From order to install only took 7 days, when some of the bigger names in this field were giving me a date two weeks away just for the initial consultation let alone actually fitting it. Also offered an affordable payment option and install only took about 90 mins. No hassle, friendly fitter just cracked on and offered to clean up after. If I could give a 0 I would have done. Made appointment for installation today weeks ago. Completed all the documentation. Took the 0% finance option. I confirmed this week that everything was okay for installation today and was told it was. I took time off from work to be here and no one turned up. Made contact with CPEV and they offered absolutely no reason just that ‘something must have happened’ !!! I’d worked that out for myself. Not even a phone call to say they were not coming. I totally and utterly deceived and wonder if they ever had the intention of coming. They got me to sign up to the finance agreement and then haven’t fulfilled the installation. Will be taking my business elsewhere and demanding cancellation of my agreement - stress and agg I don’t need right now ! 0/10
