cedarandash.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives cedarandash.com a low trust score on the platform: 19.5. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: New. Suspicious. Dubious.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 19.5 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to cedarandash.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the New. Suspicious. Dubious. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning cedarandash.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between cedarandash.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of cedarandash.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of cedarandash.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. cedarandash.com is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether cedarandash.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether cedarandash.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, cedarandash.com.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

i bought what i thought was an led light clear tablet a child could draw on. i bought 2 and they offered one free! it just so happened that the purchase went to a fake company and phone number called cedar and ash! the number my credit card gaveme to cedar and ash which is a cosmetic company is a non working number!

  2. Robin M.

I bought some Silicone Denture Set, the phone number is not working and the email for support is invalid also, so I am unable to access any support on the order, Also I never received a confirmation email or any other information about my order.. What do you guys think ?

  3. Darlene M

I purchased two LED light drawing pads and one free on November 26, 2024. I haven’t received them yet. The company tried to charge my card again this morning. I called the number listed and it’s not working.

  4. Diane S.

I purchased the translator ear buds , buy 2 get one free...$52.00. bought shipping insurance. On November 28,2024.The only shipping, tracking info shows is for shipping insurance and no other package or merchandise. Today 12-9-2024. Still nothing. My bank declined first time when made transaction then 2 and time it let it go through. When I called my bank afterward they said they were on their block list as fraudulent but couldn\'t stop payment. I wonder if I will get my package or money back. Dought it. There is another company named selling same product same website look. Same contact number. That didn\'t work either

  5. Deborah M Childers

Purchased the same lighted drawing pad mentioned in several other comment. Never received products, confirmation email, or emails and the company which has disconnected their phone tried to charge a membership fee, blocked by my bank, today.

  6. Steve

I ordered the LED lighted drawing board in a set of 3, where one was free after purchase of 2. They debited my checking account for that original purchase of $33.94 on Nov 27 then came back and debited it again for $29.99 on Dec 8, 2024. It’s totally bogus so steer clear.

  7. Judy McAllister

The identical scam as the one above happened to me. $33.94 for drawing boards which never came. Then illegally charged $29.99 for no purchase several days later. What scammers!!!!!

  8. John Davis

I tried to purchase the drawing pads on November 13. My credit card was charged $37.91 and was only supposed to be charged $29.99. On November 27, my card was then charged $29.99. Both charges were to Get Jills Joy, which comes up as a makeup company. They automatically charge your account a monthly recurring charge of $29.99. No products are ever delivered.

  9. Dr. Art HenSchen

SCAM! Same as above, they bury the reoccurring membership fee in Terms of Service which no American ever reads! This was hidden beneath a long list of reviews and never mentioned in the original purchase invoice. Two weeks later using your credit card number they start billing. I reported the entire incident to the Consumer Fraud Dept of the Attorney General\'s Office!

  10. Ora bogden

I ordered 2 set of 12 color metallic markers for 29.95 by discover on nov. 28,,2025 and my confirmation is 28022. I haven’t heard from them for while and I tried to call them at 858 398 5230 and can’t get throu that area and I checked on google and it’s same phone numbers so I called again and still can’t get throu. I puzzled myself and is it scams or not, please let me know. Thank you Ora

  11. Francine Wallace

Based on several reports this site is a SCAM. I ordered the LED lighted pads ,charged $33.94 Nov.27, No products recieved! Charged 29.99 on Dec.11. This site and bogas company is a SCAM!!! Steer clear of CEDAR AND ASH.

  12. Laurie

I can’t get through either! I wanted to ask them a question and number doesn’t work! I CALL SCAM! Sad!

  13. Kris

This place is a scam. I also did the buy two get one free. Had to close down that CC as afterwards I had suspicious transactions. It’s been a month and after reading these comments, I don’t think I’ll be receiving my order! What a nice Christmas surprise!! I will do everything in my power to get them shut down.

  14. Rita W

I also bought 2 lighted LED pads with the 3rd one free. I’ve been waiting several weeks for delivery and now received an email telling me they don’t know where they are or when they will be delivered and they’re not responsible. (What?) I also tried to call but their listed phone number is disconnected. I was also charged $29.99 for a premium membership fee that I never requested. If this was an opt out program (that I never was notified of), I’m pretty sure this is illegal in the US. I think it’s time to notify the FTC.

  15. Patricia Thomas

Thank you for saving me any more of my valuable time researching CedarandAsh. The silicone dentures would have been a perfect solution for my dental problems, but the scam company - or whateverthehell they are - would have just added another problem instead. Technology takes us 5 steps forward and then yanks the carpet back so fast you get whiplash!

  16. PATRICIA A CYB

I have bought cosmetic foundation products from an add with the name of HONEY AND PINE. You buy 3 get 2 free for $30.00. Does the name sound a little familiar. Does the product look exactly the same. Yes to all of the above! I just saw the same exact product that was advertised with a different name! They charge $30.00. Way under the $1000.00 you need to get scammed before you can help me. These people are making a killing! I hope they catch up with the people involved. I think I may have to go back to shopping at the stores because this is the 2nd rip off I have encountered in the matter of months. KETO + ACV GUMMIES WEIGHT LOSS PILLS BY BOOSTLINE. Now you can add HONEY AND PINE and CEDAR AND ASH!

  17. Sue

SCAM SCAM SCAM - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. NO ORDER CONFIRMATION. PHONE NUMBER LISTED IS JUST A BUSY SIGNAL. CHARGED MY CC THOUGH. IT WAS AN AD FOR MAKEUP- A GOOD ONE AT THAT - FAKE FAKE FAKE. THANKS TO THE OTHER PEOPLE SPEAKING OUT. SHOULD HAVE INVESTIGATED BEFORE SO CALLED \"PLACING AN ORDER\". NOTIFIED MY BANK IMMEDIATELY. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY LAW.

  18. Tracy treml

I WISH I LOOKED INTO THE COMPANY BEFORE ORDERING....NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE WITH PHONE OR EMAIL.

  19. Carol Miller

Same as me, but I received my order, not the free ones, but they worked and kids love them. Then, I have been billed various amounts (7 times). Then I received 8 more pads. Can not contact anyone to send back. Our bank has taken over this matter and I will send complaint to BBB

  20. Katie Kaelble

There are a couple other websites out there advertising the exact same products. I was a victim of a scam by honey and pine. And they still keep trying to charge my card for no reason I can\'t remember the other name of the other company but they are advertising the exact same way and the exact same products that cedar and Ash is beware!

  21. Ellen Getz

I\'m dealing with the same crap. I wanted to get the drawing board for my grandkids for Xmas but nothing came and they just charged me for another $29.99. I\'m with Case and they will only send me a new card, which takes 2-3 weeks to get to me. I\'m retired and can\'t go that long without a debit card.

  22. Ellen Getz

I ordered the ear pieces for 29.99 it was buy 2, get 1 free. Now the have taken 2 payments of 29.99 off my credit card plus another random payment of $14.95 It was supposed to be free shipping. Email doesn\'t seem to work and neither does the phone #.

  23. Rinker

I’m working with my bank trying to dispute these charges that they keep putting through of $29.99 ea mo. Definitely a scam company!!!

  24. Jennifer

I purchased the sun visor that is suppose to block out UV light and bright lights from ongoing traffic. I called my credit card company after seeing that $29.99 had been taken out of my account. I also emailed the company and haven\'t yet received a response. Willows and Pines is the company who thenpayment went to, but the first email with the confirmation number had Cedar and Ash. This company is a fraud/scam.

  25. RENAE J. ECKER

Dec. 9, 2024 I ordered the hand speed bar that randomly drops bars from Cedar and Ash. Looked like a fun game to play at Christmas. I ordered 2 for 19.99 and was supposed to also get one free. Shipping was 7.97......my total order $27.95. Dec 10, the money was taken out of my account under the name \"Timber and Ash\" 2 weeks later, $29.99 was taken out under the name \"Timber and Oaks\" Today January 13, 2025 I received 1 set in the mail. Definatly a SCAM COMPANY THAT OPERATES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES!!! I see many people have been taken by these thieves. Bogus phone number, no answer from support....How do these lowlifes sleep at night, after ripping peopole off? I am a senior, and live on my SS which is\'nt much.... can\'t wait for Karma to catch up to the con artists!

  26. Jolene

Ordered silicone dentures kit and never received. Their tracking says delivered Nov 22 never got it. No help available but haven\'t tried phone numbers. This is definitely a SCAM,! Stay away from this website!

  27. Michele C

I was also scammed. I bought the led drawing tablet but it was buy 1 get 2 free. I was charged $26.48, a week later they charged me $29.99 under the company name Ash & Oak then again a week after that. I finally recieved an email response that something is moving through the china delivery system but I had to cancel my card and now wait for a credit on my fraud claim. SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT!

  28. Shadi Aranki

Total scam, cedar and ash is GARBAGE!!!, JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THEY RIPPED ME OFF TO, IT MUST BE NICE TO ADVERTISE JUNK AND SWEAR UP AMD DOWN ITS GREAT, JUST TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY, I DONT MAKE ALOT OF MONEY AT ALL, AND THE FACT THEY CAN JUST DO THIS STUFF IS JUST RIDICULOUS, THESE ARE THE REAL CRIMINALS THAT NEED TO BE BUSTED, IF YOUR SMART, DONT EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS PLACE

  29. Marie

I ordered from Cedar and Ash on the 13th of January 2025 today is January 25th of 2025 I paid them $17 and change and they tried to come in on the 24th of January for 2999 thank God my bank caught it this company is nothing but a scam artist I hope they get caught sooner than later

  30. Stephen McKim

I placed an order on Dec 5 and paid for it with cedarandash.com Estimated delivery 10 - 13 days. As of today I have not received order. Numerous runaround emails exchanged. They claim it was delivered using a Chinese tracking system. I search USPS tracker, it shows nothing. I\'ve asked for refund, no reply other than shoving Chinese tracker \"proof\" in my face. I watch mailman deliver to my house EVERY day, order WAS NOT delivered. If you deal with this company, I\'d recommend you take care and don\'t expect results or service.
