Is carmehome.com Legit?

I originally ordered the Gia Mirror which unfortunately had a few scratches on it. I raised this issue with the company and they dealt with it very promptly & efficiently! I asked for it to be replaced with the Belle mirror which is perfect. The customer service all round was amazing - I would definitely order from Carme Home again.

Item recieved not as described, mirror arrived dirty and the CARME was not on the product image

Ordered Aspen Stool on Ebay from Carme. The stool its self was good. But Parcelforce are a joke and would urge seller to change. This would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for Parcelforce.

I was initially a bit skeptical about purchasing one of the boucle ottoman stools, as the images seemed slightly photoshopped to enhance their appearance. However, the stools are actually sturdy, high-quality, and look fantastic in person—no need for any photo editing. Highly recommended!

I’m very happy with my purchase 😊 my experience with the customer service has also been very positive. I had an issue with the dressing table draws not closing, turns out it was due to how I’d assembled the product nothing to do with the design. The customer service team helped me not once but twice to work out I’d put the draw doors on the opposite sides 😊 The emails were highly responsive and easy to understand.

I ordered the Gabriella dressing table and the Gold Belle Mirror. Delivery was quick, unfortunately mirror was damaged, but this was replaced within 2 days. Excellent service and table,mirror well made and of high quality.

We received our dressing table and 2 side tables promptly and well within time frame stated . Upon opening 1 of the legs was broken , cotacted customer services attaching pics . They responded very quickly stating another leg would be sent .. it was . Now it was probably my fault due to pictures taken but we received the wrong table leg . I sent another email explaining this, it was not a problem for them at all , they were fab and sent the correct one , next day received it and table in 1 piece .. customer services could not of been more helpful . Fab service all round

I bought a dressing table and stool from Carme Home. I emailed in with a question about how to set up the dressing table and received a response within the hour, despite it being outside of office hours. The stool had a fault and broke after a couple of weeks, but again Carme Home were really helpful and sent a replacement straight out to me. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

fast delivery but light on mirror isn't very bright considering it's a make up mirror and for price would have expected that. Not cheap. Waiting response from email.

Excellent customer service to replace a stool leg. Replacement was sent out quickly & received next day! The team was very polite, kind and responded to my queries within a few hours. Very pleased with the whole process. Thank you Carme Home for all your help and the amazing customer service.

All three pieces, mirror, dressing table and stool legs arrived tarnished. They appeared as used. Not worth the price I paid. Customer service slow and not offered a suitable resolution. Was only offered €50 refund for €396 purchase. Disgraceful. Do not waste your money here. Drawers also stink of spray paint. The finish is unacceptable for this price. I am still awaiting a response from customer services!

Really nice sophisticated dressing table unit. There were a few scratches and dents in some of the items. Contacted the customer service team and Jennifer helped me out. She gave a few options for full refund, partial refund with replacement of damaged item. She was very responsive and helpful. All my issues were resolved. Will definitely be using this company again.
