HORRIBLE Experience with Champs Sports.I ordered some af1s 5 days ago and suddenly got an email this morning saying they are out of stock now. Tried calling customer service which took about 3 hours btw and they told me "you are out of luck dude, unless the other guy cancels i cant do anything". I asked if there is a way for me to get a different pair for the price I paid since it was on sale then or even a coupon and I got hit with a straight up "No" and nothing else.

I ordered some Jordan 3 online and I did the fast shipping. Well here it is 4 business days later and nothing. I call customer service and they told me to wait 2 hours so they could get ahold of the store shipping them. Called back 2 hours later and was told to call back tomorrow so they can service me I just want my money back. People please beware they are a joke.

I have purchased probably 40 or so sneakers from various companies online, kept some of them, returned a lot of them, all with zero issues. To date Champs Sports is the ONLY retailer I've ever experienced that sent a return BACK to me lmao, claiming that the item "cannot be returned" due to it being "used". Nevermind that the shoes they sell questionably look used themselves, the obvious rig is that they just sell cheap inventory for a dumping ground on their customers to absorb cost. Though define cheap as this was a $45 pair of sneakers that is now dumped on me despite claiming "free returns". Do try to buy your products directly from the brand sites (Converse, Vans, etc) as they will truly do returns correctly. Champs Sports is a scam run by scam artists that dump inventory on their customers, avoid avoid AVOID.

Absolutely the worst retail company I have dealt with in recent years. First of all, they charge $6.99 for returns. Eventhough they said its free shipping returns within 45 days, but they do charge you for returns. Once your return items reach their "warehouse", it takes them 45 days (yes that's what the customer service agent told me) to process the return. Basically, don't buy anything from champs or footlocker. This company is disgusting and tricking consumers in purchasing their subpar quality products and make the consumers pay for their junk. Absolutely stay away from them

I bought some shoes here and then I saw these reviews and I was really scared. But surprisingly the shoes came in, as described, the very next day! And they were a steal of a deal. I'm a real person. This is a real review. I am in no way affiliated with this company. I'm just really pleased it worked out and wanted to let people know that I actually had a good experience. Thank you!

Parks mall champs does not have a good selection and employees are very unethical and unprofessional. Do not waste time there

Tried to order several times, but the website always, always gives errors. Can never actually complete an order. Trying calling an order in. After being on the phone for an hour, I was told my order couldn’t be completed because there was an error in my address. The agent was not helpful to try and resolve the issue. Thanks Champs lol. Not quite champs though, considering I can’t even make an order.

This company is HORRIBLE and i would NEVER recommend anyone to shop with them. Ordered a shirt and it was defective with black stains on the sleeve. I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee for a return due to their defective items which is crazy. Then when I choose to exchange it instead, I was told I would have to wait up to 17 days to process the return and exchange. So because of their mistake and sending out defective clothing, the customer has to pay a restocking fee, or wait 17 days to get an exchange.

Poor services I ordered 1 pair of shoes 7 days ago.. all they had did was place the label on. It suppose to be here in 2 days.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHAMPS TO THE NEIGHBORS DOG.. The agent was rude and no compensation for this now they talking another 10 business days.. THIS STORE SUCKS

What a nightmare this website is. I couldn’t order because maybe the format of my address was wrong or whatever they cant confirm. My order was cancelled i tried to redo and create an account and it wont let me order because 1 limit per customer but i didn’t purchase anything since it was cancelled and their CS is useless can’t believe these people get a pay cheque being unable to help because “i cant change it in the system” wouldn’t recommend this purchasing from them ever.

My item never shipped and I got an email saying sorry please be patient it’s taking longer than expected... a month later I contacted them and they said they can’t do anything for me because I waited too long. No refund, no replacement, no investigation, nothing. She said “too bad”. Christmas shopping was hard as is during a pandemic, but now they stole $100 for one of what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered these on the 16th and they are still sitting there supposedly waiting to be shipped.. you've had 9 days to ship these shoes what's the problem? I bought these through PayPal just to make sure I wouldn't have any problem getting my money back so I'm letting PayPal handle it and getting a refund.. I'm not saying they won't ship your item I'm just saying by the time they do you're not going to need it anymore

Pretty disappointed that when we ordered the shoes we wanted everything went through just fine and said in stock then 2 days later get an email about them being on back order. The shoes finally shipped than for some reason it sat in the Fedex warehouse for 3 days before it left. At first told me I was supposed to get my order by Monday now it is delayed 4 days.

Do not use their online shopping!!! I ordered a pair of Adidas pants. My husband tried them on for less than 1 min. They were too big. I sent them back 2 days later. Well today, 8 days after sending them back they were shipped back to me telling me there were not returnable due to being worn. The comment read *there is A LOT of skin cells on the cuffs and inside the pants…making them unreturnable…. Unless they are using a microscope to check these pants over there is absolutely nothing visible!! I wish I could post pictures on here so everyone could see the pristine, same as new shape these pants are!! All original tags are still attached!!!

Terrible. Ordered Wednesday with 48 hour shipping still no confirmation. Called 5 times. Reps are terrible. Talked to a supervisor who assured me my UPS has my order. Provided me a tracking number that doesnt give me any info. Ups cant even locate it. Stay far away.

The bad reviews are total lies !!! Customer service was on point so was my order and delivery. Shoes perfect . I will never trust trustpilot reviews again!! Liars had me so paranoid for no reason and doing my own research found the bad reviews came from the same ip address . All of them!!!!! Idiot !!!!

Tried to order from Canada to a US address.Supposedly the site is Canada-friendly (you can select the option of having a Canadian billing address and/or shipping address), but when adding something to the cart from a Canadian IP Address, it generates an instant error. When using a US VPN address, it will add to cart, but in the checkout process, it generates a mysterious "This Field is Required" error... but there is no empty field.PayPal option to get around the credit card issue? Nope, don't take PayPal. Get them elsewhere? Nope, these guys basically have negotiated a monopoly on Nike.I hate you all.
