Is cellunlocker.net Legit?

Mixed reviews on here made me courous about the website I'm from UK and my Samsung galaxy note 10 was locked to Vodafone I paid the one off fee £20 received email confirming payment and said it may take up to 8 days for the unlock code it took 4 days received the code and now it's unlocked 10/10 great real company

My fault in not knowing that the iPhone was already unlocked! But the steps were followed and they didn't work. Maybe because it was already unlocked? Cellunlocker.net will not refund me as they said that "In this case it did unlock as requested." No, it did not unlock using your steps!

I wasn't sure at first. Read too many reviews about scams but after messaging back and forth with their customer service I decided to give them a chance. It took a while that I was having second thoughts but the code finally came in after 6 days and it worked without any problems. I will use them again in the future.

Outstanding service. I have successfully unlocked 8 phones with cellunlocker. I'm the past their customer service and turn around time was not the greatest. However, recently their customer service and turn around times have improved drastically. Recently they were able to network unlock multiple Samsung s24 ultras on the AT&T network in 2 days

I was nervous to try it, but don't regret it one bit. It took approximately 24hrs to have my Samsung galaxy fold 4 unlocked. Might would have been sooner, initially my bank locked my account until I verified I made the transaction, and that delay in responding was on me. Once I did it was very quick. WOW 1st time ok so it took a little time for the code to come through for a HTC One on the old Orange network in the UK.But it worked and it was so easy, put the new sim in put the provided code in and Boom straight away.It's given an old but perfectly good phone another life what a great way to be enviromentally friendly.Many thanks top job would recommend and use again.

Do not use them for 5g Galaxy phones. Their remote unlock service is poor. They will ignore you for days them say they have technical difficulties. There service nowhere states remote seevice is needed either and they make you think you will receive an unlock code the next day, which is far from the truth

Cellunlocker was very quick -- I sent in a request over the Memorial Day weekend, expecting to get results on Tuesday, but I got my unlock codes the very next day! Awesome company. AT&T was trying to hold my phone hostage even though it was completely paid off. It is this sort of company that reaps people off with their money.

Ordered my service on 7/20. Have been following up periodically, however, the service that was promised never worked (unlocking through the unlock app). Recorded a video showing me factory resetting my phone and provided it per their request. It was never seen even though it was provided over a month ago. Asked for refund several times after providing the video, however, was ignored. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I've been using cellunlocker.net for years now and they have never disappointed and always go the extra mile. The one or two times that they couldn't unlock an obscure carrier they tried all they could and gave a full refund. Most recently, the iPhone 13 came out and while they said 5-15 days plus 1-2 days processing to get an unlock, I got my unlock within just a few hours!! Same day of the phone release! Then support also responded to a question of mine the same day. I will continue to use only cellunlocker.net for the foreseeable future and recommend them to everyone.

I was skeptical about the unlocking service because their site said something about being able to send me a code in 5 minutes, however I received my code the next day. I put in the unlock code given and it worked and my phone is now unlocked. I also received 20 percent of my next phone unlocking service through them. Their customer service is a little bit iffy cause when I contacted them it seemed like a total mess, but I’m glad I was able to unlock my phone for just 11 bucks.

“No Reply/Nothing done to unlock my phone”

I'd give this site NO stars if possible. I tried to get my phone unlocked via this site. The iPhone 11 is not on a black list and able to be unlocked. Nothing happened, no email, no confirmation. I tried sending messages and emails and no reply at all. This site is most likely a scam and if not then their customer service is atrocious. Don't use them. I took a chance with cellunlocker.net after coming from directunlock and getting screwed around with the price wacka mole. 3 hours after placing my order I had the codes and Bing bang boom done unlocked it perfectly. “IPhone 14 Buyer Beware”

Their process does not work with the eSim only version of iPhone 14. I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max and went entered the information on their website. The sent me the code 10 days later (1-5 days is their claim) and the instructions told me to remove my sim card. Since iPhones sold in the US don't have sim cards, I contacted customer support to see if they had other instructions. They said their service did not work with esims. When I asked for a refund since they have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" they claimed they didn't owe me one for the following reasons all of which I successfully challenged them on. Their final resposne was "our service does not work with your phone, but once we generate an unlock code, refunds are not given." My credit card company is currently handling this. Long story short: carrier got my elderly father locked into a horrible deal. Another carrier was about a fifth of the price. Had some time to work on this, their first attempt to obtain code failed, and I had to inquire after day 10. Their response, was to try a secondary method. A complete runaround. Nonexistent customer service. This service is nothing more than a well marketed scam to take customers money indefinitely. I ordered an unlock code for a Samsung Galaxy S4 that is locked for AT&T on May 19. Should be simple, right? It's May 27 and still no response, the tracking tab still says processing. “Works, good price but slow and horrible customer service”

Overall, this is a good deal on an unlock code. However, do not use them if you're in a rush or care about customer service. My code took almost twice as long as it was supposed to, almost all emails went unanswered, and if you call them for support their automated system hangs up on you. One email reply I DID receive apologized for the delay and promised my code by the end of that day, which didn't happen. I have been using Cellunlocker.net for years, both for myself, and my customers. The last little while (we'll say a year or so) has been terrible, both with time processing, and overall support. Currently, we have been waiting almost 24 hours for an express unlock code that should have been processed within 30-90 MINUTES. The other week I waited over 8 hours for the same thing. They need to fix this. This service is getting terrible.

“Poor service”

Haven't written a review in a while but felt compelled to do so after this poor service, the only reason a second star is there is because the code was delivered. Initially on the site the turnaround time was within 2 days after which I contacted support and got poor service replies and snag remarks like can I just wait. Even after I asked for a refund because it took too long, they never gave me it. Never again will I be using their services and I hope this review proves to be helpful to others in the future.

It has been 6 days and counting, I chose this site due to other reviews getting unlocked within 24 hours. I was leaving Canada within the week and figured 1-5 business days that's plenty of time by the time I get back it should be unlocked! Wrong, I have spent $60 trying to unlock this phone and i want my money back but because it hasn't stated a negative result they won't refund my money! The robots on the chat have said by the end of the day twice now!
