Giuseppe du service consommateur / vente de Dexhom nous a fourni les references specifiques (pour un achat sur Internet) et nous a propose aussi de nous vendre un modele de remplacement. La lampe fonctionne parfaitement maintenant. C'est excellent d'avoir une reponse rapide et claire sur la maintenance d'un objet, d'ou 5 etoiles sur cet achat. We bought the "tubelight" which looks good. 10 months later, the light bulb with its unique shape broke down. Giuseppe from the Dexhom customer / sales service provided specific references (for a potential online order) and also offered to sell us a new light bulb. The "tubelight" now works perfectly. We find it excellent to have a clear and prompt answer to our query regarding maintenance of the product, hence 5 stars.

I was looking for a LC3 chair by LeCorbusier and found several inexpensive offers on different websites. When researching how trustful those websites are, I found positive comments about CLASSIC DESIGN ITALIA. So I ordered some leather examples to check colours and quality. Customer care did contact me a week later if examples did arrive, but the set got lost by mailing and so they did send a second set. Next day and 4 days later I received both sets and I was pleased by the quality and the customer care service. I ordered my chair, payed a deposit by credit card and the chair was delivered within 3 weeks! WOW! I'm very satisfied by the high quality of the furniture and and the customer care by Guiseppe Milella and I do recomment this store when considering to purchase classic furniture.

The information by the staff of Classic Design Italia is very helpfull . My only complaint by delivery of the goods , is the payment . The client have to pay the whole amount , before receiving the goods , so all the risk is for the client. I hope in the future , Classic Design Italia , will change their policy . We ordered the Wassily chair from your company because we learned that it has been produced in Italy. The ordering procedure as well as the delivery were best and the appearance of the chair as well as its quality were very near to the original!

Everything starts with the quality of the website and continues when you receive the catalogue. The expectation is set very high and this continues when you receive the follow up communication from CDI - congratulations to Giuseppe and to Eddy and Fabio. I ordered the Le Corbusier LC 4 Chaise Longue as a surprise birthday present for my wife , after careful research. It is not the cheapest version of the Le Corbusier classic on the market but you cannot beat it for Quality , or for the fact that it is actually made in Italy - the product is visually stunning, and the choises and guarantee offered by CDI make their product an absolute winner. Had great followup from the CDI Team, and also their transport partners during the delivery process. The Chaise Longue was delivered per the time agreed with the transporters, and the package was received completely undamaged. The Chaise Longue was simple to setup and is extremely comfortable. It takes pride of place in our living room. I would not hesitate to order more design classics from CDI.

The whole process from the moment I ordered the product until final delivery was excellent. The product itself is of high quality.

in 06/2015 I had bought a Lounge Chair by Eames in palissander. The service before the purchase was very good and professional. However, in at the end of 08/2015 I noted that the coating on the palissander wood is coming off at 2 spots on both sides of the chair. I had written this claim to by sales person at Classic Design Italia on September 3rd. Classic Design Italia accepted to take back the chair on their expenses to analyze the root cause of the problem. They completely overhauled the chair and damaged parts, and sent me back a chair in perfect condition which I received today. Its looks fantastic. And I was on the phone with the sales person who explained in a very professional and educated manner that the root cause of the problem was not the material or manufacturing of the chair but some external force, i.e. mistreatment of the furniture. To be honest, I am puzzled because I cannot see any person having done this, but I need to investigate if perhaps some persons where inside my office responsible for that which caused the damage and which I wasn't aware of... but to cut a long story short, I must admit that Classic Design Italia went way out of their way in terms of legal liability and guarantee obligations to satisfy this claim and me as a customer. I can highly recommend Classic Design Italia and will make more purchases with them when there is a demand in the future, as well as recommend them to my friends and family.
