Is certaintyproperty.com.au Legit?

Trades steer clear of this organization, they don't pay their invoices! We have lost count on how many times and different ways we have tried to contact them over an unpaid invoice. We can see they have not only received but viewed the invoice. Terrible, disgusting company.

Certainty Property have been extremely useful! Connor my Property Manager has been a great help with my new property in Sunnybank. He was able to take care of the full process from handover from the builder to leasing the property within a week. I am super happy with him and have already referred 2 of my business partners to Certainty Property.

Worst possible real estate agency. As a landlord I relied on them but they never responded to my emails and they called and threatened the tenant who was living in our rented house because he complained that the air con unit was not working. The tenant contacted me directly and I had to send someone ASAP to get the work done. I have now ceased my contract with them. Turns out that they advertise their low fees just to pull you in and then they don't do any work when you ask them to, this shows why their fees are so low. Mark and Simon may I ask why you called and shouted at me and told me that you will file a law suit because I terminated the service agreement with certainty? Please do not put up a standard reply saying we are contactable and can assist, your business has severe inefficiencies and poor character is reflected in your dealings with landlords and tenants.

My wife & I recently moved to Temecula after I got employed with the San Diego Fire Department. I went to several different barber shops before going to Helios Barber shop off Temecula Parkway. I came in and was seen by Paul & I haven’t gone anywhere else since.Paul has cut my hair before several big events like weddings, paternity photos, etc & he hasn’t missed yet. I would refer Paul to anyone because he is extremely personable, he genuinely cares to get to know his clients & works hard to make sure your hair looks the way you want it before walking out.I can’t say enough good things about the quality of service provided by Paul. So if you every find yourself in need of a haircut or are just looking for a new barber don’t hesitate to book an appointment with my guy Paul!

A warning to all tradespeople. I was asked to quote for a job and the quote was excepted. I completed the work on 3 October. I have been told on multiple occasions that my invoice was paid, however, it’s a month later and I have not yet been paid.After my last enquiry I was told that there’s no funds available to settle my invoice. I was then also told that another tradesperson is claiming to have completed the job, after I have already supplied them with photos of the completed job.I have advised them that I will be taking this matter to Fair Trading.

Awesome place for a professional haircut with very reasonable prices. Excellent atmosphere and nicely decorated. They even offer you a compliment drink when you come in. I thought it would be a soda or water, but they had a refrigerator with beer and mixed drinks or champagne as well. It’s truly a men’s barbershop but with all the amenities of a high end ladies salon.

Our property manager Connor is an absolute legend. He is not only knowledgeable and diligent but also incredibly kind and polite. His efficiency is yet to be surpassed. Ramon cut my hair and before i was a shaggy greasy man, afterwards I had the most GORGEOUS cut known to man, he had me getting hella game afterwards. make sure Ramon cuts your hair cus he does eyebrows good too

Unbelievable attitude from the agent. Certainty Property is no longer our agent, as the unit owner chose another company a few months ago, but they still send us emails and messages demanding rent payments. When we contacted them to remove us from their list, they became aggressive and threatened us because we posted a review. It is our right to share our experience in a review. I tried to find out what was going on and asked who I was speaking with, but the person became even more furious, forcing me to hang up due to the threatening tone of the call. They are poor at managing and responding, which we already knew. However, their attitude over the phone, where they threatened to blacklist us if we didn’t remove the review, was unacceptable. To all owners considering their service, the choice is yours. I'm lucky that my owner switched to another property agent. Good job by my unit owner

I contacted this company for assistance in regards to leasing my property. They were rude and made threats to me. I challenged the legitimacy of their claims of 4+ star reviews on Google. I could not find any such reviews or links to this claim. I asked for information about their services structure and inclusions only to be told they don’t need customers like me. Avoid this company at all costs is my opinion.

Wow wow wow!!!! Maryannes professionalism and quick responses helped me find a property to suit my little family so mush easier than I expected. It's great to see that we still have Agents and Property Managers who are so passionate.

Managed my rental myself for a while to save on fees for no real service and half hearted attempts to fill vacancies. My new role requires frequent travel and cannot juggle finding tenants while on business. What Cameron offered made sense as the fees they charge were not only competitive, but also practically guaranteed rental income. Banks happy with the constant cash flow in the account and no hassles for me.

Have loved dealing with my property manager and the entire team at Certainty Property. They got back to me the day I submitted my lease application and let me know that the owner had approved my app. I moved in ten days later, and my apartment was spotless. Whenever I've had the odd maintenance request, they've always come back to me straight away

Very impressed. We had a tenant leave unexpectedly on very short notice without paying. Certainty Property paid the arrears out of their pocket and paid a further three weeks rent until a new tenant was found with their rent guarantee. It was a meaningful amount of money (approx. $4000). I can’t see myself using another property manager.

My property in Adelaide (Munno Para) sat vacant for almost 6 weeks prior to CP taking over.Our Property Manager provided us with a detailed analysis of the market and was able to secure tenants only after the 3rd inspection. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and managed to achieve $15 above the asking price.
