Is cashconverters.com Legit?

Be aware!! Cash converters Scam!When I & my wife kept our golds for pawn in Newark cash converter branch they said, its daily interest rate & interest rate is 8% per month. This is properly written in my contract as well- thats why i signed the contract. When i went to retrieve my gold back after 20days, they are putting 10% monthly interest(2% extra) and they are saying it wont be daily interest rate and also they are putting hidden charges of £45 - these were never mentioned in my contract. They are doing this kind of scam with consumers.With my contract proof, now I am proceeding this consumer cheating matter legally through my solicitors to sue!

They really need to sort there website 4 time's now I've tried to buy something and just as you pay an error occured on each different item over last few month they take money out my bank but order doesn't go through then I'm stuck waitng 3 to 5 days for my money back it's ridiculous! needs sorted, I'm not using them again

Wonderful service, professional pricing and best pricing in London. Coming to the Camden Cash converters I was met by Nabil, he was excellent. Honestly the best pricing and conduct. This made my day. After transactions I found out he was the Manager of the branch. Excellent customer experience here a Camden.

Have used Cash Converters on numerous occasions mostly by mail order, all usually goes fine , until this time , ordered an I pad from their Liverpool store was ordered on the Friday and posted on the Friday 9/8.itvseemingly then sat somewhere over the weekend , Monday it still could not be located , Royal mail didn't recognise the tracking number , come Tuesday the item still not found , the shop were not really bothered , so a complaint to cc customer service and the item suddenly turns up , the item is now sat , I think in a sorting office One mile from my address , still no idea when I may receive the item , cc a usually good company let down by this awful Royal mail delivery service it will have taken from Friday to the following wed/.Thurs to deliver an item a mere 20miles or so

PO17342313344 from RedditchStephanie the Duty or Store Manager for some reason made a mistake and sent my Bluetooth Speaker to a different address and refused to refund or replace me with another, Beware when buying from cash converters, full of scammers, you will lose your money and item, don't buy from cash converters if you value your money, customer service is very poor, very rude in speech too. Don’t do business with cash converters! Especially Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush! They are a rip off company! Crooks and Thieves! They will charge you exorbitant interests rates and will charge you triple or even quadruple fees if you are late and if you are 3 days late they will sell your item to someone else or will sell it back to you at a retail price! This business takes advantage of vulnerable people! Very low scumbags!

As a business Cash Converters is very ethical in that if you are not happy, for whatever reason they will gladly refund you in full. I have dealt with the various branches and find them courteous, friendly and always helpful. Recommended with 5 stars.

So I ordered a portable hard drive for my son as he wanted to order it for his birthday and while I'm at work, I get a message advising that my order has been signed for by (my name).I wondered how I can sign for something when I'm not actually at home, so I contacted Cash Converters for a response. After not receiving a reply, I contacted them again and they apologised for "missing" the first Email and would contact the courier to find out what happened with it.Despite further Emails to them to find out what is happening, I am hearing nothing at all and I am disgusted by this service.I am seriously considering never using them again and sticking with other companies.

Do not get sucked into cash converters high interest loans, their late fees and a monthly fees you will be paying much more than you would expected to. Not to mention the high fee to set up loan contract all designed to keep taking your money. Wouldn't recommend cash converters to a used car salesman.

Bought a sewing machine from an online auction then picked it up from the Linwood store. Took it home but couldn’t use it as a vital part was missing and not in the machine compartment either. I messaged them same day and was told it was as per picture even though they couldn’t even test it themselves without that part. The warranty is useless even though the machine doesn’t even work and they didn’t advertise this information before sale. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!
