other staff just tell me my account is restricted.but they did not solve my problem. This staff Manuel G , know my problem is I can not trade ,so just let me closing the old one ,and apply new one in new website .

Excellent customer support so far. Had some questions and got on a live chat with a support staff within minutes and got all my answers!

how to allow users to access the formulas & data of the trades in excel format for documentation , currently only data only .

The customer service lady was extremely helpful and patience.I had previously spoken to a staff who was just in a hurry to leave the telephone but when i called back 2 days latter she changed my horrible experience into something else.

In fairness a global issue today but for sure you can guarantee City Index always affected. Clearly no plan in place to deal with emergencies. I'm locked out of my account and can't get hold of the company. Open trades that needed to be actioned. You telephone and an hour later the line cuts off. Can't access account to utilise live chat. The whole thing a mess whilst costing me money as usual. Never the company !! A poorly run organisation with no interest serving their customers.

I called Marcus Wong for help when I encountered login problem after changing the password. He was helpful by sending me an email with a new login password and pass the call to a technical staff Andre to settle technical issues. It was resolved very quickly. I am very happy with their responsiveness and helpfulness

Have been with City Index for several years and am very pleased. Up until recently I have traded only from my laptop. Have just started using the City Index app and it works perfectly which is good news because now I can go out and get some fresh air. Chris Gordon looks after my account and he is always very affable and helpful. Five stars given without hesitation.

I worked with James Internicola to setup my Forex.com account. I had a lot of problems with setting up the correct account type, but James walked me through each and every problem I encountered. James is very professional, personable, helpful plus a few more adjectives all of which made it a pleasure working with him.

Went above and beyond to help out, extremely explanatory or definitely taught me a thing or two, Give Him a Pay rise god damn he deserves it!

When the platform works it’s good. The app continues to have bugs and the company seems to take no interest in fixing them. When problems arise the communication is very poor compared to their peers. Interactions with their staff are regularly very poor and on that front i’d rate them a 0

Konrad called me after I opened a live account. I appreciated the customer care as I rarely have used a live account although I have many years experience of tinkering with a demo account. (I'm very cautious !) While Konrad was on the call I took the opportunity to ask about the automatic safety on the account if my funding level was breached and was assured that CI do not let customer accounts fall into -ve. Also Konrad explained when I asked about how the account handles dividends. All in all a good experience - top marks to CI.

I'm only using a demo account and I don't claim to be all that experienced. I just can't understand why it can sometimes take several minutes after the opening time of the market (eg 2.30pm UK time for the US) for the stock to be available to trade on Citi Index. It happens on my phone app and on their web login.

I hade a recapture issue that was going on for nearly 3 month and I spoke to a number of helpful people over the phone but unfortunately no one could resolve the problem but when I spoke to Solomon, he new exactly how to solve the issue. thanks a lot for your help

Cityindex! What happen! Others platforms also get affected, they had already cleared and resolved the problems but you cityindex system still down! How many hours already?!

Cityindex provides the opportunity to participate in the upside as well as in the downside of the Market at one of the lowest available costs. It’s a wonderful platform. Yes I would love to see almost all the US stocks on this platform but I would still give 5 stars.

This is a review specifically for Nathaniel in client support , based in Poland. i was having a major issue with my account involving updates, new regs, complaince etc. and Nathaniel sorted it out with great efficiency and ( just as importantly) charm and patience. He is a great example to others.

The support team are always very helpful.My particular problem happened at the end of the day and therefore I could not record two closures. The matter was resolved following an update requirement for the OP System for my computer.

I understand the global outage, but you ring to close a trade and guess what no answer. Meanwhile you lose money and there's nothing you can do. Other platforms affected yet up and running again.
