I don’t usually book travel with a 3rd party so found this process daunting. Right after I booked online I got a message on WhatsApp from Justin Smith offering to find me a direct return instead of the connecting flight I’d booked. This was quite late at night so I was surprised. He searched and found several options, one of which suited me. Although I had to pay a little extra, it was a better flight so I was happy about that. The tickets did not arrive till then next day after I enquired but I have them now and it all seems fine. I read some poor reviews of this company but their methods just seem unconventional. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional and responses were quick on WhatsApp and email. Ticket prices were through the roof on other sites so I was grateful to be helped to get a good deal.

The process of booking the flights was seamless. The fares were at a very good price. As soon as I booked I received a call from Katherine who was excellent, she confirmed the booking details and answered any questions I had. She also called me the day after to see if everything was ok. She was really helpful and informative.

Booked a flight which I booked via Google flights. They called me soon after the booking to say they no longer had that fare available and then refused to issue me a refund immediately when I asked. The person the phone tried to upsell me other flights, other dates, and then hung up on me when he said he'd get the manager to issue me a refund. I had to request for a refund multiple times and the agent kept trying to sell me more expensive tickets without my approval. Eventually they said they'd honour my original price but then called back an hour later saying they were not able to get a ticket at that price and again tried to ask me to increase the fare I paid. I again asked for cancellation and refund, at which point they finally sent me cancellation confirmation, while still on the phone trying to convince me to buy a higher priced flight. I expect I will need to request a chargeback through my credit card, as I don't trust the cancellation. Don't bother booking through here, I'd rather the security and less stress of booking direct.

My initial booking had to be cancelled as the airline had oversold - Sharon called me directly to tell me and already had alternative flights for me to choose from. She was really helpful and made all the arrangements so I just had to confirm the other option was acceptable. They even matched the price of the previous flight.

Great pricing, lots of choice of flights to make up my preferred outbound and inbound timing.Follow up after booking was helpful, and clear, Vince was also very quick to answer some queries I had once he sent me the confirmation and booking reference so that I could choose my seats etc with the airline.Smooth process, flight is in a couple weeks so I'll report back if anything else to add but so far all good.

“Scammers”

Disgusting scammers. Back in May I ordered tickets off of checknfly as the prices seemed really good (too good) as I wanted to visit my long distance partner for the very first time in real life in July (as I write this) however as soon as we ordered the tickets, I was begged for a phone call off of WhatsApp of all things which is very unprofessional. The English was extremely broken and we got asked to pay a ridiculous amount for baggage and my stomach began to sink as I realised I had been part of an Indian scam call centre (they called my partner up with a thick Indian accent despite being named "Vince") but after purchasing the tickets all I got was radio silence and from what I've seen checknfly like to cancel tickets the next day but I heard nothing and thought I was safe. On the day of the flight they cancelled my tickets for absolutely no reason, luckily me and my partner pulled together and bought a legitimate ticket with the airline. If we didn't, I would've never met my true love and had a wonderful time like I am as I write this. I have your IP address due to you stupidly clicking on a grabbify link, you are from Delhi India and NOT registered in the UK at all. The UK " agency " is literally just some random House in Weymouth as a cover up. Refund me or I'm going to spam even more bad reviews. You cancelled the tickets with no explanation on the day of the flight which is disgusting.

“Scamming company”

If you see any 5star reviews they have clearly bought them or wrote them themselves! I have had nothing but problems with this company from the moment I booked. They take your money and sell you seats that they "haven't yet confirmed" as they put it. I was told my seats were sold out and I'd need to cancel or upgrade to retain them. Blatant lie to try get more money from you. Pressuring you into a sale which is total scam tactics. After writing a review I was contacted and pleaded with to take it down. I am now missing a flight that is clearly on my e-ticket but not with the airline. I'm trying to reach out and contact them to fix the problem before we fly out and they are now screening my calls and not responding to emails. Do not book with these people! What a refreshing and helpful experience. I was contacted by Brad from Check N Fly to confirm my flight details and as it turned out, I had made a mistake with the return dates. Brad was incredibly helpful and determined to do his best to resolve my problem. He sorted it all out and managed to upgrade me to a better airline and times, for so much less extra than i expected. My flights should have been non refundable, so he really went the extra mile and got a penalty fee waived for me. I really am so grateful. My trip will be so much more pleasant thanks to Brad's exemplary customer service. Very impressive. I'll definitely book again with Check N Fly for my next trip!

“Disgusting sales tactics”

Disgusting sales tactics. They don't sell you the flight tickets as purchased online but attempt to sell you pricey tickets instead. They would give you all kinds of excuses of booked tickets not available. Still waiting for refunds. Purchase tickets from airlines website directly and you would find life easier. “Absolute scammers. AVOID”

This agency is a two bit micro company trading from a dingy terrace house in Weymouth. Other domain names are flightoworld & flymachine - all registered to Air Fairs Ltd - ******* A one man band run by an Indian "Barry Robinson." If you engage in a call or online chat this will be with a contracted indian call centre - who's staff anglicize their names. I found this "Agency" after a skyscanner search. The flight I was interested in was almost £200 cheaper than the airlines website price. Id never heard of this agency before and it was the first time Id seen it on skyscanner. Jetcost threw up the same agency with a different price as did searching direct on their own website. Alarm bells started to ring as I was thinking this would lead to a classic "Bait & switch" sales tactic which is illegal in the uk and I've fallen for it before (but achieving a victorious county court claim against the agent concerned) Anyways I started an online chat with "Steven". I always request a transcript so I wasnt worried. I asked for confirmation of flight price and availability and asked for the ticketing turnaround time. Price was confirmed and i was told "By 1800hrs same day" To which was acceptable to me. However at 1720hrs that day I received an email stating that it would take 24 to 48rs as it had been sent for ticketing. I informed "Steven" that the turnaround was not acceptable and I required it that same day. I advised bonafide agents use a GDS system to allow for immediate ticketing and i expected the same. The agent sent the flight details and a link to pay. I never give a phone number as they simply dont need one. But thats what these agencies will use to prize more money from the customer. I paid for the flight, informed the agent and waited. Nothing. I ended the chat. After 24hrs I emailed and was given excuse after excuse - its queued for ticketing, software crash, airline system is down etc etc. I reminded that I had full confirmatory transcripts and emails. I was told to "wait another 48hrs." Nope! After in total, 48 hrs I sent them a notice and demand for full refund for failure to supply the ticket. That their own T&Cs did not apply as they had failed even to supply. I also wrote and sent notice to their registered office. For the next 24hrs I was ignored. Finally on day 4 I received an email from "Ricky" with a banking document for a failed/refunded transaction. A further 3 days later the transaction was cancelled and no money was charged from my account. This whole experience was a disaster. However I got the refund. Because i was cleverer than the fraudsters I was dealing with. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Any positive reviews here by one review wonders are and will be fake. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of credible and honest agencies who will turn around and issue the ticket almost immediately. I've been flying the same airline/same route for almost 5 years - checknfly isn't one of them. They are scammers and fraudsters and its headed up by a one man band ltd company.
