Is cleartrip.com Legit?

FAKE PROMOTION SHOWING IN SITE AND AFTER BOOKING PRICE DIFFERENCE AND LUGGAGE OPTION ALSO DIFFERENT FROM MY EXPERIENCE. VERY BAD AND GIVEN A TOUGH SITUATION OF LOOSING ALMOST FULL AMOUNT OF THE TICKET DUE TO THIS.

Extremely bad customer service with no proper management, takes hours to pick up calls for rescheduling Constantly put on hold after regular time interval and no clear response The app is worst with always a pop up is showing stating something is wrong while rescheduling Have been trying to reschedule my flight for a week , but still couldn't Will never use clear trip again

I made payment Rs 23934/ on 13 July 2024 and my debited from my credit card and after sometime they said payment failed and that payment will be refunded back if charged with their mailing id, but didn't received any money.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Don't buy anything through Cleartrip they cheat customers using their algorithms. NEVER EVER USE CLEARTRIP

The Cleartrip app promises ‘Cleartrip for work’ fare for flight bookings. I chose this fare with option for date change at INR 499. (Trip ID 240629796030) But when I reached out to Cleartrip support for date change (since the Cleartrip app did not allow me to do this online), no resolution was provided other than lame excuses, very long hold times, asking me to call different numbers, refusing to accept my chosen fare and asking me to approach the airline directly, etc., asking me to pay the normal airline penalty of INR 3800 for date change. The app is lousy, trying to mislead and commit fraud on the customer by offering fares that Cleartrip is unable to honour. Horrible experience. Vow not to use Cleartrip ever for flight booking.

Worst customer service ever. Teh customer service executive started shouting at me and when I said you don't have to shout, he said I am disconnecting the call. And the issue was that the payment was debited from my account while the booking status was cancelled.

Worst service support by Cleartrip... Amount has been deducted 2 times but haven't received my money back...Rude behaviour by Cleartrip support...I suggest don't book by this platform

I had a horrible experience booking on clear trip......it is a FRAUD WEBSITE.....my flight from Calcutta to Trivandrum on 28 June 2024 was canceled By the airlines itself.....on asking the customer support for refund they constantly kept making excuses.....they picked up my call once or twice and now they are not picking up my call let alone refunding me.I WANT MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ......otherwise I'll regularly keep complaining about this website on social media.....I have a lot of contacts and I'll inform everybody about how big of a fraud this company is......and I am not trying to fool anyone.....I really am going to tell every person I know and ask them to spread the message too along with posting my reviews on social media until I get back my refund...CLEARTRIP don't be a CHEATER......do your work properly and HONESTLY

i booked a flight through their website for my trip to san fransisco and got charged but never got my trip id. i kept on contacting clear trip and never got a clear answer. They said that they had processed refund of my amount 1,09,810 rupees but it still has not reflected in my account. I am freaking out now

They cancelled my frequent flyer number and put their some other number not belonging to me. The loyalty points credited by airline went to someone else. On complaining they're asking frivolous questions rather that update the airline with my correct account number.Can't trust them with my details anymore.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Clear Trip. Their offers are nothing but a sham, luring you in with promises of zero fares only to slap you with hidden fees at checkout. And don't even get me started on their convenience fees, which are exorbitant to say the least. Plus, their rules are so convoluted and buried in fine print that it's practically impossible to navigate. Avoid Clear Trip at all costs if you value your time and money.Requesting company to be clear and remove scam offers and coupons if you can't afford to provide discount.

While booking it shows unsuccessful booking and amount will be refunded, after some times cleartrip sent ticket copy by the time booked the ticket through other agent. I couldn't take the screen shot of the error msg. When contacted the customer care, they are saying full amount they cant refund because i dont have proof. What kind of Worst service. Stopped using this Clearing Trapping service

One of the worst and scam company who doesn't provide refund even if you cancellation for any emergncy and within 1 hour of booking. They play on the airlines fare rules whereas Cleartrip is third party service provider not airlines. Don't book here guys your money will stuck incase of any emergency. DONOT BOOK WITH CLEARTRIP.

I booked flights in early february for travel to Kochi and Back. The airlines cancelled the flights. As per policy I am supposed to get the full refund. But Cleartrip has not refunded the full amount. I am unable to contact them as their number +91959533333 does not function and I am unable to send anyone in the organization email. Very Sad how the organization treats customers.

Attention Everyone,I wanted to share my recent experience with Cleartrip to inform fellow travelers. I booked a flight from New Delhi to Kuala Lumpur and back using their app on May 25, 2024. I paid Rs. 39,419.04 with my credit card, but to my surprise, the booking was canceled after one hour by Cleartrip without any fault on my part.Despite this being an error on their end, I was informed that the refund would take 8 to 10 working days. This delay is unacceptable, especially since it’s not my fault. I have formally requested Cleartrip to expedite my refund process. I also tried to call customer care, but they are not very responsive.I urge everyone to be cautious and to avoid booking tickets on Cleartrip for any service.Regards,Joginder Pal Ratra

I had booked fern residency , Somnath with Cleartrip. I was travelling with my old mom and 2 kids. Hotel was horrible. AC was not working. Water from shower was seeping into room. Hotel manager was extremely rude and manner less. He was not ready to change our room. I left the hotel and checked into another hotel. I informed Cleartrip before leaving hotel. But Cleartrip is not giving me refund. They are all fraud. Don’t book with Cleartrip. MakeMyTrip is much better. They always give refund or change ur hotel if not satisfied. Cleartrip is not bothered about customer once they get money. They are not helpful and trustworthy. Don’t use Cleartrip.

I've been calling Cleartrip for like 2 months and half now to follow up refund but unfortunately, I am getting the same answer every time I call. I even called the Airline to follow up it myself directly . The Airline (Air Maroc), claimed that they already sent the the approval and the amount for the refund to Cleartrip but Cleartrip is telling me that they haven't receive any update yet from the Airline. I do not recommend them at all. If this issue will not be solve in few days more, I would file a case against them. This is not good, I book a ticket then when I sent the payment I received a notification that the payment is failed but unfortunately it has been charge and up to now I am following up for the refund.Trip ID : 240301979254

I recently booked tickets from them to and fro Bengaluru to Chennai, while booking on the website it was clearly written that the cancellation is 100% before 24 hours of the date of travel. While booking there was a mistake in passenger name, so as there is no option to edit the name I had to cancel the booking thinking that it was 100% refundable. After following up for 5 days now this company has come with a new term that it was normal booking so only 15% of total shall be refundable and booked airline will not pay back booked amount. I contacted both air india express and akasa air, they told me that they did not receive any booking amount for the paid trip. Its all bunch of lies. Its hard earned money which they cheated. Never BOOK FROM CLEARTRIP IT’S A FRAUD COMPANY. Never book from them.

I booked a flight through flexifly. It is the first time I am using flexifly to reschedule flight. I had to pay Rs.4400 additionally. However they promised me 3550 refund after ticket is done which itself is not completely fine (why should I pay 850 extra even when new flight fares are lower than previous one). Then I received a link from godigit to give them my ifsc code and acc number. No explanation for what purpose (I assume for processing refund). When I call customer care for queries, no one is available and call drops automatically. Why should I provide bank details, it could easily be a fraud.

I am very happy to be writing this review about Cleartrip. My wife and I picked up the ticket two days ago, and I accidentally chose the date 9th instead of 8th. Then I contacted customer service. From there until we got the tickets after changing date, the staff support was great. Especially Mr. Junaid, Mr. Deass, Mr. Sanu...Thanks for your support dears...
