Is changeangel.io Legit?

I used to use this platform a lot. The last time was 5 months ago and with no incidences before this. Transactions and exchanged took around 10-15 minutes. But this time, it's been stuck in limbo (They received my coins, says crypto on the way to me... yet nothing). I tried contacting them on TG, no response. Their website says chat support is 24/7... yet there is no chat function or way to contact except via email and it'll take 24-48 hours....Hope they are still operational. Will update if my issue is resolved-------Update... they completed the transfer roughly 36 hours after I originally sent in the coins for exchange.

Most transactions have been close to the estimated trade amount, but I got 7.5% fewer coins on this last trade than estimated. The transaction also took 70 minutes while it usually takes 30-40 minutes. The fee was also over 10 times higher than usual. I don't know what happened, maybe it had to go through multiple trades, but I was disappointed by my last transaction....after reviewing my transaction, they acknowledged a technical glitch a refunded the fee. I ended up with about the original estimate.

Good service, and really good that they accept digi-ID. However I find it dishonest that they would charge a huge hidden fee in the blockchain transaction fee. I sent £30.25 and received only £28.49. I understand that they need to make money but it should be clear that you are paying a service fee and not a very high blockchain transaction fee.

Been in crypto since 2017, found Changeangel 2year ago and have found their swaps simple and reliable. Recently I made the rookie mistake by becoming complacent in not double checking that my receiving address was completely correct. I only noticed after the transaction was initiated. Luckily, the address I had submitted wasn’t a valid address. The support staff was so quick to respond to my support ticket and within 30mins I had my funds. Top notch experience. Really made me trust them just that much more.

ChangeAngel is one of my favorite swap sites. I have never had issues and have not ran across coins being unavailable during peak times like other swap site.Highly recommend for the occasional swaps of hard to get tokens. I even use it for common coin swaps as its easier than going through an exchange and fees are about the same!!

Change Angel is the best exchange service on the market, I've tried a few. Best exchange rate (0.8%), compared to Atomic Wallet (3.5%), and may others. Fast, great records, and great customer service. I was rushed this morning and had 4 Change Angel windows/exchanges being done simultaneously without any trouble whatsoever. Had all my coins within 20 mins overall. Highly recommended.

When swapping coins there is always a concern about when and if I am going receive back the coins I swapped for. With Changeangle.io I have always had great swaps and even when I one time sent my coins to the wrong address, their customer service found where my coins went and explained to me in great detail how I could recover them. I recently tried to swap LTC for RDD using the ChangeAngel website. It took about a whole hour to complete the swap. Went to the customer service chat to ask about my transaction, and by the time I asked my question, my swap had completed. Customer service was great. Taking a bit longer than other swap services, it is still a great service I would definitely recommend to others. Very easy to use and simple to sign up. Just an email and password required. Or you can use AntumID through DigiByte. The coins I'm interested in are all supported. DGB, LTC, ETH, RDD, BTC, USDC, and TUSD.
