back, or keep product and give me a percentage in vouchers to spend there again! They kept referencing the environment but have no problem having their clothes made in Asia and shipped here. Would not give me Irish address to return it too. Its a joke, false advertisement and no returns customer service.

I ordered clothing on line on July 16. The tracking system was very bad and I emailed demanding an explanation. I got emails from two separate addresses saying there were delays. The parcel arrived today but there was no advanced notification.This is not an Irish company (it may be registered in Ireland) and its certainly not in Grafton Street. The clothes say they are made in China and don't resemble the pictures on line. I will not be using them again.

This is a scam company pure and simple. Cheap mass produced Chinese junk. Orthopaedic shoes (€39.95) cheap plastic knock offs. Based in cape town certainly not Dublin. Customer service nothing but Bull poo, Returns must be made to China at a cost of €25.pity I didn’t see this site before ordering. They won’t care one bit about a poor review, they will happily continue to scam people. I will be reporting them to the consumer protection.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANYThey are not based in Dublin, they ship shapeless clothes in huge sizes, from China, the worst rubbish I have ever seen. I ordered small and I could fit 2 of me into them. They describe the clothes I bought as cotton on their website - the clothes are polyester and viscose. This is a total scam website, posing as a Dublin company. They will only refund if you pay for the return of the clothes to China, which for 2 very light tops, is €25 - according to this company. Absolute nonsense customer service also, by email.

Horrible , cheap quality. Nothing like the items that are on their website. The top is different colour than the dress, they don't even match. Trying to return it but I doubt that there is any return policy.

Processed my dress order twice and made it very complicated to return second order of the same dress which i was charged for. Still ongoing. Poor quality, not like the photo.

Mis leading website, they are not based in Dublin at all, ship everything from China like so many more these days, so just go direct! This explains the delivery delays

Ordered a dress and leather bag, bag is definitely not leather, dress is very poor quality. I was scammed, website makes you think you are buying from a shop in Dublin but items come from china, avoid at all costs ,if I could give zero stars I would 🤬

Do not buy from this site. Jacket received is nothing like the jacket in the picture. Absolutely disgraceful service. I got a very polite email saying my clothes order was delayed due to high traffic on their website. I tracked the order to find out it’s coming from China- despite being an Irish store??? What a joke

Clothes nothing like advertised, Cheap rags .. totally annoyed with myself for falling for this..Both 3 crap items.. waiting to see if I can return. You have to wait on return instructions!!
