CareLinx has been the best platform for me to find caregivers for my father. CareLinx provides the best vetted, experienced caregivers who do their best for the families who rely on them.I'd like to highlight two caregivers in particular, Salha Taher and Toni Bostick, who each helped my father at various points in his recovery from a stroke and fall that led to internal bleeding. Salha is a motherly caregiver who is patient, sincere, graceful and caring to both her patients and their family members. She is willing to see the best in everyone, and goes above and beyond, like celebrating my father's birthday even on her day off! She was also willing to accompany my father to his doctor's appointments and continue his recommended treatment by helping my father eat healthy and stay in shape. She also rearranged the furniture and a few places in the house so my father would be able to navigate his residence easily. She encouraged him to stay safe by using his cane and walker to move about. She was very patient with me and my father when we'd be going through one of his worse days, and always reminded me to continue supporting him no matter what. Overall, Salha was an amazing caregiver and I would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for an expert caregiver.Toni was also an amazing caregiver. She would encourage my father to stay active physically and mentally, encouraging him to do his physical exercises as prescribed by his home health nurses, play board games with him to keep his mind active, and watch TV with him to keep him engaged. She also encouraged him to continue taking care of himself by reminding him to shower and change his clothes and Depends. She also encouraged him to take walks or at least get some fresh air. Toni is a great caregiver for those who are looking to keep their elderly loved ones active.Summarily, I would recommend CareLinx to anyone who is looking for affordable, certified caregiver services that may not be covered by or affordable from their county or insurance. I will be returning to CareLinx if I need a caregiver in the future.

I am a fairly new caregiver with CareLinx. My caregiving experience so far with them has been great. The app is easy to navigate. I greatly appreciate the flexibility with the days and times I have with my client. When I am able to, I can apply for new clients within my selected distance and availability. Funds are deposited after submitting timesheets and approved within 2-3 days. After approval, it can take up to a few more days for you to see it in your account. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with CareLinx and I’m grateful for the opportunity.

A helpful hand 🤚, it’s really nice to be able to help people that need assistance and support, because being independent means a lot to them. I encourage people to take their time because it’s important to them to try to help themselves first, then whatever assistance I can provide I can. Seeing their faces light up because they were able to accomplish their goals. I enjoyed being supportive.

I was looking for in-home care for my mother. I signed up to test the waters and see if this service would meet our needs. I received a text message the next day from a representative asking for a good time to discuss how they can help find a caregiver. This was on a Saturday so I decided to put it on the backburner as I was busy and I'd reach out on Monday. An hour later I received another text asking if I'm still looking for assistance finding a caregiver. When I didn't respond, the phone calls began. After ignoring the first one, I answered the second and explained I wasn't going to do business with a company this aggressive. I hung up and they immediately called back. Looking for care for a loved one shouldn't be the same experience as shopping for furniture or a new car.

Carelinx advisors were persistent in helping obtain my goals of helping me get assistance for my Uncle was wonderful. Fabian Paolo is my Carelinx Navigator is excellent . He was clear, calm and knowledgeable This appears to be a fair and honest company so far. We have only just started. Everything has gone smoothly and web site once I got in was easy to use.

From the first phone call, where the option to immediately speak with a person is available, CareLinx moved rapidly determining our needs, providing us with a panel of vetted caregivers to interview, and supporting us through the initial steps. First contact to caregiver identified took one day! We were able to select just the right person for us.

CareLinx has been one of the most frustrating processes I have ever experienced. Signing up went perfect -- thank you, Angel. Since then, which was over a month ago, the process has not worked. We were provided 2 caregiver contacts in the beginning. The first did not work on our schedule, and this info was in our profile. The second was perfect at the interview, but 1.5 hours late on day 1 with an unbelievable excuse, performed 2 hours of lackadaisical work, and called it a day. Day 2 was a no-phone/no-show. Then trying to work with the company and web-site? We have yet to speak with our Care Advisor/Navigator since the 2 contacts were provided in the beginning. 4 different phone numbers, 5 unanswered voice mails, and cut off multiple times after being on-hold for 10 minutes. The website just doesn't work; it's been impossible to make any connections that way. Today we called the contact number provided by our Care Advisor, and it goes to a pool because we were never provided her extension. On-hold for 15+ minutes, and got a voice for the first time since initial registration. Did get the extension number that we needed, but then got forwarded to another queue, which just hung up after 10 minutes of "we'll be right with you". So just called back and used the extension number -- even with that, back into the queue to get hung up on after another 10 minutes of "we'll be right with you".

I have been trying to get paid for a couple of hours that I worked . Close to 30 hours . I spoke with a couple of people and nothing has been done they all give me the run around . I’ve submitted my timesheets a couple of times and they keep rejecting them . They never call you to tell you this . You have to be on top of your pay otherwise no one will ever call you to tell you why they are rejecting your timesheet .

I've been working for Carelinx/Sharecare for 3 yrs. It is like pulling wisdom teeth to get paid. There is always some excuse. It is extremely hard to get in touch with anyone. And processing timesheets seems like the last thing to be done. It's difficult enough doing what we do, and then practically begging to receive payment! It's exhausting! It must stop!!

I like that you can always talk to a Carelink personnel for assistance. Always get feedback and noticesInstructions on how to become a caregiver with paperwork, trainings, etc. is excellent!Funds are always deposited on time.

Been exciting moment working with this company. I been learning and having exciting moments with staff and the client. I can testify that the carelinx staff are working hard and above the expectations. I have called several times and as soon I get out of the phone my problem get fixed.

I have been waiting 4 weeks to get an advisor. When I call I am on hold for 15 minutes then dropped. I had someone on the phone today, but the back ground noise, a rooster, made it impossible to hear. The person hung up when I complained. But before that she admitted she was on a farm in Georgia. I still have received zero care and I believe this company has no intention of being in business much longer because they behave as if they have already gone out of business. I have wasted probably 40 hours dealing with them. They don’t deserve any stars.

She was absolutely wonderful, kind, and trustworthy and very, very hard-working. She made sure that my incisions were extra clean.She also specializes in plastic surgery recovery, which is really hard to doAnd she is transgender friendly and LGBTQIA friendly very good honest devoted person to her patience. She stop at nothing to make sure that we are happy and recovering fast. She even will do whatever prayers you are over. You is a very honest trustworthy person around your valuables as well. She would not work days that she definitely knows that you don’t need her anymore. Either she is a number one if I could give her a 10 out of 10, I would give her 100.
