Is clothcosy.com Legit?

RUN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!I bought a really cute brownish jacket with a cactus and sunset on it (adult small) BUT I received a toddler size plain blue jacket with white sleeves. Clothcosy did not respond to my emails and there is no customer service number for them. By the time I opened the package and disputed the charge with my credit company, it was too late. I was in the middle of selling my house and moving and so I opened the package 1.5 months after receiving it and then I tried to contact Clothcosy for a month before I tried to dispute. This company is not trustworthy and is taking advantage of people! I can't believe they are still around!!!! Spend your money elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!! I purchased 5 items from this site and every single item was so incorrect it was fraudulent. I order jackets with rainbow graphics on them, and I received plain jackets, and one was the wrong color as we;;. I ordered blue sweatpants with a rainbow on the leg, and I received shiny black, cheap pants without a rainbow graphic on them as well. I also order 2 sweatshirts with rainbows and lightning bolts, I received only 1 plain gray shirt. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my kids. It was all cheap trash and NOT AT ALL AS PICTURED. I emailed them that I wish they had just stolen my credit card number and committed fraud outright, why send me garbage products. Totally bizarre experience. Don't be sucked in. The devil is a lie.

Absolute scam. Sent me 3 items completely different from my order. Told me they would give me a 30% refund?! Then stopped answering my emails. Beware that weird font that shows up on Facebook and Instagram ads. Should have known better. Won’t make that mistake again.

Ordered the "modern splicing long sleeve jacket" on 11/30. Today 12/26 a completely different and extremely poor quality moss green "New York" jacket arrived instead. Plastic, tent material that is as thin as you can imagine. BEWARE.

Like everyone says, these guys are total thieves. I ordered three items and paid for expedited shipping (7-10 days). All three items are nothing at all like what I ordered. Different fabrics, different sizes, different colors, different styling, and all very poor quality. As well, my "expedited" order still took over three weeks to arrive. There is no way for me to contact the "company", no way to communicate with them, and they will not allow me to post a review on their website. Don't bother with these jokers.

I order my wife a jacket for christmas on the 6th of December, they didnt ship it till the 24th of December, it just arrived today 1/11/21, during this time i only heard back from them once. The jacket is not what i order and its so freaking cheap, i paid 60 bucks for a cheap ass jacket that looks and feels horrible, not even the size is correct.

They don't deserve even 1 star. They sent me all the wrong items which arrived over a month after my order was placed. Do not shop here!!!!UPDATE: They just offered me a 30% refund and to keep the items, which is what another reviewer had mentioned. I am, of course, refusing this ridiculous offer.

SCAMMERS!!!! I got duped. All came as 3XL when I ordered size S, and nothing was like the advertised photos. When I emailed for a refund, they asked for photos of the products, which I sent, only to receive replies that my photos weren't clear. Absolute BS. So disappointed.

Unfortunately, cannot give less than one star. On an order of 5 items, only 1 item was what I ordered. I cannot, will not wear the other items, they look ridiculous, cheap fabric and style. I should have read reviews before I ordered.

I ordered 2 items on November 13th and they simply never arrived. I received an email today with tracking information which said my order had been returned to sender so am now presuming this is a scam site and I will never see my £60 or the items I ordered. Gutted.

Less than 1 star. This is a scam site. I ordered 2 items and they sent me completely different items. When I asked for a refund they haggles with me for months before giving me a full refund. I guess a David Bowie sweater is too good to be true!

I wish I could give less than one star. They sent me the wrong item (which arrived over a month after my order was placed), and when I REPEATEDLY asked for a full refund, they tried again and again to bargain with me, suggesting I accept a 30% refund and give the item to a friend as a gift. RIDICULOUS. Do not give these thieves your money!!!!

Complete scam website, recieved a parcel but with random items completely unrelated to the order. Do not disappoint yourself I truly believe you have zero chance if getting what you ordered.

What I purchased was a vibrant rainbow sweater, and I received a pastel striped sweater with holes in it. Even calling it a sweater is a stretch, material feels almost like plastic.

Yep, TOTAL SCAM! I should have know better. They steal photos from other companies like “free people” and “aviator nation” and use them as their own. Took two months to get here and it’s nothing like what it was “supposed” to be, complete garbage! Thanks for stealing my money. The website has been taken down too. Thieves!!! Shame on you!!!

Sent me 3XL. Very cheaply made. Have been going back and forth with them since Dec 1st because it also took 2 months to arrive. They ACTUALLY gave me a 100% refund though so that’s why they get 2 stars vs 1.

Ordered a coat received a very different and cheap alternative - its a scam very little response from customer service And because they send something no refund from credit card

I cannot say enough terrible things about this fraudulent company. My experience is similar to pretty much everyone else's here (actually, my mother is the one who ordered from them and I am now the one dealing with them to try to get this issues resolved) - placed order, paid for expedited shipping, did not arrive on time, once it was finally delivered the product was the incorrect size, email reply's have been sporadic and there is an unwillingness to issue a refund and now THE WEBSITE ISN'T EVEN ACTIVE ANYMORE!!!! Cool.

Do not buy from this site!!!! As with all of the other customer reviews, I got the run around and when my item finally arrived it was completely different to what I'd ordered.

Products are cheaply made and of poor quality, It took two months to get here !!!!!My first experience was perfect THE CLOTHES I ORDERED ARE NOT GOOD I placed an order on 1/18/2021 for a few dresses & a blouse from them but after several weeks they sent 3 dresses which I have not ordered. On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this HELP four zero seven seven6eight 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘻𝘦𝘳𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY hit or miss" quality products I would definitely suggest trying them instead.

I placed my order for a beautiful rainbow striped sweater with vibrant colors. I received a striped pastel sweater (not rainbow) with holes all along the bottom. There is also a lit up the side that I can't believe was put there for fashion purposes. Tip for consumers:I thought because the clothes were a little more expensive that they would be good quality, but they are not. The typical very low quality material and product you would usually receive from a company shipping from China. Products used:I purchased a sweater and a pair of pants. I am throwing both in the trash. They were sent from China, so no point in trying to return them.
