Is chill.ie Legit?

I had an issue with my no claim bonus and all people I had contact in chill were absolutely a pleasure to deal with and the problem was solved as quick as possible.

I experienced a significant IT issue when trying to renew my house insurance with Chill.ieThe patient and helpful support from Chill.ie, in particular from their advisor Ross R. allowed me to keep my policy and to overcome the above difficulty.I am grateful to Chill.ie and in particular to Ross for his ongoing help and patience and to his excellent customer care.Sincerely Alan Moore

Thanks chill. Today I had a problem on the road. I called the emergency service. They were very friendly and helped me. They sent me a car lift. They told me on the phone that the lift would arrive within an hour. However, in much less than an hour, the lift arrived. The driver was a wonderful person. Thanks chill.

Started a new policy with chill, spoke to someone on phone, made everything very easy and professional, he knew his cars and chatted away and what he wanted to get himself as bucket list car made whole thing a lot more comfortable and relatable. I had to ring back as there was a problem with something I had put in incorrectly and they sorted it straight away with no problem for me. Still have not got my email with details but great experience.

Had made a mistake when filling out my application and had to ring them to change. After a few minutes I got through to a very helpful person called Luiz and he sorted out my issue straight away. I would have no issue recommending Chill to my friends after the call to them.

I rang chill after not been able to sign or login to my account .Thankfully I got andrada she stayed on the phone and through every step until I got it sorted, I would have never been able to get it done without her as I am not technical and am useless at this sort of thing thanks so much for your help Andrada you are an angel.

Hannah was a pleasure to work with on the querys I had on my policy and was very helpful and very nice to deal with ...it was a pleasure doing business with her.

I had been having issues uploading a document online as I am not teaching savvy at all. I got through to Chill staff member Hannah Tully who was so supportive. Hannah walked me through every step of the process and was so kind and patient. Thank you so much Hannah, I really appreciate it!

Was on hold for a few minutes but worth the wait. My query was answered politely and professionally by the lovely Mark. Within seconds, he spotted what the issue was, put me on hold for less than 2 minutes and returned to our conversation having sorted everything. I then hung up to receive a confirmation email. Friendly, professional, polite and efficient. A credit to Chill

Jake was so professional understanding and capable. He trusted what I was telling him as an error had occurred with documents ( not his mistake ) and he rectified the situation with grace and charm. I wish every customer service agent in other companies were so helpful

If I could give zero stars I would. 30 minutes on hold without an answer is an absolute joke. I won't be renewing my policy with you and certainly would not recommend your company.

Have been waiting for 23 mins on phone line before I finally hung up, was also on chat which was of no assistance. Have been with Chill for a number of years but shall not be dealing with then again

Rang this morning to change the vehicle on my car insurance policy - not a big ask. I spent a total of 110mins on the phone today with Chill to get this sorted. Anytime I got through to a customer service agent when they placed me on hold, I was rerouted through to someone new to start from scratch. I mentioned this to Chill and before being placed on hold again I made sure to ask if I would stay connected to the same person and was assured I would. This didn't happen. I lost count but I reckon I spoke to 7 different service agents. No apologies when I mentioned the issues I was having. The hold times in themselves are crazy. Each time I was put in hold it was at least 20 mins before I got to speak to someone. I only renewed with Chill last month having previously been with FBD and really regretted that decision today.

Awful customer service. They make even the simplest of policy changes incredibly difficult. Stuck in the dark ages.

Ross and Sam and another guy got me the solution to my payment problem that I wanted.They understood where I was coming from and produced the answer that I was hoping to get.Thanks guys and the Chill team
