Is cheap-taxis.com Legit?

Excellent service. First time booking with this company for airport transfer from Girona. I was slightly wary paying in full for first leg of return journey but there were no issues. Driver was waiting with sign in arrivals, was courteous and minivan spotless and air conditioned. Booster seats were provided for children as per booking. Return journey was confirmed 48hrs before and driver was waiting early for pick up. Would definitely book again through this company as significantly cheaper than other quotes and faultless service.

Both transfers from and to Girona airport were excellent. Spot on time and with pleasant drivers.Will use service again. Overall an excellent service including communication with taxi office.

If you are travelling to Alicante avoid using this company. They outsourced the job to a company called 'Ali Concept Bus' who have the rudest transport manager on earth named Rafa. On arriving, the company were about 30 minutes late. We had an additional person come who didn't know was coming but shouldn't make any difference as there were 4 seats for 4 of us. When Rafa found this out he demanded we pay an additional $15 euros for insurance purposes. SCAM! Safe to say i won't be using this company again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We booked Cheap taxi from Palma Airport. Got all the instructions quickly. Paid up front for the return. Very polite drivers. Clean and tidy cars. I did not need the Child seats but noticed them in the cars.All in all a brilliant company. Highly recommended.

This was our first time using this taxi company so we were a little apprehensive. However from initial booking to collection they were outstanding. I made an error on my booking and Paul picked it up straightaway and corrected it. I received etickets with all the information I could need very promptly. Our flight was delayed on arrival however our driver was waiting for us when we finally got there. On returning I forgot to email 48hours before to confirm transfer. I emailed that morning and received prompt reply confirming my transfer. Our driver arrived 15 minutes early and got us to the airport in plenty of time. All this for a considerably cheaper price that who we have used previously. Could not fault Cheap-taxis.com and would highly recommend. Thank you so much for a fantastic service!

Unlike many airport taxi transfers, our recent pick up and drop off through Cheap-Taxis were both exactly as arranged and no hanging around waiting. The vehicles are clean and modern and I can see why this company gets such good reviews.Everything is booked through Paul in UK who is first class at responding to everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent. Both journeys from and to Fuerteventura Airport were perfect. Vehicles were super clean, more than adequate with both drivers very friendly and informative. Very smooth pick up and drop off. Cost of return fare more than half the cost of Get Transfer and suchlike. We have further holidays planned this year and will certainly use Cheap Taxis in future.

Excellent service. Punctual, clean and a great price! Good communication with office and local firm. Our flight was on time but it took so long to get through customs. We were worried the driver might leave or be fed up. All was well. I was slightly nervous about paying thw full cost of the inward and outward journey on arrival at the hotel. But there was no need to be concerned. Also I needed to change the time of outward journey. My email was answered promptly. All good! Would use again!

Overall outstanding friendly service from start to finish. Communication absolutely brilliant from the moment you book to the minute you go home. We had a lovely driver that was waiting for us when we came into Reus Airport. Our mini van was very, very clean and had great (very appreciated) air con. He couldn't have been more helpful or friendly! The journey was pleasant and he dropped us off at reception and told us he would meet us there for our return journey.When collecting us to go back to the airport, he called to say that he was asked to go to the car park as it was very busy. He walked over to reception to meet us and to take our bags so we didn't have to. We carried our own bags but really appreciated that he was there to help.Would definitely recommend and will be using Cheap-taxis.com again

This company is exceptional. was met by our driver Michael at Pisa airport on time, very professional and polite driver in a lovely big, comfortable Mercedes people carrier, got us to our destination quicker than expected. Same for our return journey to Pisa, our driver was 15mins early and again a lovely big Mercedes people carrier. Cannot praise them enough, thank you Cheap Taxis!!

Excellent service from start to finish, picked up from the airport with no delays, was a little worried on our return back, as are pick up was 4am in the morning, there was no need to worry as our driver was there spot on time. Highly recommended and will defiantly using again in the near future.

Hi, Our transfer from Verona airport to Limone Sul Garda was perfect. On arrival, the driver was at the arrivals point with clearly labelled sign. Our driver was friendly, although not much English was helpful and a welcome sight at the end of a long trip with two small children. The Vehicle was very clean and had plenty of space for all our bags.The return was equally excellent, arrived early ,very friendly and very efficient with drop off back to Verona on time.I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a hassle free transfer as promised. Hard to get a great service these days but this is one that stands out.Thank you.

I was somewhat hesitant to book with this company for our transfer from Fuerteventura airport but I couldn't have been more wrong. Transfers both ways went on time without a hitch. Drivers were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Very reasonable charges much less than competitive companies and only having to book with a small deposit and pay the driver direct was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would use then again.

The service provided was second to none. There were 5 adults and 2 infants in our group. The driver was waiting at the airport, had the 2 car seats in place and could not be more helpful. Returning to the airport it was a different driver but again he went over and above helping us and made the transfers a enjoyable experience.
