IF I COULD PAY TO LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD – AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!I am not someone who goes out of their way to leave reviews following bad experiences, but I feel an obligation to warn others about the disgraceful service provided by Airport Cheap Parking LTD. This company is a complete scam and should be avoided at all costs. 1. DISORGANIZED FROM THE START: Despite following their instructions and contacting them well in advance, as stated in their emails, when I arrived on the day of my flight (7th September), the entire operation was chaos. They were completely disorganized, and I ended up very late to the airport, nearly missing my flight. The stress they caused me is unforgivable. 2. PARKING FINE WHILE IN THEIR CARE: While I was on holiday (7th–15th September), I received a parking fine issued on the 8th of September – when my car was supposed to be in their care. I contacted them immediately, and they assured me over the phone that they would handle it. They even asked me to WhatsApp the fine to them. Foolishly, I trusted them. 3. NO COMMUNICATION AND AVOIDING ACCOUNTABILITY: Since then, I’ve had to chase them repeatedly for confirmation that the fine was resolved. I emailed them on 16th September and followed up numerous times, but they completely ignored me. When I tried calling, they hung up on me and have since stopped answering my calls entirely. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. 4. LEFT ME WAITING IN THE COLD: When I returned from my holiday, they were late again, leaving me waiting outside in the cold for an unacceptably long time. No communication, no apology – just more proof of their utter incompetence.This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They lure you in with empty promises, take your money, and then fail to deliver even the most basic level of service. Their lack of organization, communication, and accountability makes me question if this company is legitimate at all.If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY FROM AIRPORT CHEAP PARKING LTD. If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would. This company deserves nothing but to go out of business for how they treat their customers. I am now considering legal action to resolve the parking fine they promised to handle and never did.You’ve been warned – book with anyone else but these fraudsters.

Awful! Said they didn't have my reservation so I booked again and now doubled! I then cancelled because the fine print says they charge extra per day for an SUV - outdoor parking!Stay away!Cancelled both in less than an hour and have to wait 7-10 days to get the $ back on my card!Stay away!!

I booked at Regal Philly Parking and when my flight was delayed by five hours and I had to cancel the reservation, they were very accommodating and gave me a full refund even though it was outside of their 24-hour cancellation policy. When I rebooked, there were no issues finalizing the reservation with the Regal Philly Parking Lot. 10/10 I would recommend them.

Thank you to all of the wonderful ladies who helped get me to and from the airport back in May for my trip from Newark. I was hesitant to reserve my parking spot at first due to mixed reviews but the service and kindness of the employees was much appreciated and much better than anticipated. We have been using this website to book parking at LAX many times and it has been working great for us.Sometimes you run into a little long wait time at the airport for shuttles but that depends on which parking you book so overall the Cheap Airport Parking is very easy to use.

Has always worked well for me. Be careful with individual parking providers, because sometimes you pay in advance and sometimes you pay on the lot - I've had lots try to charge me even though I've left the lot on time and paid in advance.

Ended up double paying because there was nothing to scan in my email. Reached out to Cheap Airport Parking via email and of course got no response. It’s like a third party platform. Don’t use it. Just go directly to the company you want to use.

I've been to this site twice now. This time it was 3 am had a hard time finding it in the dark. Was not sure what it was called from the street, name on the paperwork said CheapAirPortParking along with Gold Park Orlando. Neither name was clearly displayed including no address numbers. Although it costs a bit more than others, I've had good experiences with customer service, space availability, timely shuttles. I feel my car is safe when I take a vacation.

Deceiving rates. Daily rates are not the rates given when I click checkout. Be honest if you want repeat business. Customers value straightforward and upfront pricing. Your business model shouts "shady scam" and reflects that you believe your clients are imbeciles, easy prey.

Getting there and parking and getting a shuttle bus to airport was really good....Coming back was different story, I made the phone at 10:56pm and they told me where to wait, good service until I didn't see shuttle until 11:42pm.... I guess you get what you pay, cheap service.... although it was $12 per day.....

Parked my Suburban at ARB Parking at Newark airport. Used Cheap Airport Parking. When I picked up the car the bumper was scuffed. Asked to speak with the manager. A trailer office employee came out and dismissed my claim before even looking at the car. After I insisted with him to look at it the claimed it looked like an old scratch. This scuff was done on their lot! Terrible customer service. Will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general’s office. Stay away!

Their website is very easy to use. The prices to park your car are less than the prices charged by LAX for their structure parking. My car is always waiting for us in their driveway. Over the years, the experience has been very good. Recommended.
