cena.nl Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives cena.nl a medium-high trust score on the platform: 78. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Standard. Fair.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this above-average score? We came up with the 78 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to cena.nl's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Known. Standard. Fair. tags above. Long story short, we deem this website low risk, but you still need to pay attention to details and use common sense when engaging in online transactions of any kind. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning cena.nl, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between cena.nl and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of cena.nl. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of cena.nl, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. cena.nl is a low-risk website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether cena.nl has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether cena.nl boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, cena.nl.

I am located in Germany and we have C&A allover the country. Online shopping was never an issue since the last time. Customer service is total mess. I have spoken to 3 different people on tje phone none of the listened to my issue to the end and tjey have just hung up the phone! Whaaaaat! Seriously, this is how u treat and respect customers from whose money you ectually excist?!!! You are forcing me to pay for the stuff wjich I have never got. Your new mess partner Hermes has lost it and I am punished for hermes mess. No way! Such a huge shop and such irrespectful treatment of customers. Please, contact me instead of sending me payment reminder. I will not pay for the item I have never recievedB E
i recently buy item for my kids and i return some of it until now also 3 weeks they never return my money back i will never ever gonna buy online c and a they are thief.. beware i will warn other people as more as possible this kind of business should never exist
I am very disappointed because I called them three times and each time I received no help whatsoever. When you call the customer service, they either do not know anything or say they can't do it. I wanted to contact the store and, apparently, you cannot do it.
absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. it took a MONTH for my package to arrive from germany to croatia and they simply had no idea where the package was. plus it took min. 2 days each time for them to answer my email and when i asked for refund i was denied it!!! they told me to just order same items again??? i needed the clothing for my vacation and when it finally arrived 20 days AFTER it was supposed to arrive it was completely useless. so nobody is answering your enquires and not even offering refund when the merchandize doesn't arrive. beware and avoid!!
It was such an horrible delivery experience i’m a customer from Belgium and i ordered a winter jacket few weeks ago. They have sent the package to a nearby store where i had to pick it up. NOT TO MENTION IT WASN’T GOING TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE. I am very dissatisfied with the workers mind u I’m still waiting for my winter jacket while writing this. I would have understood the big delay if it was going to get delivered to my house. But it was just a nearby store where i had to pick it up from. C&A fix ur problems and don’t put lazy workers.
I ordered 3 items and received an email after a week that order was delayed. I emailed them to cancel the order as I needed the item for special occasion. They then sent me tracking number immediately but it took another 5 days to get the order. Tunic shirt was missing the belt and I had to return it, it cost me 13 euros because someone didn't put the item I ordered. I explained it to customer service and requested money back for return as it wasn't my mistake, they stopped answering to my emails. Never again shall I buy from C&A
I've ordered multiple times from C&A and it is a hit or miss. When ordering always be prepared that not all items might actually be available although the website claims it is. Even after your order is processed and it's stated an item is not in stock, the website still says it is. Usually 75% if what you order is sent. Then the rest later, but when is usually unclear. The refund system is the same: hit or miss. You are every much dependant on their warehouse to process it correctly. I've had them claim twice that "return was not received" while PostNL said "delivered". The customer service is adequate though, but tend to be slow. Payment back for returns is an average two weeks and is done to you method of payment. I see a couple of reviews that claim that you only get store credit, but that's not my experience. Now for the products they sell... L might be L or XL, XL might be M or L. Also very random, even within the same brand. All in all 3/5 because of the hit/miss on all fronts.
I received a gift card of 50euro value but it didn't work. I contacted the customer service and I got an answer 48h later that due technical issues I can use the card only in the shop and not online. There is no c&a shop nearby and for me it's difficult to go shopping with a newborn. I'm very upset.
One of the worst experiences with online shopping I've ever had.I order some goods online and after a few days, I receive the notification that the goods have arrived. Which is weird, because it had to be signed for receipt and no one was home at the time.I have created a ticket for this issue to either find my package, or return my money.I has been two months since that ticket has been created! Apparently they try to make those issues die a silent death in order to not have to pay back the money. C&A is running a robbery business and it seems like they're proud of it.
The worst thing from this Company (I have other minor complaints, but let's forget it) is that they send DAMAGED ITEMS TO YOU. Yes, you've read correctly. THEY SEND DAMAGED ITEMS. And the Customer Service tries to convince you there is nothing wrong with the itens. I bought a pair of trousers labeled 32 and they were a 34 (in a sewing store I went to they said the waist was incorrecty sewed in the pants) and a jumper was sent with lines coming out!!!! This company thinks their customers are stupid!!!
My order was a click & collect, the parcel was sent but never arrived to the store... The customer service can't tell me where my parcel is. I've asked for a refund but didn't receive it yet. I'm not buying anything from them again
First shops have little choice so u are obliged to go online..As we changed to QR codes, I couldn’t use the usual slip. Chose bank transfer.. Called up the client service and they only made me loose my time. First time I got hung up and after 2nd call and wait Instead of giving me a postal code so I can finish payment they are just saying we need an order number and bla bla we will send u an email. I only wanted a postal code. My payment got cancelled as the session closed down. Soo useless customer service..
I spent 2000-3000EUR every year to update my closet with C&A clothing, they can forget about that; phone customer service (NL - Karoline) is incredibly rude and raising voice at customer when customer caught her giving information that's not relevant to the order in question! Refunding issue is still not solved in 4 months! Enough is enough.
I have sent back two items, one on 2nd of September, the other 1 week later. For the first one I should have got my money back, I emailed them many many times and still nothing, they are asking for proof (??? I don't even understand this) but shouldn't I get proof instead that they are not trying to scam me? They owe me at least 40-50 EUR. If I will find out how some authority can be involved I'd rather do that because I am not gonna email 100 times for my own money. This is ridiculous. And everyone here is saying about xxl stuff, their xs clothes are too big for me, so I have to buy children stuff but obviously I don't want as they don't have that clothes which I'd want.Useless and shameful company.
I placed an order and paid for it. They cancelled the order for a technical problem, and told me by email to place the order again. I did so, and the exactly the same thing happened again. I tried one more time using a different payment card, and it happened a third time. I contacted C&A by phone, and they replied by email that I need to place the order again, a 4th time. There was not even an apology. My payment card was charged 3 times, and no refund was made.
Ordered from them, size did not match my order, it was regular on the site and what I received was slim. I know because I have the same item bought from their stores. When going to return I found out that you can only return to one of their warehouses in Europe even if they have 10 stores in my city. Cost to return was 30% of the item price. Decided to keep the item but never purchasing anything from c-and-a online ever again.
I have had a good experience with them, and when I returned the purchases, they refunded the money within two days without any delay. The products are generally good.
Mostly happy with their products. The only problem is that the size charts on their website don't match at all with the actual sizes of the items. You can send back the items (usually oversized), but it's somewhat a fuss to need to do this almost every time.
As many have said, the customer service for this company is appalling. Returned item 3 weeks ago and still have had no payment. They do not return your emails. Extremely poor company.
That’s scam. If you return an item they don’t pay the money back just give you credit to buy later! The weirdest ever! Don’t buy anything poor quality and bad customer service

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
