Taking too long to answer my emails and to refund me for a mistake they did. Very bad experience. Don't answer the phone and sometimes neither the emails.

Bad client support I bought 2 items, they arrived in 5 days and both were in good condition. The problem was with the after-sales service. When I opened one of the items, I noticed that the images and the category it was listed in were incorrect. I bought a portable vacuum cleaner, a word that is part of the item's name, but it functions with a cord and is not portable at all. When I contacted the company for assistance, the response was not very helpful, as they only seemed to be worried about having information about features like 'voltage.' Very useful information, because voltage is a feature that everyone can see when buying a vacuum cleaner... In the same inquiry, I asked how to proceed with the return, and they didn't respond to that question

Do not meet deadlines on deliveries.I needed a heater as soon as possible and chose this store and the heater only because it was available for delivery the next day. It's been a week and they have not sent it yet nor they can tell me the date when are they going to send it. I should have chosen another store, with a better selection and free delivery.I do not recommend it for online orders.

They supplied a pack of Maxell cdrs which were defective,either badly manufactured or fake. Then put up endless barriers to refund/replace. I will NEVER deal with this gang of rogues again,and i suggest everyone does the same. Needless to say despite their reply, nothing has happened!

The worst store and service I've ever had nationwide.Online stocks are merely fake, this company does not have the products in its possession. Everything takes forever, little contact with the customer and after-sales service with a toll number! First and last purchase on my part. Not recommended.

castroelectronica works really weirdly. They delivered the broken dehumidifier. I asked them to replace it or make a refund. They haven't done it. They returned the same dehumidifier. They only removed a few nuts or bolts that were broken and clinking in the dehumidifier. But their stupid actions didn't help. This dehumidifier still rattles like an old fridge! Bad after-sales support. Even though they do reply quickly, they fail miserably when it comes to solving your problem, creating hurdles for a return process which should be simple and fast. I have bought a transformer which cost around 20 Euros. It came deffective, so I asked for a refund or replacement. Instead, they told me to ship it so they could take a look. It cost me 7 Euros to send it back and I was never refunded. They said they fixed it and sent it back to me. But it was after 2 days it stopped working. Once again, they asked for me to send it back so they could take a look! Never again...I will definitely not be spending 14 Euros with shipping so they can try and fix a product that should be replaced. Terrible solution and they just lost a customer. Buy from Amazon instead!

Delays, poor communication and lack of feedback to the customer, an incompetent and disinterested sales manager, employees who go on holiday without guaranteeing the continuity of the process, poor management of the external partners whose job it is to guarantee the delivery and assembly of the equipment. They don't answer their phones and are slow to reply to emails. I had to chase them up myself to guarantee the service, after having already paid for it.All this together made my buying experience a nightmare.

I have made an order on 30.11. Have been waiting till 21.12, and they still don't know where is my order and when it'll be delivered. Incredible. Stay away.

Bought from them and paid for the shipping insurance. Box came a bit damaged but nothing special, inside, part of the items were damaged. Opened a RMA for that and it is the 3rd time they ask me for the pictures (sent the same day I received the package na re-sent twice after that). They told me I have to pay the return of the item and never provided me why I had to return the item, they just told me to return the item and I had to pay for it. Bought a brand new item, part of it came damaged and another accessory of the machine broke on the second usage.

They abusively profit from stock shortages by selling articles/products at exorbitantly inflated prices with abusive profit margins. Example: they sell a PlayStation 5 and an Xbox Series X (regular price 499.99 EUR) for 949.99 EUR and 889.90 EUR respectively (!). Update (26/11/2021): It gets better: they raised the price of the PlayStation 5 to 979.99 EUR on Black Friday (!).

I made an order in 27/06/2020, the information was estimate to delivery in 10 days. After several emails, and posts on social network, finally they sent my products in 16/07/2020. I haven't received it yet, it is in transit. But poor delivery system. I do not recommend it to anyone. Only if you are willing to wait several weeks to receive you order
