Is caraudiocentre.co.uk Legit?

Placed an order two weeks ago and got an order confirmation but then nothing. No shipping notification, no update to say it was waiting on stock / out of stock so I followed up with an email enquiry and still nothing.

The company said one set of the speakers is not on stock so we agreed to money refund. One month later they still don't answer my phone calls and ignoring my emails. No refund was madeComplete scammers - avoidThank You Ivonne for ignoring my emails

My order was delayed, it happens no drama. When my order was dispatched it was with me in less than 24 hours.Very good prices and discounts on the website. Will use again in the future.

Very unhelpful customer service.I made a order for a speed camera online and made a mistake with the postal address that it was meant to be sent. I informed them straight away and they told me they had sorted it. But my item never came.I rang them and they told me it had gone to the wrong address.They told me that i would need to sort it out myself. I had to call the people at the other address and pay for the delivery myself.Shame on you car audio centre.Very unproffesional.

Ordered a brand new pioneer headunit It arrived but bits missing and looks like it’s been out the box Tried ringing them no answer Contacted them on the website and by sales email and no response I have bought from them before and never a issue but this time total waste of time Sat waiting to find out what’s happening

I'm usually providing glowing feedback where suppliers have gone above and beyond, but I don't seem to understand how you can be ignored in the showroom on multiple occasions, with absolutely no acknowledgement of any existence.I just don't get it...In my case I wasn't browsing but intending to part with my hard earned wonga.I can assume you make way too much money and can be selective with your clientèle.Your loss I'm afraid, I'll let another supplier help me with my audio upgrade, accompanied with up to £1,500.00 worth of gear.

don't get me wrong installation was okay, what im more upset about was after installation the technicians was only interested and taking payment without even confirming the system work or demonstrating anything. well I figured why, they bllew out my car footwell module, no way of closing down my windows or use of any hazard or turn signals. what's worst on rainy day at that. no sure if they have a liability clause or terms on damaging vehicles on installation but knowing they didn't tell me only found out pulling out the drive that windows don't works. disappointed in that. but otherwise all is well... for now

Ordered an aerial that said it came with extensions, was told there would be a massive delay in delivery but it actually turned up less than a month later however it didn't come with the extensions. I messaged Car Audio Centre and the replies I got were just rude, didn't address the problem or apologize. I had to send pictures of the website showing where it said these were included before they would even update the website. Still no apology or reasoning just a rude if your not happy send it back. Wouldn't recommend them if you expect good service.EDIT: Wow, they have even replied to my review and lied. Absolutely awfull customer service, terrible communication I ordered a set of speakers and paid for delivery to be expected on 16 April its now 7th May still no sign. I phone up customer service to find out what's going on to be given attitude so I ask for a refund and the guy said right I will cancel ur order n hangs up!! Like I've only been waiting a month! The joke is the on hold message when ur calling boasts of the best customer service around phahaha yeah right!

Really quick delivery by DPD. Unfortunately the speaker I ordered was too large to fit in the boot so I had to return the item. I arranged the transport myself and I was still deducted £33 handling charge. The wrapping on the speaker wasn't removed and all packaging was in perfect condition. Very expensive returns process and I don't believe distance selling is taken into account when ordering via Amazon

Great value and fantastic range of products my only criticism is I didn’t know I needed a special witing harness to connect unit up But I am not really knowledgable with these things but would be a good idea to notify people at point of purchase But I’m over the moon with the JVC unit and the wireless plug in means no cables laying about and works faultlessly

Bought a head unit from these guys. Presales help was pretty good with extra cables I needed. When the unit didn't work, post sales support was non-existent!!I put a support request in Friday lunchtime. It is now Monday 6pm, and not even an acknowledgement.I have fixed the issue myself with help from a campervan forum.

Rang in the hope of help as bought a alpine halo 9 head unit 6 months ago rang to ask about a preout signal too a sub , too get told it’s in the menu I asked for help too navigate me through it , too be told it’s simple , basically put the phone down on me , rude !! If you value your money goes else where

Ordered 2 pioneer rear view camerasQuick dispatch, but one of them arrived some kind of aftermarket(cheap by the look) pioneer one was faulty-not sure it's they fault, but there was no protective film on camera lens)Now trough the process of return- will see how it goes!

I used the "ask a question" on their website, which is a really useful facility, and got an answer within an hour. Really pleased with that part.However I was asking a pretty basic question, that was very important in the decision of whether or not to buy an expensive unit. The reply was unhelpful, saying the only way to be sure would be to try it, In other words buy the unit and hope it works.It is also pretty worrying to see the number of poor marks on stock levels. I will give these a miss and pay the extra few quid elsewhere.

Bought a single din JVC car radio/stereo with blue tooth and a bonus CD player. Delighted with everything. Ordered Sunday night and came Tuesday morning. It looks great in my car, it’s easy to use and sounds crystal clear. Absolutely love it. In addition it was in the sale so this piece of happiness cost under £90 inc the postage

Placed order 20th May got an email 22nd May saying item was despatchd Today phoned up 29th May then suddenly get an email from DPD saying they are awaiting the item. Got another email from car audio saying items are being picked and packed. Disgraceful lied to me on 22nd Better not be lieing to me again.

Wanted to buy an Alpine X903D, and found this retailer form a Google search.The website said out of stock, but with a delivery expected on the 28th of Feb, so I ordered the item about a week to wait.The unit arrived with me on the 28th, so I was very happy.The model numbering on the inner and outer packaging didn't match, so the following day I e-mailed Car Audio Centre to query the anomaly (I also asked Alpine Customer Service), and within 45 minutes I had an answer from both parties, so they take aftersales service seriously too.If I need anything for car audio/security again, I'll be trying these guys first, and I'll certainly recommend them for their great service.
