Super helpful customer service team. Fast to respond and sent out a replacement for my straightener which had developed a fault very quickly with minimal back and forth. The straighteners are very good, as good as GHD.

Very quick service. My straighteners arrived undamaged in very good packaging. The straighteners are great to use, very light, heat up quickly and the heat protecting cover is very useful.

Ordering process was very easy and product received day after order being placed at around 7pm the day before. I had used the straighteners at Lattitude festival as part of the Pink Moon camping experience and was so impressed that I bought some for myself when I got home.

Excellent from start to finish. My Cloud9's were 1 & half years old and the stopped working. Sent them back to be repaired and the send my brand new ones out, even with the personalised name wrote on them like my old ones. Very happy girl.

My experience is based on Cloud Nine’s customer service.Having purchased a pair of Cloud Nine Straighteners at the end of May 2023, I recently noticed ‘chips’ had developed on the plates. They had only been used occasionally, mainly at weekends, and always stored correctly. I contacted Cloud Nine who I have to say were pretty amazing. They told me to return the straighteners to them and they would either repair or replace. They even supplied free return postage.I sent them back the next morning using their prepaid Royal Mail label. The following day, I received several emails from Cloud Nine to firstly say they had received the straighteners to further say they will be despatching a new pair and then finally an email with a DPD tracking number.Lo and behold, the day after this, my new straighteners arrived! From contacting Cloud Nine to receiving the replacement brand new pair was just a few days!!I must add, over the days I spoke with 2 members of the Cloud Nine team. What fabulous ladies they both were. Professional and very friendly. Kudos to you Cloud Nine. It’s been a long time since I have experienced such a high level of customer service.

Ordered some straighteners as mine broke , was hoping would get them asap. Got a notification to say had been delivered this was not the case after looking through it seems the delivery driver had taken them elsewhere and then went to my address but I wasn’t in so left for anyone to take which is obviously what happened so after complaining it’s been put to the delivery company to sort which hasn’t happened , so although the main problem is the delivery company I ordered through these and I would have thought they would have sorted this a lot quicker instead of keep passing me to DPD . I’m now £140 out of pocket and no straighteners.

I had a faulty bottle of magic spray, the pump stopped working. A brand new bottle was sent to me straight away even though I just asked for a replacement pump.

My old pair of cloud 9’s broke last Friday after 9 years of reliable service. Fortunately they broke on payday so I went on the website ordered a new pair and they arrived the next day at 9.30am. Fantastic service would thoroughly recommend to everyone.

Doing the questionnaire to find the the best straighteners for my hair type was easy and not long. Ordering was easy. However disappointed with delivery time, still not received after 5 days, given the cost of the product I was expecting to have the straighteners within a day or 2.

When ordering the shop system automatically inputted my son's address which I didn't notice until after the payment had gone through. I immediately phoned Cloud Nine to amend the delivery address but was told that that wasn't possible once the order had been placed. I find that odd as other places have made amendments to an order without any issues in the past.I then requested to cancel the order so that I could completely redo the order, but apparently that wasn't possible either!I was told that the only thing I could do was wait for the DPD notification to come through and then change the delivery address. I was sceptical as my son lives in Kent, I live in Essex. I was told that would be fine...it wasn't.I was told that my requested address was outside the scope of the dispatch centre, as I suspected.The next morning I received a notification that I had been upgraded and my parcel was now to be delivered to my address in Essex. I think someone at Cloud Nine had intervened and I'm very grateful for that. The parcel did arrive safely but 24 hours after I was told it would with the upgrade. Overall I am happy that my parcel got to me here in Essex and I fully accept that I should have been more diligent but Cloud Ine could surely adjust their systems to allow for either minor alterations or cancel and reorder.
