Even though it’s not a regular shop, it has a nice show room in the back of it’s large storage place. We got a very big introduction from a friendly employee and all the info we needed including some discount, making us buying a new Sibley 500!

The products (Sibley Bell Tents) are all outstanding. Same thing for the accessories. The service is extremely well, kind and very personal. They even mail and call me if they have questions about my order and verify so they can deliver the right product. Then the products are deliverd quickly and very well packed. if I could give six stars, I most certainly would.

I had to pay 330 dollars per shipment but when I made the purchase on the page it didn't say anything about that payment

The tent is really nice, easy to set up and seems to be of a high quality (only used it 5 nights so far. We had a real heavy thunderstorm and one day strong wind at the seasite. The tent stood like a rock and no water came in. A wonderfull experience. I can strongly recommend the tent. Only one more spite in the middle if the door to fix the floor in this area a little better on the ground, a better sipper at the downer area of the door and a little better tent guide would be recommended. But this is nothing which really stops from enjoying the tent.

I have two tents now from canvas and they are great quality, and I love them. Service is very fast from their part. The delivery from Belgium to Denmark took 1,5 day.Can only recommend, thanks.

I set it up and I'm very happy with the attention to details in the design of these tents. Also the quality of the carry bag and spare parts included are the cherry on the cake. Your products are great but your customer service could not be much worse-in the US that is. No one returns calls let alone answers the phone. It's been at least a week since I left messages at how different numbers with my number and nothing, zero, zed. I now have three bells and love them all--living in them now for a few months. Can send images of the "camp" if you like.

I had trouble picking a tent, but their website was clear and had many tutorials on how to set up my tent. When I got the tent, it was pretty awesome. I lived in it for 5 months before needing to take it down because of the weather. I am VERY satisfied with my purchase.I called them to ask a question about cleaning it, and they spent quite a bit of time walking me through the options.

This is my second 600 DD with a rain fly. I run an outdoor preschool and the tent has been the perfect shelter during inclement weather. Our first tent from Canvas Camp has been up for three years, Sept to June in New England. The tent is pitched in a clearing surrounded by trees. We take it down and store it in the summer. For us the fly is an important addition. Our team does monitor the stake out lines regularly. This tent is Highly recommended. Amazing well made tent.

The Sibley 700 Ultimate Quad Door Yurt is just as great as is shown in the pictures. Good quality fabric, good instructions but way easier to check on Youtube videos on how to assemble it.Great for parties, family events or even to set it as an outdoor space for meditation and yoga.

Helpful customer service and speedy delivery to the UK. I was glad to find an eco friendly fire retardant for my bell tent. I have not used it yet so cannot review its effectiveness.

Well, I have sibley500 DD since last year where I started camping. After that, I have another tent which is more expensive and premium line from highly recognised brand in europe. But what I want to say is I eventually realised that sibley is much more high quality of fabric and bery well made in details of everywhere than I secondly bought. Canvascamp is deserve to be the best camping brand.One more I'd like to suggest, you should be recommended develop the popular type of tent as tunnel style with living room. Thanks,
