cheepoair.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives cheepoair.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 70.8. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 70.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to cheepoair.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning cheepoair.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between cheepoair.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of cheepoair.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of cheepoair.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. cheepoair.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether cheepoair.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether cheepoair.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, cheepoair.com.

Totally scam. they debited my account a couple days ago, and haven't issued any ticket yet. they have been saying they are processing my payment, while my account was debited the second I purchased from their website a few days ago. I was on the call with them for 1.5 hours, still no tickets, nor the refund. their reference number: 86587615
Tried to get an advertised flight to the Philippines. On two different occasions I talked on the phone with their agents and after answering all their questions I agreed to their terms and confirmed and paid using my credit card. After that I was told to stay on the line and they would get a booking number. When they came back on the line I was told that the cost of the fare had increased $300 because advertised airfare are fluid and can change in a short time. I declined after talking to two different agents on two different calls about the same advertised airfare for the same price. They advertised the same flight for the same price on their app. I made a third attempt to purchase the same airfare and after giving all information then confirming to their terms and submitting payment, I was prompted that the airfare increased again $300. I believe they use bait and switch tactics. It’s just a scam in my opinion.
complain about my refund booking no 85599620. I call your customer service via phone call (1-866-592-9685) dated June 01, 2024 time 2AM and I received few works from your agent (India) about my refund and this is completely unacceptable for me. For your better understanding to my problem, I am writing reasons in detail below. We request revised ticket round trip (JEDDAH TO DOHA, JUNE 02, 2024) (DOHA TO JEDDAH, JUNE 03, 2024) and we received email from your side mention ticket has been revised booking no 85599620., but upon checking the airline FLYNAS did not receive any reservations booking regards on my request.
Booked my ticket by using CheapOair in June 2023. In November I got notifications that Bamboo air calculated my flight.I asked for refund.Only in December 26 for some reason they initiated refund.Today is March 29. Still no money. Nomeros phone calls.Asked to speak with supervisor.Supervisor not calling back. Stay away by all means! Fraud company!
Brutal. Run the other way.We had booked a trip to Trinidad. Immediately after we booked our flights began to change. After a couple of weeks of this happening we cancelled and rebooked with another carrier. They would not give us a refund even after they did not complete our original itinerary witch had been changed numerous times. We have been arguing with our CreditCard company ever since. We are cancelling them also.
Very untrustworthy people and company. Booked and mistakenly switched the last name with the first name. BA trade support said that they should ask for a refund and we will refund them and then cheapo will issue new tickets. cheapo refused to do that saying that the ticket is nonrefundable. customer service is unprofessional. This seems like a big scam to me this company. they probably still asked BA for a refund. customer support people are very rude and not willing to help, they will only push to sell you more stuff like travel insurance or baggage insurance.
I experienced issues with getting necessary documents on-line so I phoned Cheapoair. The waiting time was somewhat "long" but the wait was worth the while. A Mr. (BAZIN) answered my call, he was "outstanding" and very helpful. The next day I needed to phoned ref. another issue and spoke with (NATASHA). She was "exceptional". She answered my questions and got me the documents I needed "immediately". In my opinion, both these employees are valuable to Cheapoair. Thank You, Al Costa.
Somebody is playing games with my money.I made mistakes on booking a flight due to the multiple choices. And tried to immediately rectify the mistake within 30 minutes. But I was told by the Cheapoair agent the Airline restricted me but the United is blaming Cheapoair. Who cares? To me if I make a mistake and attempt to change it within a 2 hour window I should have been allowed to complete the change and not be given excuses blaming someone else when Cheapoair could have made the change.
I had booking then got very sick, explained the situation was ready to share my tests results and ask for cancellation, they played me like a doll, from one agent to another, I asked for waiver they ignored it, bear in mind I requested cancellation 3 days before the flight date. This is the last time I will ever book through CheapOair, they need to learn business, for someone like me traveling all the time that’s bad business.Good idea horrible execution!!
I’m also providing a terrible review to cheapoair. We bought tickets which were cancelled due to the global pandemic we have been dealing with cheapoair customer service department for MONTHS without any success. They pretty much stole our money, neither they reimbursed us the tickets nor gave us credit to travel. They steal people money. Very unprofessional company. I even sent emails to company CEOs explaining our situation and asking them to evaluate our situation and provide us with an answer/solution and to this date no one even returns our calls or emails. We were a group of 5 family members traveling together and we all have not received our money. CHEAPOAIR STEALS YOUR MONEY. Do NOT buy your plane tickets or plan your vacations through them. They SUCK!!!! They ripped up our money
CheapOair wasn’t really bad when I first used it. But then I booked a ticket but had to cancel it due to the price so I changed my mind bc it was pretty expensive. After I canceled it the assistant told me it would take 3 weeks to get the money back but I had waited for over 4 weeks! I’ve talked to the flight attendants and the agents and all they said was the refund was processed so I went to the bank and they said I haven’t received a refund yet from CheapOair.
Terrible experience using Cheapo Air. Purchased tickets international travel, $1400 approx.Due to pandemic flights were cancelled. In short i was l led on by Cheapo air for 4 months just to be informed there would be NO REFUND and then to find out no credit. They blamed it on what they called the Agency, being Azul airlines. I had emails confirming the refund and typically 2 billing cycles which they said was about 14 days being 1 cycle then it was 30 days being 1 cycle. Depends on whom you speak with. i never was contacted and just led on each call, a pacification hoping i would just go away. In short I think our political leaders should weigh in on these antics and level the playing field. The current status of being allowed to take money from people and the pandemic was the perfect out for them. Lesson learned, never again
Somehow this company needed all my irrelevant personal details (such as workplace) on the phone in order to confirm my credit card. Why would anyone tell their personal details to a stranger on the phone? A better option is to work with a bank using 3D secure system.
A few weeks a go I posted a review on CheapOair about my terrible experience. I stated that they were either incompetent or unethical, or both.Within days I received numerous calls from them (which I did not answer). This was the most diligent they had been as they never called me back, despite always taking my number! Suddenly they found my number and wanted to speak to me! Eventually I answered their call and, for my inconvenience over the last few months, they offered me $50 voucher towards my next booking with CheapOair. I said that was insulting. Firstly the amount of $50. And secondly, why would I ever book a flight with them ever again. They agreed to go aay and thinkabout and call me back with a better compensation offer. They have never called me back!!!
We had booked tickets back in March 2019 and the flights were cancelled due to COVID. Rather than offer a refund, which we were entitled to, they insisted on a future credit. We then went to book the tickets again and were charged a further $89 per ticket to re-book. Not only that, the airline tickets were $688 direct with the airlines and on other sites. Cheapoair decided to charge more for the tickets PLUS the $89 to book. When I questioned this they said that the airfares advertised were only for NEW bookings and not for trips being re-booked. LIE. I then booked another ticket for my husband (who had a future credit with the same airline) and paid the advertised price.Cheapoair have scammed us totally and blamed the airlines for all these extra prices.Do not use Cheapoair - they are exactly cheap and nasty.
worst company ever. 5 months still have not refunded me the money from a canceled flight that the airline canceled. there are 2 facebook groups and many people with the same problem. I have contacted everyone at the company and emailed CEO and Board of Directors and no one cares no one responds. they just lie and hang up the phone.
I paid $2035 for a Premium Economy on Finnair through cheapo and unfortunately have broken my kneecap in three places so I tried to re-schedule but Cheapo said no re-scheduling and no refund. never again
At these difficult times when all airlines are trying to recuperate from their losses due to the virus impact, it is difficult to buy a reasonable ticket from them even in a lowseason. I tried the CheapOair, as the last resort and was surprised that they do not use "hook and switch tactics" or if you call us we offer you "the lowest possible price not available on line", the truth is that mostof them have not very qualified people and simply copy and paste from other inferior consolidators...Also, CheapOair has a top custom service, you can get its staff on thephone and speak to them once you choose your flight. Of course, even this company cannot produce miracles, but in the wild jungle, based on my best experience, they are decently fair. To conclude...I am not related in any manner to the above company, and I am not benefitting a single cent in any form by writing this review, just so much ordinary customer. tcb
CheapOAir.com came through for us after I had put our full story on TrustPilot. We are very grateful that our airline credit was not wasted and we sincerely thank Braeden at CheapOAir for going the extra mile to get flights for us from Nelson, NZ to Auckland,NZ. I have taken down my complaint now that CheapOAir have helped us.
I was waiting for refund since years Please donot go for bookings if you have plan change, my trip was done befor 2 years and I am waiting for refund for the seats /baggage i didn't used Called and asked before 2 months before for my booking I'd :69837876 ,Agent said they will refund that in 15 days .Kept email on 22nd April , but no reply till now.NEVER EVER GO FOR CHEAP O AIR

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
