Unfortunately this review is not a good one. I came across canna cured a couple months ago and have placed 5 orders from them since. 4 of these orders came flawlessly and actually pretty fast (3-4) business days. The 5th order however has been a bit of a nightmare. I placed the order on the 25th of June, I am currently writing this review on July 9th. Was given the usual Canada post tracking number, item shows no location. It’s absolutely impossible to find a phone number to talk to a representative. So I had to go on my account and write an email explaining the situation. It took around 4-5 days for a response which was not helpful and very generic. I have since then wrote another email and haven’t heard anything back. When you look at the company return policy it clearly states they will not refund your money but instead give you a credit of your purchase toward the next item?? To be honest I won’t be making another purchase from here after all this. I would have loved to give a great review about this company, and have given a couple great reviews on their websites on their products but this is a whole different level of poor customer service. So as of now I am out around $120 with no idea we’re my package is or even how this will be resolved.

The flowers were potent and extremely good quality (AAAA). Paying was easy and simple my order came as date promised. My only issue was I had spent over $100 which warrants a free gift (shrooms/flower) which I didn’t receive , I did contact customer service (Derek) although they were nice as well helpful they said they added a note to my order (I did receive an email of it) but yet didn’t receive it when my order arrived. My suggestion is if you are planning to spend over $100 make sure you get the free gift menu before completing your order.That being said I do plan to purchase again and recommend you do so as well.
