New hot tub cover for Canadian spa, 86in square, 5/3in tapered grey. Easy ordering online, great communications and super fast delivery. Well packaged. Very impressed with the quality of the cover.

These hot tubs are built poorly with horrible wiring, light stopped working the first day of use, it's been over a year with no help of fixing the issue so they don't warranty anything, they stopped responding or reaching out about the issue. Horrible product and horrible warranty service.....sorry, no warranty service. Never but from this company

Tony was so helpful during this process, giving honest advice on everything we needed for the best hot tub experience, and being on hand for my many questions. Craig who delivered the hot tub was fantastic, such a nice guy and again full of helpful advice. Kerry was fab helping us with a small teething issue and had everything resolved super quick for us. Friendly, great guys the whole way through. And the hot tub and gazebo are AMAZING!!! We’ve had the best summer outside in our home spa; and can’t wait to enjoy it over the colder months too. Thank you Canadian Spa for a fantastic hot tub, for the enthusiasm and for making the whole experience easy (and exciting!).

Great products, amazing customer service. We had an error with an order, but was corrected very quickly and a new part sent and delivered with in 24hrs. We upgraded from the typical blow up hot tub, to the swift and from start to finish this company have been great, even helped with replacement parts 7 years after original purchase. Will definitely use again when we are ready to upgrade again.

Purchased a new hot tub lid, expensive item to purchase, it was delayed, quite a lot, however, I was kept informed and offered a refund or to wait, chose to wait and it arrived as advised - great customer experience - my expectations were perfectly managed. Couldn't fault it.

The water testing app gives simple, clear instructions on how to adjust the chemicals in the hot tub and tells you the exact amounts to add. And it has quick links to easily purchase products that you need. I’ve placed two orders and both were delivered quickly.

Excellent customer service from Ali.He helped to identify the issue with our hot tub, explain what we needed to do, created an order for us and got the stuff organised all at 17:55 as they were about to close at 18:00. A lot of people would have ignored the phone or said “call back tomorrow “ but he was friendly and helpful. Thanks Ali, good to see some companies still value excellent customer service👍

This is a well designed Top Tub cover from a long established company. The cover arrived very quickly and was well packed. The price included carriage which was appreciated. It fits our Jacuzzi perfectly and has securing straps on all sides

Very small leak somewhere not obvious in hot tub but near/ underneath filter box. Followed directions and leak stopped after about an hour. Continued to keep pumps running for another 6 hours and used brush to sweep bottom as directed. Emptied tub and left for 5 days. Filled up and no leak. However a few hours later leak appeared. Tried again with another bottle and same happened. 😩😩😩. Overall a bad experience

Purchased a small item which was lost in transit explained to Adam in an email item was immediately despatched received 2 days later excellent service. This is why we chose Canadian Spa.

Perfect Replacement Hot Tub Lid.Lid arrived quickly and was well packed to prevent damage in transit. Lid is a perfect fit for my 203 cm diameter Aspen Joy hot tub. Really like that it slopes to allow drainage of rain water. The skirt is a decent depth and completely covers the rim of the hot tub. I would definitely buy another lid from here.

The customer services is second to none. We utilise Canadian Spa for parts or accessories. Nothing is too much trouble & amazing customer services. Even when DHL did not deliver our products, this was dealt with efficiently & affectively by Canadian Spa.

I needed a replacement hose for my Grand Rapids Hot Tub and messaged the company to see if they had one, and they sent me a link with it all ready to purchase and a couple of days later it arrived. Now I can get on with the important stuff.

I had an issue with my heater / pump for the portable spa and rang Canadian Spa and was asked to log a ticket which I did. They gave me a good price on a new heater / pump and even got a free tub of chlorine after some cheeky negotiation! Ali was a pleasure to deal with, really friendly over email and answered my queries quickly. New pump was delivered in two days

I would recommend Canadian spa saunas to anybody. The customer service was good. The knowledge of the sales person was brilliant and if you have health problems i.e. fibromyalgia. The infrared sauna with chromotherapy is perfect for you!
