These folks took my money for an EXPEDITED order (7-10 day), and after 6 weeks, I couldn't get them to communicate with me. You are throwing your money away here. No phone number, no email dialog, just a "we're really busy, but will respond in the next few days. 10 days later, they still hadn't. I had to get my bank, and Paypal to leverage a refund.
Steer well clear. Ordered on the 4th of April, didn't arrive so emailed, emailed and sent Facebook messages. Received an email from them stating the mats had been dispatched and a tracking provided. Tracking number on parcel apps couldn't be traced Company didn't respond to any contact so raised a paypal dispute which they didn't respond to. Thankfully paypal resolved in my favour. Don't bother with this company
After waiting quite some time, contacted them with no response.Decided to check on companies house to find that the company dissolved in August 2023.Professional looking website so had no suspicions before ordering
Total scam company - wish I had read this page before ordering. Do no use or you will be throwing your money away. No contact telephone number and when you email them you just get an automated reply. Ordered mats said out for delivery waited over 8 weeks nothing came through. I got pay pal involved suddenly 5 days later the mats turned up . Total wrong colour so message the company who told me to cancel my pay pal return request and they would send me out a new set . I ordered a boot liner for my Taycan Turismo in April. I recieved an email on the first of May to say the product had shipped. I have been unable to track my delivery and I have had no response to my emails since then and we're now half way through June. I fear this may be a scam company. I now have the pain of going through PayPal to get a refund. Regretting I didn't read Trustpilot first.
In love with these. I ordered cheaper floormats from another company and was poor and did not fit correctly comapred to Carmelos, so I have to give Carmelo points where due! Really really soft yet strong. Its easy to install for people who are just as hopeless with things like this like me. I also ordered trunk mats but they were missing the exact measurements for my new 2023 car so they refunded and cancelled that portion of the order sadly.
The website is super easy to navigate and gives you clear choices. The available customisations are awesome with lots of colours combinations to choose from. I went for black with white and they came out great in my W212 E Class. Its like they were produced in the Mercedes factory.10/10 for this price. Boot liner next 👍
When I orginally recieved my order, the fitting of the car mats for the passenger side had an error and was not correct for my vehicle. Ordered and paid for boot mats 2 months ago under the understanding that delivery would be 7-10 days. Still waiting. Tracker says multiple transactions around China but still not in UK. Not holding much hope but will update if I receive the goods30/01/22 upgraded my review from 1star to 3 stars. The goods did not arrive but Carmelo have accepted the goods are lost and have fully refunded.

Changed their name to CM builds to try and hide themselves here on trustpilot so real customers find it hard to warn people of these scam artists.EVERY SINGLE positive review is from blatant fake accounts that have not reviewed anything else what so ever.Have reported these scammers to trustpilot for posting MANY fake reviews, but trustpilot are awful at actually keeping customers safe from this behaviour.

After contacting the Credit card Fraud team I have since been contacted by Tommy Ray to say” if I remove the bad review he will refund the the payment I made” this is not how business is done.Now had email contact Today from trust pilot to say that CM BUILDS are asking why I left this review. It’s because CARMELOMATS.COMs review page has either hijacked CM BUILDs or Cmbuilds is a fake too. I don’t expect to receive my refund now. All I can say to all that should read this firstly check company house. Then look at the address and check on google maps to view the company in the UKAll though the website looks fantastic and very teasing, I would not risk LOOSING your monies.

I ordered my mats and after receiving a tracking number 3 months after paying for the mats the tracking number did not exist. They sent the mats, wrong color, wrong side {we specified left hand driver, as per our normal, they sent right hand drive. More than 200$ for a mat that after less than 2 months already have a hole as the reinforced pad is not located at the proper location… see pic attached. Very nice looking for display car only but not if you are using your car and expect to get proper protection. Mi initial Audi took 5 years before getting a hole… this one less than 60 days! These guys are thieves! After waiting for months and months for an order I passed in 2021, the item arrived the following year and it did not fit my car. I contacted Carmelo Car Mats support, sent them photos, and at first they were very reassuring and kind. They told me they would investigate and that perhaps they would send me the right product; they asked that I should be patient. Since then, almost a year from the original order: no replacement was sent to me, and all my recent emails were left unanswered! I have not received a refund and they are simply ignoring me! Additionally, the order came all squashed, in a cupboard box from China, which was too small to fit the item without damaging it. (There are fold marks all over the item, and they do not go away.) To anyone thinking of buying from them: go elsewhere! Their designs might look appealing but I doubt that you will be satisfied with the outcome of giving them your money.
