Discounts can be great but i had too many problems with shipping.First time i ordered they sent me only half of the quantity i paid for and then i had to wait 2 weeks for the rest to arrive. Then they say delivery time is like 72 hours which is a joke because it's at least 2 weeks everytime and since im in Croatia and the package from France i really don't think that is normal shipping time. This time around i ordered in advance,knowing it will take them long but did not expect the package to not move from a single location for a week now. Customer support is absolutely embarrasing i emailed two times now and they sent me the same answer two times that an incident report has been open(twice now) and said they will inform me about the package and yet they didn't inform me a single thing the first or thr second time sending me the same copy paste email and doing absolutely nothing about it. Will be switching to another supplier if this keeps happening, the shipping is trash considering how close to me France is, there is no reason for it to last that long. Usually packages from the EU take 3-4 maximum a week to ship.They have still not replied to a single email i sent or my refund requests to get my money back so i can order somewhere else,and yes the package is still at the same spot as it was on 23.08. No movement at all no info no help no refund.

They could definitely have better communication, my package got apparently lost and they didn't reply to any inquiries until I stated to take action further to get my money back. So after a month I finally got my order, and I got no complains about the products. But the experience itself was rather unpleasant.
