Ive used this service many times without an account, or giving any info other than the addresses. Ive done thousands of dollars of crypto exchanges without any issues.

I made a swap, on a fluctuating quote. While I was doing it I was monitoring Uniswap, Change Hero and ChangeNOW. In those exchanges, the quote didn't change while I was doing the swap.When I received the token in my wallet the amount was different, it was less than the quote (even the one they show after the funds are received and the swap was done) In ChangeNOW they actually INCREASED the amount RIGHT AFTER changelly's system made the exchange. Suggestion: Better use another exchange

Changelly is my go-to service for any crypto exchange. I love the way it improved by developers during 3 years that I use it. Favorable rates, nice support staff, no major problems. The exchange time is about 10 mins in average, but once it was about 30 mins due to the network congestion. All in all, I love Changelly and use the app the most.

Dont ever use that service.I used it for a while and was fine but on my last swap they decided to hold my funds until complete a kyc which is complete nonsense for a site like that. Basicly stole $100You got way better alternatives than this site for sure, please dont use it

Fast and supper easy to use. Tried it twice today for the first time, worked great. Just wish they had a wallet to store as well.

Changelly has stolen my money. I initiated a transaction which was held by their AML/KYC team (A lie by them to hold peoples money so they can profit off of your misery). I have submitted all of their requests such as ID proof etc more information than they should require yet they refuse to refund my money. Everyday I email them either they ignore or say "We are reviewing your case, we have put your case in high priority" Weeks have gone by and I am still without my money.
