I went to Westfield looking for suna musk and was lured in by Rabia when I asked for directions. Her welcoming smile and knowledge of the products had me spending more than I bargained for. I left happy with my purchase nevertheless. My shopping experience with Rabia was wonderful. 11.10.24

The girl who served us her name is Harnia was amazing, she answered all are questions, she helped us to choose the right fragrance for us.

The charming lady helped me pick a diffuser for the living room.Despite the Sunday rush, she took her time in selecting a few scents and advised me on the various offers available too.I chose 'A Night In Paris'. After placing it in the bag, she sprayed it with the same oud. Nice touch and care shown throughout.

Anna was very polite and gave me the proper information to buy a perfume for my family. It was overall a great experience will definitely recommend to others and come back if I need anything again. Specially to try the other products which Anna recommended.

We love the Oud smell and have the defuser in the hall so you get a lovely smell when you enter the house

I was recommended by my colleague to pop into candles and oud for some new niche frangrances, I was so pleasantly surprised as I usually only buy in Dubai, T was absolutely amazing! She provided exactly the experience a frangrance boutique should offer. She was so incredibly patient, passionate and provided such a memorable experience. By the end of the shop, I had every single fragrance card and decided to keep them all because I want to shop with her again! She listened attentively to what I like, she watched which fragrances I continuously smelt, and easily sold me a gift set where I got my favourite fragrances for a fantastic offer! If anyone goes to the Cambridge boutique, look for T! She really knows what she’s doing, I will definitely be coming to be served by her over and over again! Thankyou so much! I was at the Westfield Stratford branch, Ramisa really looked after me today and gave excellent customer service. She listened to the description of what I wanted and went through with me what smells matched what I was looking for and we got there in the end. Amber Oud and The Duchess for the win! Candles&Oud should do something to reward her as she truly made my experience to be great!

Every experience starts with your eyes. So when you see the elegant and beautifully packaged products this brand has to offer, you can't help but be intrigued!The scented candles are absolutely divine, they smell like bottled fragrances. Intense and long lasting scents that fill the whole house. After cooking these are amazing in getting rid of strong smells esp when you cook a curry with spices!The fragrance selection is also amazing and for the intensity and variety you would expect to pay extortionate amounts. However this is not the case and you get high-end quality products for a fraction of the price, without compromising on the quality.Highly recommend this brand, you won't be disappointed!

Scam company. Bought perfume as a present for a family member. Family member wanted a different brand so go into the store to return it two days later with the printed receipt they provided and they refused to take it back stating I needed the emailed receipt. They said I could have printed the receipt and it was not substantial. I was never offered an emailed receipt. Then why do you hand out paper receipts if they mean nothing?? You’re telling me in this day and age you’re unable to look up my purchase made with a credit card? Extremely unscrupulous business practices to say the least.

First time coming , came with a freind and didn’t know what i wanted , alishba gave a lovely welcome was really polite and joyful and helped us with our queries and questions. She talked us through every single perfume describing them really well which then helped me choose the exact one i wanted. She deserves a pay rise due to her excellent service and character.

I’ve been to candles & oud at least 20+ times, and I just love the atmosphere in here, they’ve got too many options to choose from. I’ve been to candles & oud Cambridge and an employee called “Anna” helped me out a lot, she would spend most of the time trying to help me find the best scent and I’ve bought over 6 scents over the year. My favourite one is night in Paris, and spirit of muscat! Thanks candles and oud for the great experience! 🥹❤️

One of their guys sprayed me with their fragrance and I could smell it one week later, even after showering everyday.I had purchased similar from dubai once and found the packaged bottles are mostly water when I got homeSo When we went back several weeks later, saw the same guy and even told him that can I want the tester, because of my dubai experience but he assured me it was legitSame as someone else here, I paid £70 (discounted specially for me from £90) but when I use it, it lasts about 30 minutesI think this is a common trick for all stall vendors. Their website has no phone and no email, even their website domain registration details are all hidden. That should tell you everything.Stay away from this company, save your money or buy from a shop where you can return the item and get your money back

Firstly the delivery was really quick and the fragrance itself was packaged so lovely, it’d make an amazing gift and you don’t need to add anything extra for packaging! The perfume itself comes in a beautiful bottle and the scent is stunning, I’ve been using it non stop!

It was a good experience to visit the Cambridge store. Good ambiance of store as well was impressed by the staff’s attitude towards the costumer. I highly appreciate the costumer service. And I request you guys to give something in gift to Anna at your store cuz of her best costumer service.

Lovely experience in store by the adviser Ana, yet let down as I noticed the advertisment ‘buy one get 1 free’ on the home spray, but was told ended over a week ago.
