i bought what i thought was an led light clear tablet a child could draw on. i bought 2 and they offered one free! it just so happened that the purchase went to a fake company and phone number called cedar and ash! the number my credit card gaveme to cedar and ash which is a cosmetic company is a non working number!

I purchased two LED light drawing pads and one free on November 26, 2024. I haven’t received them yet. The company tried to charge my card again this morning. I called the number listed and it’s not working.
I purchased the translator ear buds , buy 2 get one free...$52.00. bought shipping insurance. On November 28,2024.The only shipping, tracking info shows is for shipping insurance and no other package or merchandise. Today 12-9-2024. Still nothing. My bank declined first time when made transaction then 2 and time it let it go through. When I called my bank afterward they said they were on their block list as fraudulent but couldn\'t stop payment. I wonder if I will get my package or money back. Dought it. Purchased the same lighted drawing pad mentioned in several other comment. Never received products, confirmation email, or emails and the company which has disconnected their phone tried to charge a membership fee, blocked by my bank, today.
I ordered the LED lighted drawing board in a set of 3, where one was free after purchase of 2. They debited my checking account for that original purchase of $33.94 on Nov 27 then came back and debited it again for $29.99 on Dec 8, 2024. It’s totally bogus so steer clear.
The identical scam as the one above happened to me. $33.94 for drawing boards which never came. Then illegally charged $29.99 for no purchase several days later. What scammers!!!!!
I tried to purchase the drawing pads on November 13. My credit card was charged $37.91 and was only supposed to be charged $29.99. On November 27, my card was then charged $29.99. Both charges were to Get Jills Joy, which comes up as a makeup company. They automatically charge your account a monthly recurring charge of $29.99. No products are ever delivered.
SCAM! Same as above, they bury the reoccurring membership fee in Terms of Service which no American ever reads! This was hidden beneath a long list of reviews and never mentioned in the original purchase invoice. Two weeks later using your credit card number they start billing. I reported the entire incident to the Consumer Fraud Dept of the Attorney General\'s Office!
I ordered 2 set of 12 color metallic markers for 29.95 by discover on nov. 28,,2025 and my confirmation is 28022. I haven’t heard from them for while and I tried to call them at 858 398 5230 and can’t get throu that area and I checked on google and it’s same phone numbers so I called again and still can’t get throu. Based on several reports this site is a SCAM. I ordered the LED lighted pads ,charged $33.94 Nov.27, No products recieved! Charged 29.99 on Dec.11. This site and bogas company is a SCAM!!! Steer clear of CEDAR AND ASH.

This place is a scam. I also did the buy two get one free. Had to close down that CC as afterwards I had suspicious transactions. It’s been a month and after reading these comments, I don’t think I’ll be receiving my order! What a nice Christmas surprise!! I will do everything in my power to get them shut down.
I also bought 2 lighted LED pads with the 3rd one free. I’ve been waiting several weeks for delivery and now received an email telling me they don’t know where they are or when they will be delivered and they’re not responsible. (What?) I also tried to call but their listed phone number is disconnected. I was also charged $29.99 for a premium membership fee that I never requested. If this was an opt out program (that I never was notified of), I’m pretty sure this is illegal in the US. I think it’s time to notify the FTC.

There are a couple other websites out there advertising the exact same products. I was a victim of a scam by honey and pine. And they still keep trying to charge my card for no reason I can\'t remember the other name of the other company but they are advertising the exact same way and the exact same products that cedar and Ash is beware!
I\'m dealing with the same crap. I wanted to get the drawing board for my grandkids for Xmas but nothing came and they just charged me for another $29.99. I\'m with Case and they will only send me a new card, which takes 2-3 weeks to get to me. I\'m retired and can\'t go that long without a debit card.

I placed an order on Dec 5 and paid for it with cedarandash.com Estimated delivery 10 - 13 days. As of today I have not received order. Numerous runaround emails exchanged. They claim it was delivered using a Chinese tracking system. I search USPS tracker, it shows nothing. I\'ve asked for refund, no reply other than shoving Chinese tracker \"proof\" in my face. I watch mailman deliver to my house EVERY day, order WAS NOT delivered. If you deal with this company, I\'d recommend you take care and don\'t expect results or service.
I ordered make-up through Cedar & Ash. Then I began to get charges each month after but not with name Cedar & Ash but all with 2 title names all having some type of tree name in both titles. Willow & Pines, Oakland & Cedars, and most recent was Timber &Oaks. When I got an email reply back from C&A about cancellation they said they weren\'t affiliated with these companies. But it\'s a lie. And these charges are a membership fee that I never consented too. I contacted them today and managed to get the person I spoke to finally said they\'d refund $14.99 first then said they\'d refund the last charge and canceled my membership. I doubt I get the refund. But this has caused my credit card to be locked twice now and wait for a replacement of another new card.

They are a scam. They are not located in Florida or Arizona. They are from China. They charge under Timber and Oaks. I contacted them regarding an additional charge and they told me they are not affiliated with Timber and Oaks which is a lie. Was reading about Cedar and Ash, It\'s how I got here. I figured they were probley not a reputable company but only because I ordered from another site and the people here taking are saying the exact same thing that came out of my mouth. The dentures are called Seurico Silicone Reline Denture Set, that is supposed to be the name of the company but it is not. The Company is called Colento. Like some of the other commenter I also didn\'t get a tracking number it was supposed to be sent when I made the order, no reciept nothing. I thought they were not even going to come but they did and oh they were not dentures like they show in the videos and pictures. They were 2 short hard plastic strips that came with a large bag of I guess glue you had to melt and glue the fake teeth too your real ones I have no idea what kind of glue either because it look like little white plastic balls. Oh and no kind of instructions came with it. I\'m so sorry this had happened to you all.
