canadianappliance.ca Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives canadianappliance.ca a low-to-medium trust score on the platform: 47.6. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 47.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to canadianappliance.ca's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert. tags above. Long story short, we caution you about using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning canadianappliance.ca, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between canadianappliance.ca and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of canadianappliance.ca. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of canadianappliance.ca, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. canadianappliance.ca is a suspect website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether canadianappliance.ca has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

Recently purchased a LG refrigerator from CAS, our salesman Saqib showed us a few models before we decided and he was a pleasure to deal with. When the fridge was delivered it was noticed the sides had been marked up during shipping. Cosmetic only but still it was irritating. I was put in touch with a customer service representative Yoven and we negotiated a discount which we were very happy with. This is our second purchase thru CAS and as before it was excellent!!
Great & quick intervention Thank you so much for Treshna who helped quickly and compassionately with financial concerns, who help solve return./exchange form of my fridge that did not fit the reserved space. I greatly appreciate the kindness and thoughtfullness of Treshna . May you be blessed for your compassion and professionalism.
Worst return experience I ever encountered. The lies and roadblocks also restocking fee will take years off your patience as well cause you to start distrusting retailers.Stay away for your own sanity. The store where the customer is treated like a crook. You have been forewarned
Spoke with Sheshna this morning regarding my order for a new refrigerator. She was great to deal with and gave me all the details I required for the delivery of said item.
The after sales department (Paul and Treshna) were amazing! They took care of our defective appliances quickly and did a thorough job making sure we received replacement items in a timely manner.
I was unable to chat with sales online until I used another computer to talk to them. I realized that the previous salesperson had blocked me for no reason.CAS replied saying the salesperson had just disconnected, that's not true. In reality, the salesperson had banned my IP address. I had to use another computer to continue. Once I chatted with another salesperson, she recalled all the previous records. It shows the previous salesperson banned me for 180 days without any reason.
Delivery schedule was easy to follow with resl time tracking and Yoven was able to assist quickly.
It was a pleasure connecting with Kien at the markham CAS and Treshna from after sales for the purchase of my Bosch dishwasher.  Treshna and Kien were especially helpful with my post install junction box return, answering all my emails and contacting me by phone to make sure everything was smooth. Overall a very pleasant first experience with CAS end to end and will shop there again for the wide selection of appliance models.
I liked that the person who took my call had all the information on my latest purchase before I even started talking. He was extremely courteous and helped me with all the information I needed.
Sheshna was very helpful in making sure my questions were answered and delivery arranged as a high priority.
Vidya was very friendly and helpful when I called to change the items in my order. Great prices overall. Would definitely recommend.
I purchased the refrigerator, Kitchenaid from Rob at 6:55pm June 6th and it was installed June 7th at 8:55. Perfect fridge. Spoke to Marisha at 7:30 June 7, she confirmed the delivery is on the way. I am extremely happy with the service and the product.
wish I didn t have to spend hours waiting to chat online as my issue is important...very important
After several errors were made my stove was not delivered on the day it scheduled for. The delivery company was called at 2 p.m. to update a cell phone number and they indicated they would call the truck. They did not and the product did not get delivered. Yoven from CAS, responded to the situation and took care of things for me - way to go!
The service was okay at the time, but the problem is that our washing machine started liking two and a half years later. These LG washers and dryers don't come cheap, and paying a considerable fee to repair them is frustrating. We have yet to find out why it is leaking, but needless to say, I am not impressed with LG and Canadian Appliance for selling these items to us; even the drier drying sensor is not functioning that well. We don't do many loads— only two of us are home—so I'm very disappointed. You have a one-year warranty, assuming it could break after, and we paid over $2500! Ridiculous!
I had a small issue. Rabishek Longloll contacted me and we were able to deal with the problem quickly and efficiently.
After a very unpleasant and frustrating interaction on the 1877 number, I called CAS directly and got thru to Aisha. She answered the phone by greeting me by my first name, letting me know that in fact, she knew who I was since I called from my number. She was polite, prompt and anticipated my questions. She completely turned my experience around and made me feel valued and heard. On this alone, I would but my next appliance from CAS
This is the first time purchasing a product I knew little about, Sonia was very knowlegable and helpful. Our experience overall for the selection and avability. was excellent
Our fridge broke, we needed a new one urgently, placed the order online and installed the unit the very next day. Thanks to Sheshna for making the logistics easy!
Placed an order for a range hood on CAS’s website. Abhishek R. called right away for arranging the delivery. I chose the next day and it did arrive as promised. Thumbs up for the service!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

After testing several fraud prevention products online, we could certainly say the winner is a browser extension called Guardio. It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
