Is changehero.io Legit?

I exchanged more than 1 BTC to USDT on Ledger via Exodus Swap which uses Changehero as API on the 12th of december. Little that I knew, they're selective scammers.On their site they say that if you don't want a KYC you get your money refunded -10%, and in case of KYC they ask for selfie and ID like any other exchange I know of but they dont stop at this point.I sent them every document they asked for and are still refusing the payment or refund. They don't explain why this exchange is under review regarding to their FAQ.Now after a day they completely stopped answering me and support doesnt care about my chat inquiries. My lawyer is already in the game, next step is german law enforcement but I've already warned them.The funny thing is how many people already got scammed via the shitty KYC procedure which contains the most absurd verifications until you give up on your money because they're impossible to do or to prove.STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.They have 3 different fake post offices around the globe, none of them is a real place, no phone number, no legal department but they still talk about "compliance".Edit: 8 days later I'm still getting the same answer from the support. I sent all documents and proofs and they told me to send to compliance and give me final answer and then they answer me with a question of a invented problem to keep my money ransom.
