Is cloudnord.net Legit?

This is by far one of the best hosting services I've ever used! The staff is friendly, the servers have low ping, and the pricing is very budget-friendly. My friends and I have really enjoyed the server. Highly recommended!

Wild spent days helping me get the plugins for my server up and running, was always extremely kind and patient, and even helped me find a better alternative to a plugin that I was wanting to use! I've submitted a few tickets so far, and everyone who's helped me has been equally pleasant and helpful. Honestly, I've received better service from the folks here than I have from huge corporations!

Used the Service for a small minecraft server between friends. Never had any trouble with the server and found it pretty easy to do things like add mods and datapacks to adjust as we needed, never experienced any lag or downtime either.If you have any questions or requests I've always gotten an answer right away using the ticketing system.

Good response time! I understand it's not feasible to expect a near-instant reply, especially so early in the morning for a smaller team. The reply solved the issue on the spot and was informative as well. We also got the answer to another question that helped us plan ahead and appreciate that greatly. I understand why the soft cap and hard cap are not necessarily advertised, but it was very nice to get full answers on that for our server as it's been up and running since Alpha release and we want a stable home for it moving forward.

CloudNord’s support has been amazing from the start. At first I had issues with a friend who couldn’t connect to my Minecraft server and later, there was a problem when two people on the same network tried to join at the same time. The owner responded quickly and helped fix everything. He moved my server to a different node and provider without any trouble and now it works perfectly for everyone. What stood out to me was how patient and helpful he was - always willing to try different things until the issues were solved. For the price, the server performance is really impressive - no one’s lagging with 250+ mods installed.

I purchased a high end server for MC off cloud nord. Their services and servers have so far been great quality and I would recommend them to anyone! Edit: I now have multiple servers with them, all run really great! Had no issues with lag or anything.Also customer service has been great. Especially Mark! Thanks for all your help.

Bro I wish more companies behaved and cared about their customers like these guys. Any single problem I have, they have the solution. EXTREMELY high technical knowledge about very complex technical issues.

So yeah, I've had a terrible time with the hosting service for CloudNord's Minecraft server. It seems so poorly made since most of the links don't work anyway. They use some of the worst edited Pterodactyl panels with the worst add-ons. I don't recommend CloudNord in the slightest; it's unprofessional. Their TOS has dummy values that never changed, so you can see they don't put effort into something like that.

Besides the fact that there is absolutely no lag for us when playing, the support service that these guys provide is amazing! Issac & Wild (and everyone else that talked through the support ticket) were really responsive, kind, and understanding with my issues. Cloudnord is the only service we're gonna be using from now on for minecraft! >:]

Amazing support. Coming from someone who's used a variety of other server hosts and has witnessed their falls after they got their foot within the market, I can safely say that CloudNord won't be going anywhere, and their support will always remain the best of the best. No other server host will provide such a good panel/bang-for-the-buck, and an amazing support team. Any issues you have, you can reach out to them and they'll guide you through whatever it is you're struggling with. Best server host, in my opinion.

These guys are phenomenal! Discord support was such a great way to get help and support. The ticket system is so smooth. Isaac Sandhu was kind, friendly, quick to respond! Server ran nicely and didn't cost too much to have running. The website was extremely easy to navigate and offered a wide range of options for mods. Using this service felt very transparent and simple even for inexperienced users.There was an issue that caused us to be unable to connect to the server after we attempted to update the modpack on it to the latest version and we were unable to connect for just over a fortnight. Support went deeper into solving this issue than almost any other customer support I've dealt with and once the server was back up and running they gave us a free extension to make up for the lost time.

My minecraft server was running smoothly, best price for performance ratio ive seen so far for such service. I thought it sounds too good to be true but strangely I had no issues whatsoever. I dont know how the support is though, I had no problems at all myself, the server was easy to setup. But I am basically friendless now so goodbye cloudnord, I will likely return later.
