I have a business credit card that I never use for anything except paying utility companies phone companies Internet service providers etc. the one exception to that is corporate gifts Towards the end of November I bought a sweater and the very next day that card was defrauded for a sizable amount of money which was noticed by the bank and the card frozen by them I informed Cashmere boutique the day after I used their online service with my never used card & my info was sold to fraudsters. I never heard back. 3 weeks later with my brand-new card I used them again, this time before I had any other usage on the card. The very next day my card was defrauded again and this time only for hundred dollars on 'flipgive' but my connected email was handed out to spammers on the same day. So new card again. I've informed them again and heard nothing. Someone in their organization is selling customers online details to fraudsters. I've been very clear with my bank that the only source of this fraud is CB, but either way it appears the company is doing NOTHING to shut down THE FRAUD going on in their structure.Customer in New York City

Ordered men’s black 3 ply jacket. NOT 3 ply. Maybe 1 ply if there is such a thing. I have about 20 2 and 4 ply sweaters. The ‘jacket’ is not even close to 2 ply. Thin like a tissue.

Order cashmere robe that was not soft as a Christmas gift. Floowed up on website for return request on Dec. 30 and got no response Followed up again on Jan 2 and was told we were out of the 15 day window for returns and would get a store credit. On Jan 6 we found the website indicated holiday returns are within 30 days, but they are not fulfilling requests until the 15th which is beyond the 30 day window. This company is shady.

Purchased cashmere roll neck. Stated garment was top quality cashmere sale price $120 and original price as over $200.Garment was trash - very very cheaply made thin cashmere, deliberately fluffed up during manufacturing process to make it look thicker. It would have pilled in a minute of wearing. Don't buy from Cashmere Boutique. Lots of very good high quality cashmere available.

I wish I had seen these Trustpilot reviews earlier.Their customer support agents or stylists either ignored your questions or blatantly lied to you.I asked a stylist size-related questions. 6-minute silence between the start and end.The second stylist blatantly lied by reassuring me that the product is eligible for refund/exchange. I trusted her and placed an order, but was later told by another stylist that in-store credit is the best they can do. The company is evasive Their website also says the pictured pants are in size Medium (model has a 23'' waist), which is very unlikely and inconsistent with their size guide and online review. The company simply recommends sizing up (without telling you exactly how) and lied about their refund/exchange policy. Disgusting.

TOTAL SCAM! Stay away from this company. Selling cheap knock offs that don’t even look like the images they’re using from other sites that are actually reputable such as nakedcashmere.comThey make returns impossible. I had to contest the charge with PayPal after receiving some bogus excuse for a sweater they had shown totally different on their site. STAY AWAY!

Terrible experience!!!! I ordered a baby blanket as a gift. It was left on the recipient's doorstep on a city street, never to be received, only stolen. ??? The company did not insure it, replace it, or refund my money.

stay away from this company. dishonest, terrible return policy. rude and hostile staff. they screen all calls, do not return/respond to e-mails......buy elsewhere.

Everything that is written regarding this company is true. Do not do business with them. They are dishonest, they are thieves, they are petulant and feckless. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Does not look like picture in listing, called customer service, spoke to Kathleen to request RMA, She requested all sorts of personal information, per policy, then could not help me, later referred me to web site, after not being able to tell me how to cancel back order, when I complained, she finially figured out how to get into that listing. She whined and whined, pull the tapes, I want everyone to listen to the conversation

I bought a pink cashmere shawl as a gift. The recipient wore it to a wedding and it bled all over, and ruined a $400 dress. The dyes should not bleed in a quality item. I've actually never heard of that. It took a while but I did get a refund. But what about the ruined dress. They are selling cheap junk at fairly high prices.
