Is choicecash.com Legit?

The confusion and technicalities over pictures sent. Having to go back out into pouring rain to take same pictures over again. The odometer the 3rd time. Utterly ridiculous. Length of time to get responses from CHOICE CASH. Every time I tried to answer a return call I got disconnected. Also got disconnected when I called back 3 times. Might be smart to send copies of power of attorney earlier in transaction so that issue can be completed while customer is awaiting final approval. Most everyone I talked with was friendly enough, just frustrating.

ChoiceCash agents are knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Easy to successfully complete detailed step-by-step process. Great to do business with a company that follows through and keeps clients updated on what to expect.

Very helpful in the approval process

I have had several loans with Loan Mart Title Loans. The company is very professional and they are true to the loan. Word of caution - these title loans have extremely high interest and are not loans you want to carry for more then a month or so. I personally use them when I need quick cash. They are extremely fast with processing their loans and getting you the needed funds.I use Loan Mart a lot and plan on using them again when the time is needed.

Actually relatively easy. I everyone was helpful and if you had a question you just had to ask.

Choice Cash is incredibly easy to work with and they kept me informed every step of the way, while obtaining the funds. The funds are available quickly and the whole process is pretty quick, taking no more than a couple hours for the original loan and subsequent loans took no more than a matter of minutes! It is also very easy to get in touch with a real person via telephone when needed and the customer service agent has always been very knowledgeable and polite and understanding of my situation. The only downfall to using this company is the incredibly high interest rates.

All of the representatives that I spoke with were very understanding patient kind and courteous and absolutely knowledgeable about the process that I was going through. They were also extremely supportive and helpful minute by minute throughout this process as well.

Customer Service NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHALL. Too many people are working on the sa.e applicant. The policy(s) do not seem to be known by all the staff that deal with clients.

The loan experience was decent but a little tedious. I know that some people in MI make if hard on everyone but it was a little over kill with the pictures and very tedious. It is just easier when you can go into a place of business and get a title loan but I understand if yu don't have any physical places here.

The "team" (and it was a team not an individual) new where I was in the process every step of the way. I didn't get tranfered to other department multiple times. Every time something was completed or something else was needed, i received information about this. If I had a question or conern, it was answered.

I loved the promptness and patience of the agent's the availability of the times for call backs were amazing. It was a lot of paperwork work that was needed, but the agent's were helpful.

Once I got to someone everything was quick and easy. The only problem I have was with your automated service line. If you have an existing account, you can never reach a real person unless you use a phone number not in the system. With bad credit this is the spot to go...aside from the interest rate which is skyhigh

Very easy experience. Was hesitant doing a title loan online at first, but the process was easily explained and I felt comfortable after checking legit reviews. I had my money deposited within 25 minutes of dropping off my documents to UPS. No prepay penalty which is great!
