Is chrono24.co.za Legit?

This was my first time buying a luxury watch and I decided to look into the used market. You know let someone else take the first hit on depreciation. After a lot of looking, reading, research I settled on this watch and seller based on his reviews and reputation. He was fair in the pricing and negotiation regarding final price. The watch came exactly as described and in the exact condition that it was rated. I had zero concerns about the watches authenticity. He communicated well throughout the process. I really appreciated that I needed to go to a FedEx location (of my choosing) to pick up the watch and open it right there. This really helps protect both you as the buyer and them as the seller. The next time I'm looking to add to my watch collection I will be checking this dealer's inventory first.

Generally don’t write too many reviews, but Chrono24 were superb. I used the site to purchase a watch. The dial (watch face) is loose and moves in the case.The seller said 'we checked every watch before shipping and it worked well'. I'm getting it checked out by a watchmaker - if it cant be fixed or the cost of repairs is too high - im going to consider my actions including asking for a full refund.
