Is canvasdesign.co.uk Legit?

I tried to ask them a simple and relevant technical question but 5 emails on 3 different channels in 2 months did not make them reply a single word.Update: the answer from the service provider is pathetic and hilarious in the same time. Same approach from SP as described above, just sad. Too bad I have proof (as I am a real customer). Btw you should have been this fast with answering my 5 contact attempts in 3 different channels lol. Just wanted to buy from you t...s. Update2: ????? I do not really get it why would a businessman lie about these consistently but there we are, that is very rich and not pathetic at all. Don't you think it would be more mature to admit your fault and apologise? You ask me to contact you? DID NOT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, that was the problem that you did not reply in the first place? Blocked ip and cannot contact: LOL, also lie and a very cheap one. Just viewed your webpage and i can go until actual checkout til giving my card details. Anybody with a vpn can check that. And also you have several public email addresses, I wrote to those too. And you cannot even block emails from a country, they are not IP based, do you have any idea how that works before you tell this nonsense? I love my canvas print. I cannot express enough how amazingly beautiful and stunning the canvas turned out. The color is amazing and so vibrant and the quality is crystal clear. Every single part of the photo came out on the canvas. 100% recommend site.

Paid for next day delivery as I needed it as a gift ASAP.I could not contact them, they were unreachable, they did not send any confirmation, and the product is now set to come late.Terrible service, avoid at all costs!

Speedy service. From ordering, to delivery was just over 2 days. Very impressed, especially as its coming up to Mothering Sunday.Packaging, was the reason not to rate this company 5 starts, due to the fact my parcel did look like it has been dragged through a bush. Just cardboard wrapped round, no seal on the edges. Just bubble wrap to protect from the weather conditions.But this will not stop me ordering again. I am over the moon with the canvas I have purchased, and I cannot wait to purchase another one.

Really disappointed. I placed on order on Tuesday and the entire order has yet to arrive, I did order past the cut off time on Tuesday but even so the next day delivery should be Thursday but here we are on Friday and I am still waiting for the rest of my order. Not really responsive on the emails although one suspects they will dispute this. Disappointed that I cannot recommend them as I wanted to. The two rolled canvas prints arrived. Not bad quality, the actual canvas is nice and print quality good but regrettably because of this poor experience with this first order I will not be ordering again nor can I recommend them. I am based on the Isle of Wight but not sure why that means they cannot deliver in a timely manner, nor address this appropriately. I doubt the rest of my order will arrive and feel and tad ripped off to be honest. I doubt they will offer a refund.If the rest of my order eventually arrives, I'd be happy to amend this review but I can't undo the poor experience that I have had in my first order. Will keep you posted.

I've used CanvasDesign a couple of times - once for a panoramic image, and again recently for a smaller canvas.I was impressed by the website, which allows you to position and customise your print. I was also impressed by the turnaround of the delivery - one working day is fantastic. I was also impressed by the packaging - the canvas was very well protected during shipping.I am deducting a star as the resolution of the print seems pretty low. I realise that printing onto canvas is not the same as printing onto paper, but the image comes out looking a little soft. The image also seem a little too dark.On the whole, a good experience and I will probably use again if I need another canvas.

Made my wife's birthday! Had a special holiday photo done by these guys and had expected loss of clarity with increase in size, but not all all! Helped me earn some serious brownie points! Many thanks Conrad- I've already been recommending to family & friends, and I'll definitely 'be back'!

On her birthday I ordered a text collage through canvas print and wrote what was jumping inside my inner soul. She cried her heart out. Lovely moments.

admirable company. There are few of them now. I placed the wrong order by mistake. I wrote an e-mail and as it happens in other companies, they do not pay attention to it and problems begin. Here my request was immediately fulfilled and I got my money back. I will correct my mistake and order again. But the company made itself known from the professional side, which does not only look at earning at the expense of the customer in the event of a mistake when placing an order. I will certainly recommend to others.

I gifted a photo greeting card on my hubby’s birthday with our wedding pic printed on it. He was totally speechless and was appreciating the quality of print. Thanks to canvas design who just made our day with their amazing work and notable service. Planning to celebrate every special occasion by bringing back the golden memories!

The 24hr delivery service if ordered before noon , is a lie, the manager has appalling customer service skills. As for the canvas - the ink from it stays on your fingers, so careful when handling it, your fingers will leave smudges on the lighter parts of canvas.UPDATE on 7.12. 2016 in reply to the canvas lie:I have contacted you by the phone and email, my order was placed at 11.31, and at 12.21 i received an e-mail stating that my order is being printed and framed and I will shortly receive a delivery details email.. After I spoke to one of your employees on the phone the next day because my order hasn't been delivered, I sent you an email .In your reply email - NOT ONCE HAVE YOU APOLOGISED FOR THE DELAY ,and just kept stating lie after lie. The ink does stay on fingers when you take the canvas out , I'm presuming due to not being left to dry for a long enough time. I can confirm that after allowing it to dry, it doesn't smudge anymore. So might be a good idea to include a note ( please handle carefully due to the possibility of the ink not being fully dry yet) for your future customers.The thing is - I would have been happy with a simple - I'm sorry, things happened, short staffed, etc.we messed up, we're sorry. But YOU DID NOT . In your email you made it look like it's my fault for placing the order too late, ( which I did NOT) and that I'm being unreasonable expecting the next day delivery. Once again - APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I do not want to deal with your company ever again. I'm just here to warn others.UPDATE 7.12.2016.reply to the next false statement...YOU HAVE NEVER APOLOGISED. No single "I'm sorry" or " I apologise for the inconvenience"... nothing in the email replying to my complaint directly to you, and have never even received a reply after I have replied. I waited a week for your response and then and only then I've written a negative review here.The negative review on here, after you reported the review claiming you never dealt with me, but me proving otherwise, made you email me with: "HiIs there a problem with your canvas prints?I have explained the reason why there was a delay with the order.If there is an issue with your prints, we can fix them.There is no reason to put reviews online which will affect our income without first giving us the chance to rectify the issue." No apologies ever. Stop denying it. I have a proof of everything. Merry Christmas to you too.

So far, I have ordered a couple of canvases through canvasdesign.co.uk.The first required a bespoke size and unlike other similar companies, canvasdesign.co.uk can accommodate non-standard sizes easily and do not even charge a premium for doing so. The print arrived exactly as visualised on the website.With the second order, the print did not quite turn out as expected so I contacted them to discuss options. I cannot praise the resulting customer service highly enough. Not only did they remedy the issue without any fuss, they went above and beyond and seamlessly tweaked the original picture I uploaded (a hand-drawn artwork) to better fit the canvas - the final result was perfect.

Impressive frames and exceptional quality makes it a must buy. I loved all their creations and ordered a classic canvas with my baby’s picture. I received within 48 hours and hanging kit was supplied extra. The frames are thick and look natural when I fixed it over the wall. My baby claps when she sees herself in our room. That made our entire family happy. Best deal in recent time.

Superb experience from the outsetI uploaded an unedited version of the photograph I wanted in error & had to contact Canvasdesign to correct my mistake.I received a reply very quickly & was able to start again.The picture arrived very well packed & is great quality. Excellent value for money.I’ll definitely be ordering from Canvasdesign again. Can’t recommend them enough.

My experience with Canvas Design was nothing more than 5 stars even when we had problems with resolution for big printed canvas but a guy called Conrad did everything possible to get them done.Would definitely recommend and use againThank You

No hesitation in recommending this company....I ordered a landscape canvas instead of portrait (my fault entirely)....I rang Conrad who immediately offered to redo the canvas for no extra charge. Result was fabulous.....best prices,,,,,speedy service.....will use again and aga8n for sure!!!

I have just received my high quality prints today and i think this brings my total to about 40 over the years i have been dealing with Canvasdesign, this time i sent some inferior photo's by mistake, instead of printing them they informed me of the poor quality and gave me my money back, i reloaded with new photo's and they are as usual perfect. We ordered a large split canvas . The service was very prompt. Package arrived well packed and within 72 hours including a weekend. Good quality and an excellent addition to our lounge. We will definitely recommend this site to our friends and family.

Truly happy with our material print from The Canvas Design. A sensible cost for a decent quality item. The main photograph we sent was excessively low quality so they reached us to exhort and to inquire as to whether we actually needed to proceed with the request. We didn't so a full discount was given. We at that point submitted another request once we discovered another photograph. Incredible client assistance would suggest.
