Is casamo.co.uk Legit?

Had a rather ‘inconvenient’ buying experience with Casamo. However, the problem was not with Casamo itself - far from it - they dealt with the issue in a timely and efficient manner. The original goods were damaged in transit and Gavin quickly arranged for a replacement unit to be sent which arrived safely and in a sound condition about a week later. Excellent service!

The unit is excellent and the team who delivered were excellent and unpacked it and left me knowing what I needed to do with the top. I couldn’t persuade them to take the packaging but I tried even with squash and cake it was a NO however I can understand why. I would definitely recommend the unit and family and friends who have seen it are more than impressed

Because of vehicle problems our delivery was a week late, this was not a problem for us. Our delivery guys were very pleasant and helpful and moved our chairs up a flight of stairs without any complaint, I would give Casamo top marks, I dealt with Gavin and he is on top of his game.

We ordered two sets of Maze Cotswold furniture for our caravan. Gavin was very helpful with our initial queries about organising delivery to the site rather than our home.Delivery went smoothly and we loved the furniture, but when unpacking found one of the recliner chairs was damaged. Gavin organised a replacement for us without any hassle and it arrived with us very promptly.The quality of the furniture is good and sizes are generous, a great mid-price option that looks very classy on our deck.

Order arrived in time slot I was given, the guys had 6 very heavy boxes to deliver and was done in minutes. Very pleased with our furniture, had a delay on chairs but I was contacted straight after purchase to explain. A company I'll use again and highly recommend.

Ordered a garden corner sofa and couldn't be more pleased with the sofa or service. When we placed the order we got a personal email confirming the details from Gavin, and when there was a couple of days delay with the delivery Gavin emailed again to reassure us he was on the case. We would defniitely use Casamo again.

Purchased Maze Living Chaise set. Price was competitive, delivery was easy, communicated as soon order was made to manage my expectations of a delivery in 2 weeks. Delivery driver was so so friendly. All in all very happy. Was dubious at first and did my research before placing my order. Super happy with it l.

We ordered the Baumhaus Black Kitchen Island (with white marble top) to complete our new kitchen. It is a stunning piece of furniture that everyone notices when they visit. Quality is excellent and puts our actual new kitchen to shame! Delivery was excellent - even asking where they could lie the separate marble worktop down flat after noticing that we had a little one (it's very heavy). Special thanks to Gavin who promptly arranged a return for the bar stools that we found were too tall for the breakfast bar part of the island. We wouldn't hesitate to use Casamo again in the future and have already recommended them to our friends.

Has I had said in a past review from ordering too delivery everything was easy and kept well informed. Service was excellent and I would recommend and definitely would use again

Excellent no issues well packed - table only took 15 minutes to assemble - only reason not given 5 star - not used as yet. 😊

Quick and easy process to order. Kitchen island was just what we were looking for and good quality. Fast delivery. We were looking for it before Christmas and it arrived on time. Only slight issue was the delivery firm giving a different day and time to what the drivers had. However, delivery drivers were excellent, helping to unpack the island and worktop.

Really impressed with Casamo. I hadn't heard of them before so did the obligatory Trust Pilot check which gave me some confidence.They had a great discount on a set i've had my eye on for a while, but it was on back order as the manufacturer was also out of stock. I really wanted it before Saturday 30th March as we had guests round so I spoke to Gavin on their sites chat who said they may be able to do it.Despite them only having a couple of days to get it to us, it was delivered on 29th, ready for us to use on 30th. The delivery was seemless with a 30 minute call beforehand, and the ability to track the order.Really impressed with the service. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!!

Great product. Base delivered already made. Top easy to fit. The delivery firm used - Kinetic- were excellent and friendly. Delivered as expected. Initial issue with the link to confirm date wS quickly and easily sorted by both supplier and delivery company. I was kept fully informed. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful coffee table. Quality piece. Delivery arrangements very limited. You have to receive item when they say or wait another two weeks for another date and if that is not suitable it gets put on hold again.You do not get to say When You can accept delivery. Had to take a day off work without pay to accept delivery.

A great kitchen island. Well packaged so arrived in perfect condition. Able to book delivery date yourself and then given a time window the day before. Drivers then rang before delivery.

Before placing my order I contacted Casamo to question how the worktop is fixed to the base. They replied immediately and after ordering they kept me up-to-date with it’s progress. I was given a delivery time slot & date and it arrived safely and securely wrapped.I am so happy I chose this kitchen island. It has made my kitchen complete. The black granite worktop has gold flecks which looks lovely. I now have plenty of storage space.

After a bad experience with a different furniture company I was hesitant to order another large piece of furniture -Torino Wardrobe. I spoke to Gavin and he put my mind at rest . The couriers were polite and very professional but their job wasn’t made easy as the wardrobe was all in one box and very heavy! My feedback was noted and I am pleased with the results. A company that wants customer satisfaction.

I ordered 4 sets of drawers and although they had faults on them Gavin from Casamo was very helpful. I did not return them but Casamo supplied me with replacement items to fix the problems. When you receive delivery though specify which room you want your items to be put in as the delivery driver did not emphasise it was a room of choice delivery. I would use this company again.
