Fraud Company and I highly suspect all posters with positive reviews are paid posters. Ordered x2 cartons of Sobranie Black Russian cigarettes. PayPal payment request was suspicious, but I paid it in good faith. After x2 months of bogus shipping tracker updates and no delivery I contacted their customer service email and chat bot-total silence. As a former tobacconist, this daylight robbery is utterly disgraceful and those working at this company are beneath contempt. Honest smokers should avoid at all cost.

Someone put a lot of work into making this site look legit! It's not! However, they bascially tell you upfront they're going to scam you. They say you're "not allowed" to pay though Paypal, then tell you how to go around the system by doing it as friends and family. They have what seems to be a fake tracking system which appeared to have activity for the first month. I ordered in Dec 2023, paid $185. It's now Feb 27th 2024 and the last activity on shipping was Jan 14th.Over the past month I have tried contacting using the chatbot and emailing probably 5 times. I have heard nothing!
