Is canopyairportparking.com Legit?

Made a reservation on 10/11/24 for 11/28/24. Got an email with my reservation and barcode. Arrived on 11/28 and they said that their lot was full and they couldn't honor my prepaid reservation. In addition to the extra stress, I had to pay holiday rates across the street at USAirport. All they had to do to make me happy was to allow me to park there for 4 days instead of 2 for my next trip (remember, I paid more than double to park across the street) and they wouldn't do it. I was on my last straw with them anyway after my last trip, waiting over 30 minutes for a shuttle as I watched their competitor's shuttles come and go multiple times. My advice - pay a little extra and park somewhere else, it's well worth it!

Like others have posted about, I too was turned away from parking here despite having a prepaid reservation. When this happened to me, I saw AT LEAST 20 others similarly get turned away. This must have affected hundreds of people. I called to get a refund and was directed to email someone. No one has emailed me back. They are clearly trying to make it difficult to get refunds. Further, I posted a negative review on Google and it has since been hidden. I believe this is happening to others and the owner is deliberately trying to hide this problem. Do not use this parking lot, there are so many others to choose from that are so much better!!!!

OVER-BOOKED ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOT. Got turned away at the entrance WITH A RESERVATION because they overbooked. Posted a piece of paper and said “if you want a refund call this number” ????? Messed up our entire holiday travel. Don’t even want to give them one star. They do not deserve it.

This was an unbelievable and inexcusable failure on Canopy’s part, the likes of which I have never encountered in nearly a decade of parking with them. We had a reservation—booked well in advance, knowing full well how chaotic the holiday weekend would be—only to arrive and be turned away at the gate! The staff was out there rejecting everyone, even those with confirmed reservations, claiming they had “no room.” How is that even possible? What’s the point of a reservation system if it’s utterly worthless, especially on the busiest travel day of the year?This wasn’t just a mistake; it was a monumental failure that left countless travelers stranded and scrambling for alternatives. It’s nothing short of incompetence, and it’s beyond infuriating. As a frequent parker—there practically every week—I trusted this company to deliver, and they couldn’t even meet the most basic expectation: honoring reservations they confirmed.Whatever system they’re using, it’s broken, pathetic, and completely unfit for a company in this business. After this disaster, I’ll absolutely be reconsidering my options, and so should you. Canopy has lost my trust, and frankly, they don’t deserve yours either.

Car was safe and in great condition when we returned. One word of advice, please put a sign that lets customers know you have moved your pickup location outside DEN to outside of door 508, rather than door 504, as is stated on the ticket. Even a sign in the old spot or a text to customers would have prevented us from missing 2 buses Sunday evening as we waited in the old spot as designated on our ticket.

It takes so much longer to find cars because number are no longer visible in the parking lot......when will these be re-painted?Understandable that you are understaffed, however, I always encounter full shuttles at the airport for pickup. Then when we're back at the lot there are an entire line of empty shuttles waiting. Why can't these be used for additional airport pickup to reduce wait times?

Canopy Parking always exceeds my expectations! When I returned from a business trip at midnight, they were still running every 10 minutes - and their pleasant driver greeted us all with "Welcome Back!" Their prices are exceptional, and checking in and out with a reservation is so easy.My only concern is the potholes in the parking lot.

We self-parked, open air and it was such an easy experience. We had a reservation and entered at our designated time, went directly to the parking row and onto the airport shuttle, no wait. We were at the airport in less than 20 minutes of us parking. On our return, again we went to the designated location and waited about 5-10 minutes for the shuttle. No issues upon exiting. It was a great experience and would definitely park here again!

Parked in covered parking. Vehicle safe from weather and any other issues. Staff extremely helpful. Arrived after midnight back into the Denver area...called for shuttle. Unfortunately it was full. Was reimbursed for going over check out time. Thank you 😊 Frequently used parking area for travel from DIA.

Canopy Airport Parking takes the stress out of traveling. Easy to schedule, easy access, easy checkout. Buses run constantly and the staff is always helpful and friendly, plus knowing my vehicle is safe and secure in their covered lot puts my mind at ease.

I’ve used Canopy parking many times and had good experiences every time. On my latest trip I used the prepaid reservation option. I had used a coupon code and the pricing explanation on the website was a bit difficult to understand. I wasn’t sure if I was getting the proper discount. After looking at it a bit longer I did see that the discount was applied.The scanner at the gate worked perfectly to scan the QR code from my phone. The drivers were great as always.

The whole experience was great, as always. Upon arrival, quick pickup and drop off at the airport. Upon landing, virtually no wait, even after landing after midnight. Service was great and it is so convenient knowing my vehicle is safe under cover and I don't need to drag luggage across a parking lot.

Canopy Parking is a great place to leave your vehicle. The parking location is secure, and you have multible parking options, indoor self parking, outdoor self parking, or premier parking. Getting to and from the airport is coordinated very smoothly by the company. All staff is very friendly and approachable. I've been using this location for over 10 years and have not had any issues.

Everything turned out fine but when arriving in covered parking we followed the directions but no shuttle picked us up. We had to call the number indicated fir assistance and after a number of prompts we talked to a dispatcher about our problem. Somehow they missed us arriving but soon had a shuttle to the airport.

Service was great. Drivers are always very courteous. One small issue, not enough to take away a star but, the tickets given to people that tell them which door to go out need to be updated. Several people were very upset that they had missed a previous shuttle because they weren't aware.

We did the indoor valet service. I guess the best review I can offer is the whole process was uneventful. We dropped our car off, the shuttle took us to our airline (at 3:15 am). We returned to Denver, they picked us up and they returned us to the Canopy counter. Our car was there waiting. The Canopy crew is hard working and I appreciate their superior service. We didn't get too chatty with the crew - we were a family of 4 so we were talking amongst ourselves.

Your service at Denver International Airport is GREAT! Our pickup and return were perfect. However, the condition of your lot, i.e. the potholes are horrible. You could break an axle if you are not careful. You need to do some long needed maintenance.

The female shuttle bus driver we had on July 18th (about 3:30am) is wonderful!! We have had her before. If all employees were as knowledgeable and personable as she is, WOW! Great customer service!

We had a great experience leaving and returning with Canopy. Shuttle was waiting for us when we parked. And the best part was a shuttle pulled up at midnight just as we were walking up to the island outside yhr airport. We couldn’t have been happier.

Driver Gary not very helpful. No help loading our baggages walked by us and went to help another white female. Upon arrival at airport he just pointed at the entrance to airline didn’t even offer help for our luggages maybe because we’re asians. Disappointing
