Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between carbonphone.de and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of carbonphone.de. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of carbonphone.de, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. carbonphone.de is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Doesn't reply to my email at all when I send 2 emails in English and GERMAN stating it is URGENT.
The phone was overheating and turning on/off while using Whatsapp or casually browsing the net. I sent it back for repair. Phone was sent to me after "software update" which changed nothing and phone was still turning off/on. I sent it back again - after receiving repaired phone it had 3 new, mechanical damages, made while repairing (most probably when opening the phone to change parts inside). When I informed FIRSTCOM TRADING GmbH, I receive an answer that I cannot prove them that they did such damages and in such case it is on me and I will receive no refund.Extremally disappointed, Carbonphone / FIRSTCOM TRADING GmbH were super unhelpful. Not recommended
I strongly NOT RECOMMENDED this seller. I didn't expect such a circus with a seller which has so many good opinions. I absolutely don't understand where they came from. I bought a smartphone and paid immediately. Two days later I saw on my eBay app that the status of my order is cancelled. I didn't get any message about cancellation. I wrote them what's goin on and the next day answer was 'cancellation due to system error'. After my intervention they send me an e-mail and here's the conclusion: they offers products that they don't physically have. System errors surely can happened but it's absolutely not the way seller should treats their customers. Such a shame it was my first order on eBay and failed one...
In November I ordered an iPhone SE 2020. On the website I had the choice to buy a new or used phone. I chose a new one and it costs more. The delivery was very fast and after 3 days the phone was in my hands. The store took care of the packaging, the plastic wrap, everything was perfect. I checked the serial numbers on the box and in the device itself - they matched. But the phone did not pass the check on the Apple website. Apple reported that this device was activated 3 years ago! as early as March 2020. I called Apple support and they confirmed to me that the phone was activated in 2020 and does not have insurance coverage. The phone did not have the letter designation “refurbished”, it was marked “m” (a normal iPhone starts with “m”, factory refurbished “f”). I checked the battery status and it showed 100%. strange for a device that has been used for 3 years. For those who do not know, if a person returns an activated phone via “Widerruf”, if the phone was purchased legally, the store has the right through support to reset the activation date. This meant that Carbon phone tried to sell me a used phone under the guise of a new one, and they carefully covered everything with films (even the inside of the phone had a film, like a new one). The store itself replaced the battery (possibly something else). It is unknown whether this was an original spare part. I’m already silent about security, that any tracking and listening device can be installed there (either hard or software). The store naturally said that they were mistaken. It's up to you to decide whether an honest store would wrap used phones in films like factory ones…
Top seller!Fast and good delivery through UPS to the Netherlands. Top seller, thank you and good luck with your business.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
