Is celebrityjackets.us Legit?

I cancelled my order through multiple methods of communication (email, Instagram, FB) that all went unanswered. I paid $30 extra for expedited shipping and my order showed up 4 weeks later. Time frame provided was 5-8 days for expedited shipping. They finally responded to one of my Instagram DMs with “Ma’am give us some time We have fully packed with halloween season That’s why it took Tim”. I refused the shipment when it finally arrived and have since requested a full refund. No acknowledgement or response from them. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company which is still ongoing. Extremely sketchy and untrustworthy “business”. Do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

I ordered a Billie Eilish jersey for my daughter from this website on October 11, 2024, and paid for expedited shipping, order total was $119. I received a package from Pakistan, that did not have "Celebrity Jackets" anywhere on it, looked sketchy and was a 49er's Jacket in a toddler's size. I tried to contact via methods listed on the website, and nothing. No answers. I looked up their domain registration information and they have hidden it intentionally. The company address is fake. I made a complaint to the BBB, but I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this site, or their sister scam sites - WilsonJackets.com; Victoria Jackets; Paragon Jackets; H Leather Jackets, and many others. Call the customer service number before ordering to be sure.

Item never received. Address on their site, funny enough is in my hometown. And it’s a residence when you google map it. Then they have two telephone numbers provided. Neither will be answered. The chat option is like talking to a tree. I’m certain this is a fraudulent scam site. Buyers beware.

When you have an idea with their rub off jackets and wanting something custom with it is absolutely amazing and mind blowing when it's achieved. Their communication is top notch, they'll message you to make sure everything is all good before finalizing. High quality leather, best of the best highly recommend. Definitely will be buying another. If you're looking for an amazing leather jacket for cosplay or for daily use these guys are the way to go.

Love their communication. When something didn’t add up on their end they would reach out to me to make sure this is what I want before finalizing. I ordered a custom Sabine Wren biker jacket, I worked extensively with celebrity jackets giving references as they came out through the series.Celebrity jackets made sure to check at each stage that I was happy, and even remade and resized patches, and took out and re stitched the lining in order to add a patch last minute.The quality of the jacket is stunning and the ease of communication with them through Instagram dms with fast replies made the whole process very simple!

The aot jacket I ordered was amazing, so well crafted while lightweight at the same time! However, customer service was even greater. They were super nice and responsive when I had some questions regarding sizing and other stuff. Having this jacket was a dream come true. Definitely reccommend it!

Celebrity Jackets is great at communication. We messaged many times to make sure the jacket design was exactly what I wanted. They sent proof sketches and then approval images of the final jacket and made adjustments at my request to both the sketch and the final design.

I've needed a new and sturdier version of my Red Hood jacket for a couple years now and finally bit the bullet. This was the only site I found that doesn't come up as a possible scam so I took the chance. I am more than happy with what I got!
