They talk through each step of the process so you understand what’s going to happen and put your mind to rest. Sefa was brilliant in organising everything from transport, the hospital and after care. Thoroughly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience getting my hair transplant done. From the communication of the team, to the drivers and hotel and the procedure itself. Everyone was so informative and helpful and made sure I understood everything before, during and after the procedure. The transplant itself was painless and I was even able to sleep through the most of it. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Medaway to anyone who needed a hair transplant package.

I highly recommend Medaway for any kind of treatment that you’re looking for. I had DHI treatment at their medical facility in Istanbul in July. The staff and surgeons were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and informative every step of the way, both before my arrival and while I was there. They talk you through each individual step for your treatment as well as running you through the steps of aftercare for you to take as well as making sure that you’re comfortable throughout the process. came to medaway in april for crowns with my partner and decided to come back for a breast uplift and implants. both times have been faultless … everybody from the whatsapp group to transport, coordinators,nurses and Dr Zafer who did the procedure are amazing in what they do … hotel was lovely … nothing was too much to ask at all … the nurses at the hotel came daily and answered any questions you needed answers to … if i was to have any other procedure done i would 100% choose medaway every time … keep up the hard work everyone you do amazing each and every one of you ❤️🙏🏽

The team was soo great, I’m so happy about my surgery. Everyone was kind, understanding and really great in general, I wasn’t stressed thanks to them, they took care of everything. The hotel was super nice, same for the breakfast.The hospital was great and the medical team/nurses took care of me, they were all really nice.And the whatsapp team was all day long by my side, if I had any question they could respond so fast.Everything was perfect I would recommend them at 100%Thank you everyone ❤️

Guys is over finally I finish my second visit and I have to say I never felt more better with a new smile perfect clinic to go to Istambul where prices are not too high and not to low and expert dentist’s who will take good care of you and your teeth I have to admit I was a bit scared and didn’t know what to expect but I catch such a good surgeon and dentist .I can’t say thank you enough for everything

hello I had a bad experience with the Medaway clinic (clinicprime) I had dental implants the result is horrible the prostheses are not symmetrical to the face infiltration between the prostheses and the gums they are thieves crooks your health is in danger with these people for them you are customers and not patients!!SHAME ON YOUbonjour j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec la clinique Medaway (clinicprime)j'ai fait poser des implants dentaires le résultat est horrible les prothèses ne sont pas symétriques au visage infiltration entre les prothèses et les gencives ce sont des voleurs des escrocs votre santé est en danger avec ces gens pour eux vous êtes des clients et non des patients!!HONTE À VOUS

Clinic prime is a fantastic company, from start to finish everything ran smoothly. Staff are super helpful and anything you ask is never a problem. They help you with whatever it is and any time. Whether it be face to face or on the WhatsApp group. Overall smooth experience and would definitley Recommend clinic prime to anyone if they are thinking about having surgery in Turkey. From start to finish I was made to feel very comfortable, all nurses and staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help you. My surgeon Dr Feryal is absolutely amazing, speaks very good English and explained the whole procedure, this made me feel even more confident with having my breast uplift and augmentation. I'm planning on coming again for liposuction and tummy tuck

The communication was great in the beginning but there is no after care. I received an aftercare sheet 2 days after arriving home. The surgery was fine but I was very ill after from the anaesthetic.I was pleased with the advice my surgeon gave me about what procedures to have carried out. It did all feel a bit rushed after the surgery though and if I knew how terrible I would feel after I would have paid more to have the surgery in the UK.

I booked surgery for gynaecomastia and high-def liposuction. From the consultation process through to hospital discharge the team have been amazing! I could not recommend them highly enough. Such a friendly team that really take of you throughout the whole process! An added bonus is that I had a companion as part of the whole package. Would highly recommend Clinic Prime for treatment

Recommend Clinic Prime for a gastric sleeve or similar, I just had the gastric sleeve on Saturday and the communication from the minute I reached out has been fantastic. They answered all of my questions on WhatsApp even called when I had questions about the diet. Arriving in Istanbul has been easy as well, they arranged transport from the airport and took me to the hospital. Been with me at every stage and always checking on me. Even with slight issues with language they check with someone or use translation.

Medaway were very helpful in every aspect of the procedures and trip to Istanbul!From day one, they had the transfers at the airport on time, and every transfer to and from the clinic was on time too!The consultants were always on hand to make life easy when I needed advice.I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!10/10

The overall process was good. The hotel was clean, modern, great sized room & facilities worked. Room service was excellent. Medical Staff members were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, each transfer was quick & I was kept up to date on timings around pick up/drop off. The procedure itself was painless & the doctor advised me the best hairline suitable whilst also taking into consideration my desired outcome, I was given a lunch break half way through, i’m now excited to see if the desired outcome was achieved. The only downside was receiving a blood test result which somehow indicated a blood virus that i’ve never had shown up before, this meant I had to pay 75% of the original price, on top of the full cost of surgery otherwise they’d refuse to do it. Overall happy with this process!

Amazing service from start to finish from the whatsapp group to the transfers not sure how they do it but the coordination is second to none.In particular Nergis who looked after me all week and Sefa who is the lovelest man any issues he is there to sort them straight away.I have been with medaway 3 times now and they never disappoint The dentists are so amazing they are so patient and always make sure you are comfortable. They will explain every process as they go along and the end result has not just improved my smile its changed my life. I honestly cannot fault anyone and highly recommend. Bring these guys to the UK and everyone will be able to benefit from there experience and be able to afford treatment.
