Very very good experience at Carrefour at Old Airport Rd branch in Abu Dhabi. We bought our 85inch Sony Tv and sound system, was very pleasant tp be assisted by Arnel(from the Philippines) appliance area! Has provided us extra ordinary service. VERY HONEST and very reliable, Delivery is well advised even helped us with cargo contact cause we need to find out to solidify our decision to buy. Trustworthy. Highly recommended! KUDOS

I bought puzzled mat in January and I don’t like it and asked for exchanged or returned the following day in January 2024 , the courtier guy took the item in January ( but neither item nor money back ). I just lost my money . I bought DESSINI cooking set in December , they delivered me wrong ( WK cooking set ) item . I asked for exchanged it or deliver me which I ordered ( DESSINI cooking set ) . They waste time and asked me to send it back … do u think I can trust you again because I had a bad experience in January ? How do you solve this issue ? Carrefour management people never let Third party seller sending wrong item to ur loyalty customers … now can’t believe Carrefour due to sending wrong item for second time n doing the same mean as January . Save your image sending the same advertising item not the different one , don’t cheat . I am angry .

Carrifour alshahama branch Abu Dhabi ready meals section always 1 staff only not enough one staff waiting to much time

I purchased Hisense 65 inch tv last week from Carrefour ibn batuta , while purchasing sales person told tv suports google play store , however later after installation I found out that this model Hisense doesn't support google play store. I went to ibn batuta Carrefour electronics and raised complaint to service desk last week sunday evening 24 Nov 2024. But very poor response from customer service desk. And no response till one week . Neither provided me any option to replace or buy another compatible tv set. Very poor customer service and not at all customer friendly store help desk support. Please avoid buying any electronics from Carrefour. Customer service helpndesk person having very laid back attitude and was not paying attention.

I bought minced beef from Carrefour online on 13 November 2034. I found a metal particle in the mince meat and contacted customer service who said that management would revert. Management still has not reverted! This is unacceptable. I have a 11 month old and a 4 year old I was about to feed that mince and there could have been serious health implications and they are not taking my concerns seriously as they have not contacted me.

In most of the branches, they don’t let you use Esaad discounts stating that app is updates which is a ridiculous excuse. Freshly happened this morning in Carrefour Ibn Battuta!

I bought a microwave oven brand Super General to them online last september 2024. October 26 they collected as I raised the incident something burned or electric problem with the Ref 7590837, BUT until now Nov 21, 2024 still no update. All agents name Agnar, Vanda, Frances, Mohamed, Islam, Sarvesh and Alyas - these people are all helpless and standard reply will sent to you. SO FRUSTATING TO FOLLOW UP😡

Don't buy appliances from them. You won't get any customer service from them. They just send me around and deferring for weeks, no support received. Don't buy from them.

Carrefour MOE has the worse service. I bought a dishwasher in the shop and they delivered the wrong item. They don't offer any solutions instead I had to wait 5 days for the manager (Sean Pierre) to call me, which he never did. After 5 days I got an email that my order was cancelled upon my request (never cancelled it, just asked for the right item), and that I had to come to the store again to request for a refund for which I have to wait 3-10 working days and then place a new order.

I ordered an item online over a week ago, and it still hasn't been delivered. I've called daily for updates, but they always promise a callback that never comes. After insisting to speak with a manager, Mr. Marwan Mohammed Malikere finally contacted me. Instead of offering a solution to retain me as a customer, he suggested I cancel my order for a refund. He mentioned it would be handled next week, which is incredibly frustrating. The previous agents, Mr. Ahmed Samir and Ms. Angelica Adalla, were unhelpful as well.

3 days ago I went to carrefour city center branch in sharjah to buy a dishwasher. We wanted to buy a Hitachi one but the sales man continued forcing us to buy whirlpool and telling us about its features. When he notices we're not interested in buying whirlpool he misguided us with false features of whirlpool that it is the best one it has steamer inside blah blah. He called another salesman and he also stated same. So we bought that when it comes home we use it and got to know that it has no such features. This is very awful and manipulative behavior of the staff. I'm the regular customer of carrefour but it seems they are loosing customers because of such greedy salesman who misguided their customers for few bucks.

Second time the carrefour did again. I never received call from delivery in notification in Carrefour app it says the arrival on 4pm, then 6 pm until 10 pm. And again. 5-7 days waiting i don't have any stocks here since the stupid ethopian didn't cook food for the staff so i need to stock the food. Now im i don't have any amount to buy again. I will uninstall the carrefour app worst experience

Made an order on their app yesterday. 3 hours before delivery today, I get a call that I'm out of their area! There are 2 small Carrefour markets 5 minutes away from me but I'm out of the area? I live in Dubai 5 minutes away from old residence I used to make orders from and I'm out of their area?In the end, all I got was an apology. How about they tell customers no delivery available to their area was before!!Terrible

Over the last few weeks I've had more than one experience of being charged the wrong price at the cash register (higher price of course), the last of which was last night.I discovered the error after I got home, so I went back to the store to correct the error and get a refund.After waiting for what seemed to be an eternity, a manager came and asked what the issue was.I explained, and she treated me like a criminal.They were short on staff, so she became a cashier and helped three other people pay until I complained.She gave me a refund without saying a single word of apology!When I asked her if she realized her system had the wrong price, she started to say "no that is the updated price," obviously without doing any investigation.I just left because it wasn't worth my time to argue with her.

Have ordered one week ago but did not receive an item since it was birthday gift which was not received on time. I am regular carrefour online customer since two years I don’t do shopping especially grocery from any other store but only carrefour but now onwards I am never going to buy from carrefour.

Very bad experience I faced from carrefour burjuman customer service.last night I brought the soundcore bluetooth speaker it’s mentioned deep bass but it’s bass not good so today I went to exchange.customer care representative trying to argue with me then I left things there and came back.

bought a water dispenser twice and returned both. the last one was used before. you expect that if you pay for a new product, you don't receive a second hand one. I am very disappointed in this such a large and well-known company.
