Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between chemistwarehouse.co.nz and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of chemistwarehouse.co.nz. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of chemistwarehouse.co.nz, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. chemistwarehouse.co.nz is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Items in my order were removed because they were out of stock. It wasn't worthwhile going through with the order without the those items, but they wouldn't let me cancel my order either.
Having just changed my prescriptions to our local Chemist Warehouse in Timaru, I found that when the meds were picked up, one had been short-changed. The order for 90 Premarin 0.625 mg was shorted by 6 tablets. I called the pharmacy department and was told that they were unwilling to break open another box to supply the remainder of the script. I would have withdrawn my prescriptions if I had known prior to fulfillment, had I known. The staff has the obligation to let clients know that fact. But, as I had received the same med from another of your pharmacies the previous week, it did not occur to me that after 25 years of being on this med, that would be an issue. I want a resolution .
Needed to change a prescription and called that department and had no answer. Three times. Hope someone with a serious health condition doesn't need something done in a hurry. Sort it out guys. This is people's health your dealing with.
TOTAL FAILUREThis was an online order from their website.Incompetent - An entitled pharmacist interfered and cancelled one item. Another item was cancelled for apparently being out of stock, yet was still listed as in stock and available for sale on their website.Way too slow - Took 5 days to even pack the order. These fools just lost a long term repeat customer. I have ordered extra products elsewhere, cancelled their newsletter and will be ordering from Pharmacy Direct or Bargain Chemist in future.
My favourite place to shop at the moment. So much more than a chemist. Theres make up, Skincare, perfume, low fat drinks and gummies plus great gift ideas for kids and family. Slippers and socks. Really affordable cleaning supplies and lovely body washes and scrubs at fantastic prices. I buy my favorite Olay creams there. They work on my skin unlike other brands. You can get vouchers too and click and collect or delivery sent to family around the country which works out cheaper than paying postage at the Post Shop. Its slowly becoming a one stop shop for everything including hygiene products and offcourse free prescriptions and the like. Service is usually friendly and welcoming
I shopped at the Nelson store. The layout is appalling, narrow aisles (some with the posts holding the roof up in the middle of them) almost tripped over merchandise as there was lots of it on floors due to workers stocking shelves.Prices are not any better than anywhere else, they are higher, in fact, on some items. For example, I pay 24.00 for eye drops where I usually shop, here, the "sale" price was 28.00 and regular price, 30.00! Prices on other items I use were higher even the ones with "sale" prices.I don't think I will be shopping there again, way too crowded, can't get around easily and high prices.
I bought Nivea Lift Expert Cellular for $35.99 which was supposed to be $2.00 off. New World sells same product for $27.29 and The Warehouse for $22.80! A $13.19 difference for same product is disgusting.
I was enthusiastic to check out the Chemist Warehouse Landon’s Rd range of nude by nature, after looking online at your range.Spent sometime going through the different products and colours trying to understand which product suited my skin tone etc. A very helpful assistant located the beauty assistant who went above and beyond to share her vast knowledge to answer my questions and explain the various products. She not only supported me but another customer who was also needing guidance. Coming in with the idea of choosing a couple of these nude by nature items saw me buy 8 of these products thanks to the extensive knowledge and unhurried disposition of your beauty assistant. Cyryll ( sorry if I’ve misspelt your name) is truely an asset to your company. Sincere thanks for your patience and advice. I love all the products I purchased.
I've been looking to buy GO Healthy CoQ10 Ubiquinol 100mg 60 Capsules. They aren't cheap at $49 but saw chemist warehouse advertising up to 50% off so thought perfect time to buy. Went online and was surprised to see.no change in the price but them saying "up to 50% off". But All they had done was keep the price the same but change their "why pay price up to $115" Scam as.this was never $115. Nobody sells this product for $115. It's always been under $50 full retail. It's the kind of BS Briscose does. Always liked chemist warehouse but they need to be more honest with theirs sale prices.Just saw another TV ad with them saying go healthy lions mane at over 50% off. Normally $50 down to $23.99. Everyone sells these for normal retail of around $25. Again they inflate the price to try and mislead people.
The Pharmacy service is terrible. When I went to hand over my script, the male staff member simply walked away and left it on the counter without communicating to me whether it will be prepared and I should wait or if I should come back. Stood there for 20 mins until someone finally asked if they could help me. Terrible service and not the first experience at this store. Northwood.
Jairah from Lower Queen St, Auckland branch went above and beyond to resolve my issue with a prescription. Thank you again Jairah you're an asset to chemist warehouse!
Customer service is a joke. I explained that I wanted to place a click and collect order for molicare pull ups for my mother and delegate my mother’s carer, as the person to pick them up, but I couldn’t find the option, despite the website saying it was available. Not only did she not help but kept repeating that I could pick them up myself, which is NOT what I had enquired. I just wanted to know where to find the delegate option. Do you even train people to actually listen. Where exactly is the delegate a person to pick up click and collect because I couldn’t find it anywhere during online purchasing 😡This is the second time this has happened
They rely heavily on automation. They don't answer phones and their emails are NoReply. They completely control the lines of communication and it's extremely frustrating. They don't answer emails (Botany) and the pharmacists who mess up regularly have a blame culture. They fall over themselves fire fighting their errors. At this point, after just one month of using them I can honestly say they have hindered my recovery and I think they should be reported to Pharmac.
Was in Bethlehem chemist warehouse this morning to ask advice about my husband having gout again although he doesn't have alcohol etc and eats correctly. The young pharmacist was extremely helpful and took time explained everything to us. Will certainly be back with the attitude that was fantastic.
Prices are good but their delivery is sooo slow (which I'd forgive if they gave free delivery on orders over a certain amount but they don't seem to as my orders have near the $80 mark). Fine if you want to buy a bottle of perfume but pretty hopeless if you want medical supplies. You'd be over the ailment before the order arrives
Went to buy Calvin Klein perfume this morning at Chemist Warehouse in Queen St, Auckland. The first sales clerk whose name I failed to get, was very approachable and did not hesitate to leave what she was doing to assist me in buying Calvin Klein. Chemist Warehouse deserves her in the employ. However, I failed to ask the first sales clerk relevant to the perfume, and I could not go back to her because she was engaged with another customer, I was prompted to approach another sales clerk, named, Karina. As I asked Karina if I could disturb her, I initially overheard her saying that she was doing something important, but she was forced to entertain me nevertheless with divided attention. No good. She should be sent to training, so she should know that customers are the lifeblood of any establishment. Without the customers, the establishment will not thrive. Thus, customers deserve great CS.
When you are charged for items that were not packed, it's extremely poor service. They have tried to blame the courier but the package arrived missing an item. They mucked up, tried to place blame elsewhere and I'm left paying for an item I have never received. Communication is slow, I am chasing up, terrible service!
Chemist Warehouse online orders are yet again painfully slow ( 4 time) to be processed.Whilst pricing is fair if you in a hurry for items don't bother ordering online from them. They offer everything online but never actually have ready for shipping.
I purchased a bottle of Go Health Glucosamine 1-A-DAY 90 Tablets on 20 May 2024.The seal was intact, no sign of being peeled.Within a month taking the product as instructed, now is having only 15 tablets left in the bottle that made me wonder if it was a bad batch from Go Health.Complaints sent to alert Chemist Warehouse on the 2nd of July, 2024.One of its staff replied, nothing he/she could do as the bottle has been opened. No replacement incurred😭.How could I tell how many tablets correctly supplied without opening the bottle & counting them at the beginning?Watch out for this manufacturing mistake, if not cheating customers 😭🙏And the staff didn't even say that they would try to contact & inform Go Health Company of this problem either 👎👊
Try to contact them due order stuck in processing is impossible Dont deal with this company has worst customer service ever. On advisement in New Zealand if you are sold something at the front door or online you are entitled to change your mind and be refunded anytime under the NZ Consumers Gaurantee Act. This Company will try to tell you they will refund only within 2 hours after the sale. Dont listen too them that is not correct.

“Good prices and varitety of different products”
I go to the Chemist Warehouse whenever I need to get my prescription filled after my appointment with the GP. They have a huge range of products, from vitamins, perfumes to household goods like dishwasher tablets. While their prices are not always the cheapest, but majority of the time they do have the best deal. They will deliver for free whenever on orders over $50, and they do deliver fast and the goods are well packaged. Tip for consumers:They have regular sale, so keep an eye out for the products you want and buy them all online. It's really convenient to get free delivery so you can save a trip to the store.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
