This ring is 10 out of 10 the quality is outstanding, I also had a few issue with picking my stone for the ring because I’m not the best online. I emailed capucinne and within minutes I had a reply. We sent several messages so they could help me get it rite, they even let me pay in instalments. Engagement ring now ready for holiday. Wedding rings to come in 2026. My partner and I designed our engagement rings and they are gorgeous. His band is rose and white gold with a black rhodium finish on the white gold. I got a moss agate yellow gold solitaire ring. They look exactly like how we designed them. We were extremely satisfied with the process from beginning to end. The customer service was thorough and timely. They helped us figure out more details about our customized rings that we were unclear about. We are so satisfied that we decided to go with them for our wedding bands. We'd like to customize them again since that process was so enjoyable. I highly recommend Capucinne for all your jewelry needs!

My ring came a few days ago - almost exactly 7 weeks from purchase as they said was likely the case. It’s even more beautiful in person. I’m thrilled with the look, fit, and quality. This is the second ring I have ordered and wanted a costom stone and both the craftmanship aswell as the costumer service was great! Every question I had got answered super fast and the ring is stunning! Will definitely order again in the Future.

I rush ordered the ring and it arrived on time, communication was also pretty good. However… the ring itself is extremely disappointing. I do not feel like the picture on the website is an accurate portrayal of what I received. I feel like I’ve been had, I should have known better. I will be purchasing my jewelry from local jewelers from here on out.

Vida and the Capuccine team were wonderful. My fiance kept the custom ring we designed safe for months after receiving it and finally gave it to me in the Sahara desert, on a recent trip to Morocco. I chose my engagement ring from Capucinne because their rings are like no other. Everything they sell is so gorgeous and their prices are very agreeable. I had purchased a Rainbow Moonstone Ring but realized months later that I should have bought the set, because my ring had a matching wedding band. The band alone wasn't listed on the site but I was able to speak with customer service and they set up a special purchase order for me.Quick, easy and very accommodating!

I got the Dora Oval Alexandrite Ring. It's definitely pricier than others after shopping around but glad I went with Cappucine in the end as it worth ever penny. Very satisfied with the quality of this ring and customer service were very helpful! Highly recommend :)

I absolutely love the piece I ordered, and so did the recipient! Beautiful work, along with beautiful packaging. My one complaint is that I had to pay a large import duty at US Customs. I wasn’t aware this was my obligation, and Capucinne should make this possibility more prominent when purchasing.

I had ordered my wife one of the engagement rings from this company with some custom adjustments and it came out wonderful. When it came time to get her a wedding band, they did not offer one that matched the engagement ring but we’re willing to work with my ideas to create a custom matched wedding band that is absolutely beautiful. My wife is so happy with her rings. This company is wonderful to work with and priced very very competitively.

Left it a little late to buy the ring set, so used the expedited service. Also customised the design slightly. It ended up arriving well in time for when it was needed, looks just as imagined, absolutely perfect! But also made it in great time considering it had to make it across the pond to the UK from the US. The staff who handled my many emails were really helpful, went above and beyond and I'm really thankful!
