Is cancard.co.uk Legit?

Great customer service, had a few issues with the application but quickly resolved in a phone call. Genuinely helpful and understanding.The daily pain I have been suffering because prescription drugs turned me into a zombie was leading me down the route of suicidal thoughts. Now I feel a weight has been lifted that I can prove this medication helps, without feeling like a criminal

I filled the required fields in and cancard needed my patient summary once I uploaded that I was approved the same day .great service.

Since being an alcoholic I found cannabis and I’ve not drank in 18 years of smoking have got in trouble a few times but to be honest when telling officers my story they where quite supportive but still had to do there job now with cancard for the first time in all these years I can do it without worry and anxiety when out and about thank you cancard

My call was answered by a very helpful customer service agent and told me what to email to them and she would put my application through, I got a email in return to say that everything was OK and I should receive my card in a few weeks. Thank you CANCARD

What a lovely set of people.Spoke to A Mr Paul More today he was so professional and helpful he helped me to find solutions that will keep my neighbour who has called the police and also the council numerous times.He has helped me to see that there is help out there and I don’t have to feel like a criminal anymore Thank you Paul and the entire Team

I have looked through here at the bad reviews and I am completely shocked! I have had Cancard now for 3 years and every time I have needed to speak to someone via phone or email I have had a reply fast or the phone picked up fairly quickly. I have actually had contact with Carly before when I had a previous issue so now if I have any issue I just reply to her and she is very good! I was skeptical when I first took the card out but tested by speaking to an officer about it and showing them the card they were very interested and said they are aware of them. We then sat and smoked a spliff on the bench 20m away and they left us alone. So it must work. But not for driving just like any meds from the dr you bunch of melons

I was a member since 2020 i remember getting caught drug driving 2 times i reached out to cancard for some advice and help i was told cant do anything law is the law so now i see they was fighting someone elses case im wondering why they wouldnt help me seems selective either way i hired a pro solicitor for it cost me 6k thanks cancard

The team here are truly amazing! they go above and beyond to help the communities needs.I was personally helped by Cissie a lady that really went the extra mile to help with more than I thought possible. Considering how busy and understaffed they are, the work ethic shown by them is second to none.I highly recommend Can card, they are truly making a positive impact!

I'm not very computer savvy, so had to email and phone them multiple times and the girl I spoke to was very friendly and helpful I needed to ask if I could use my blue badge as photo 🆔️ as my passport had my maiden name on it and I was pleased to say I could! And I received an email a few days later saying I'd been accepted and to expect my cancard in around 3 weeks! I suffer with osteoarthritis of the neck, spine, both hips and left ankle, mitrofanoff bladder diversion, depression and odds, and cannabis helps every single one in different ways. A massive thanks to everyone at cancard for advocating for every single one of us who take our meds 🌱 to help pain, just like others who take drugs 💊 for theirs! A cancard will help me to feel more confident when having to take my meds 🌱 outside of my home, I normally ever take them at home or in open spaces, I've never in my life been in trouble with the police, council or courts and I don't see why taking a medicine 🌱 that helps my illnesses should warrant a thing! the process for me was verry easy. I uploaded my ID and relavent documents, And had a respones within a day or two stating approval. knowing i have the card for my pice of mind is a massive help on anxiety when out and about or when travelling.

Having suffered for years with Osteoarthritis on all my lefthand side, the pain in my left knee was unbearable regardless of which Prescribed Medicines I used. I considered a knee replacement, however, after speaking with many who have had this done, and research on the Internet, I chose not to. I heard so many people say they regret having had their knee replaced, and some were in more pain than they were before the replacement. Through a friend, I tried Cannabis some years ago, and although I did not like the ‘high’, I did find that the pain in my knee had subsided so much, I hardly felt any pain, for the first time in years. Over time, I have learnt how to balance any ‘highs’ with Orange Juice (Vitamin C) so although the pain eases drastically, I do not have the ‘high giddy’ feeling. I personally do not believe Cannabis is a ‘Gateway’ drug for everyone. I have never tried any of the other ‘usual’ illegal substances, and I have no wish to. All I want is the pain relief that Cannabis gives me. I know so many other elderly people who are using it for their ailments and illness’s, it should have been legalised years ago. After a good talk with my GP, who explained all the Pro’s & Con’s to me, my Dr understood the pain I was going through, and listened to what I had to say. I was then able to apply for my Cancard and I found the process so easy and straight forward. Thank you for making an old man have the pain relief I deserve. Thank You.

Once you have the required documented evidence the process of applying for your Cancard is straight forward. Just upload everything and submit. You get email confirmation of receipt of the application and updates along the way until you get confirmation that your application has been approved. Fortunately I haven't had to produce my card, but it gives me piece of mind knowing I have my card and all the support that brings should I ever need it.

Never an issue and always helpful. I renew using my original medical report and nothing current because I do not use pharma medicine and don’t feel the need to see anyone. So am grateful they take the old report as I manage myself with canna products.Support has always been there via email, I introduced a guy to this movement and it saved his bacon on a film set being a Cancard holder.

The first time I had Cancard, 2021, it was a good service. You could speak to them on the phone. No problems.I joined up with them again in December 2023. Unfortunately I lost my card at the end of May. They said they would replace it free of charge. Am still waiting. I had an email from them a couple of weeks ago asking me to confirm my address. It is the same as when I registered. In frustration, my last email, sent around 6 days ago, offered to pay for a replacement. I haven't heard anything back and still don't have my card. It's over 3 months ago since I first contacted them. A replacement card should be a simple task. I fear what would happen should I run into trouble with the law, as I now do not trust them to assist me. I will not be renewing this year. I have an appointment with a medical clinic in 2 weeks and will use my prescription for proof of my medical needs should the need arise. Very disappointed.

Cancard it takes away the stigma and paranoia of using a drug that helps so many people.thank you cancard and everyone involved.
