Dreadful quality prints. Nothing like what was advertised - and extremely expensive (300 USD). Avoid these scammers.

Bought a 3 piece canvas for my living roomOne is EXTREMELY unevenly distributed in terms of weight and is massively crooked.When reaching out to customer service, they wanted proof which I provided but then said they cant do anything. Bringing up over and over again that they are a startup company ("please accept our flaws") . Must admit was a little concerned reading some of the reviews after making a purchase after seeing a social media ad but have to say delighted with the product. We bought four prints (90cm by 60cm) and quality was great and exactly as described. The order came from China but dispatch was prompt and came quicker than we'd expected. Really happy.

Love the Christmas present I bought myself! Only hoped to add a bit of atmosphere above the fireplace in the basement rec room. I didn’t expect the quality of canvas I received nor the subtle yet striking gold accent. Instead of just adding a relevant image to the space, the space POPS! Recommend :)

Sent a clock with a broken mechanism and hands, originally stated they would refund the cost I paid to get clock working then they changed offer to $60 off my next order (which after this why would i) Avoid..pathetic customer service

I purchased one canvas print to Clockcanvas just two weeks ago. Both the customer service and the delivery process were second to none! You receive regular updates of your trucking. The purchased item was amazingly wrapped and packed! I’m delighted with my new piece of art!!!!!! Will surely repeat! Thanks very much!!!!

Awful quality !! Took ages to arrive, was NOT cheap. Ordered an oversized clock and it weighed nothing, wasn’t even real metal just spray painted cheap material. It also arrived damaged and this wasn’t travel damage someone packed it this way. Honestly seen better quality clocks for £15 that this one for nearly £200.So clockcanvas have just flagged this review for not being genuine and I’ve had to prove purchase. This is the email I got back from my complaint. “Like I said in the previous email I don't want us to go in circles so here is. First, if it's damaged give us proof such as a photo or video. Firmly we do NOT provide return labels be it in whatever condition it may be.”I still have no refund and have had to accept the fact I’m hundreds out of pocket with awful goods.

First time ordering from this company after seeing an advert on Instagram. I ordered the 'Forest Landscape' canvas (set of 3 / large) with 'standard gallery wrap'. I was kept informed about delivery and I was very happy with the quality of the prints when they arrived. I would use this company again.

I ordered the wrong size. In a panic I called and their customer service representative Brianna was so professional and helpful. She changed my order and guaranteed me I would receive it before Christmas! Wouldn’t you know I received it well before Christmas! Not to mention it’s breathtaking and looks just like the advertisement! I can’t wait to place my next order!

the artwork I ordered came in a properly designed carboard bo0x which was easy to open. The gallery wrapped artwork is beautiful. I am quite satisfied with what I receive.Should I need additional artwork Clockcanvas will be the first place I will browse.

Ordered prints from this company, but awful quality and nothing like the website. Company even admit they highlight them on their website! They also want you to return the item to Canada when they were posted from the UK - absolute jokers.Avoid this company as much better quality out there and they try and fob you off at the first sign of a complaint.

I ended up returning the 3-piece set since it clearly did not match what was advertised and the company is refusing to refund me!! My wife had shipped the items back to them, but she threw away the USPS receipt with the tracking number. They obviously received the items back as it was shipped to their provided return address, but they're not admitting to receiving the items because I can't provide the tracking number. They don't seem like a large company by any means since they never answer their phones and the same 2 people always email back, so you can't tell me they're too busy to find my returned package. So I'm now out about $300 and have nothing to show for it! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I ordered 2 graffiti canvas recently - stronger together and blue sky. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations. Delivery was swift and the prints have brightened my living f space. I recommend clockcanvas for your quality wall art.

How this company has a 4 star average review is ridiculous - lots of fake reviews from the owners I think. I purchased a set of three pictures from Clock Canvas and spoke with ‘Dave’ from customer services because each picture was damaged and cracked - not one, all of them!In addition to the pictures and frames are TERRIBLE quality. Poor, cheap, flimsy frames and the pictures look like they’ve been printed off a home printer. Company refused to give a refund unless I posted all of the pictures back to them at my own expenses - note under UK law this is not true and the seller has to pay. As a result I had to go through my credit card company who just gave me my money back. Avoid this company like the plague.

I purchased the wrong canvas by mistake. Unfortunately, communication is done only through email but had to because they are not in the US. They respond quickly but unfortunately it went to spam and didn't realize that they did.I needed to return the canvas since I ordered the wrong item. I had to pay for shipping since they are a small business and it was my mistake, I had no problem doing so. The cost was high but hey shipped it here for free. They refunded me immediately a full refund before even receiving it just had to show proof that it was sent.I would use them again but hopefully not click the wrong button next time.

I purchased a three-piece canvas set from ClockCanvas and had a really smooth buying experience. I discovered the site through a Google search and decided to take a chance on the site/product because the price (was on sale) was just too good to pass up. The Canvas pieces arrived in the mail within 11 days of placing my order. They look great. We opted for the wrapped canvas and are so happy that the canvas isn't thin, it seems to be good quality and the print on it doesn't look like a print, it actually looks like it was painted. Very happy and plan to purchase additional pieces from ClockCanvas in the future.

I recently found myself with a wall needing some art and found a screenshot I had take years ago of a piece from this company. Luckily, it was still available. Their website was extremely easy to order from, and had lots of great sizes and options. My order showed up faster than expected. It was packaged meticulously and I was kept in the loop through the Shop app every step of the way. The product itself is gorgeous and a focal piece in my living room now. The customer experience was flawless, and I expect to look to Clock Canvas again when the need arises. Absolutely 5 starts well-earned!

I have had four separate transactions with this company. I bought three pictures that I loved and one clock that is very cheaply made. I was happy with the artwork, but the customer service was very unsatisfying. You cannot reach a live person when you call their toll-free customer service line. Nor will they return phone calls. Their recording on the line tells you to send them an email. Communication is quite disappointing. I would recommend you read the negative reviews to get a balanced understanding of what you might encounter. But if you don't mind taking your chances, the artwork is lovely. My lower rating was because of some difficulties with shipping communications with two of the products. But ultimately the products did arrive late but in good condition.
