Is canadavetexpress.com Legit?

I was going to order the heartgard have been purchasing it from vet express for years. But I question the heartgard, the packaging isn’t the same and the manufacturer hasn’t changed it so I don’t believe it’s the the real deal.

I previously ordered a topical from Canadavetexpress.com and no problems. Today I tried a re-order online and by phone, and no go. Called and was told all shipments to US and Canada are suspended. Was good. No more. Guessing regulatory. Looks like the local veterinarian union got their way with international Customs.

I have been doing business with them for over two years and I have always been very pleased with their service. Their website is down. I called them up and they said that it is going to take one more month before we can order again, as they had login security issues.

I’ve used CanadaVetExpress several years. Meds for my dog were same as what our vet has only cost less which I was grateful for. Their website says “Not available in your region.” I even tried calling and the number never went through. Does anyone know what’s happening? I was able to email them and they emailed me back. They have suspended all logistics and unfortunately they don’t have a date as to when they will be operational. They apologized for any inconveniences may have caused.

I love this company never had a problem. Always got my items always legit . Now im reading we are getting the same message.Not available in your region ! Best reliable company around Whats happening 😔

I have been using them for many years now and have never had an issue. It ships from UK and comes surprisingly quickly. Their website has seemed to be down the past couple days so I had to look around for similar options to buy my dogs’ meds. I only found one that compares price wise, much lower than others I found, so hoping I am just as satisfied with this other company.

I have been using Canada vet express for about 20 years I have never had any problems with them. it does take about 3 weeks to get to Ga. but it has to go through customs.

So this company is called Canadavetexpress implying that it is based in Canada and the prices are in Canadian dollars. So you go through the whole ordering process when at the very end, just beside the total, US$ suddenly appears (for the first time). This means that in CAD your purchase is 25% higher than you are lead to believe. This is not what I consider fair and ethical practice.

I read the less than inviting reviews of "Canadavetexpress". I decided to try them anyway because of their excellent pricing, free shipping and additional discounts. That total was less than half of what my vet charged.In less than 10 business days; including a National holiday; the same unexpired Bravecto I have used for years was delivered to me in rural Oklahoma.Am I HAPPY with Canadavetexpress? YES!!!Will I do business with Canadavetexpress in the future? ABSOLUTELY!!!

They definitely sell fraudulent merchandise. I bought 4 Seresto cat flea collars and all of them were fakes. I compared the tins that the collars were received from Canada Vet express, and it did not indicate that they were made in Germany. Instead, they referenced an address In South Africa. The collars didn't have any reflectors and the wrapping of them was clear, not with the Seresto logo and the collar ingredients. Do not purchase Seresto flea collars from these guys!

I have been a very satisfied customer for years until now, April 2023. I went online to re-order and get a message that 'website under construction'. I emailed customer support and and it bounced back as 'undeliverable - rejected as SPAM'. BUT 2 days later received a reply stating they 'no longer deliver to California'. I called customer support, using ph # from a past order, and was told by an agent (clearly over-seas and difficult to understand) that they can ship anywhere in the US EXCEPT California and he would be happy to take my order. It sounded way too fishy and I hung up. Why did he say he would be happy to take my order if he had just told me he could not ship to California?

"Canada" In The Name but Don't Ship HereThis company is called Canada Vet Express yet they do not ship to Canada. How does that make any sense whatsoever ??? I contacted customer service about why my order would not go through and got the following reply: We do not ship our products to Canada due to certain limitation and logistics issue our products are returning back undelivered hence we have stopped shipping.Once this issue is resolved we restart shipping to Canada, we will update it on our website for shipping in Canada.To me this screams of red flags, false advertising, and fraudulent products being sold.

I’ve been using CVE for many years. A former coworker had told me about it. Authentic quality products and very competitive prices. Only one time I received a shipment (Frontline and Heartgard) where one of the items had a earlier expiration date then the rest of the order. I called CVE and they immediately sent me a replacement. They are in UK. Money was taken from my checking account for my order then a day or so later they sent me an email to confirm. Customer service was horrible!! Then they cancelled my order. They did then did a pre authorization of my order amount so I was double charged. Had to have my bank cancel second preauthorization since it was fraudulent. They did refund my money from the order. DO NOT recommend!!!!

I have ordered several times from Canada Vet Express and have had nothing but great experiences with them. I was unable to afford to treat all of the park cats, who visit my back yard, for fleas and parasites until a librarian friend told me about this site. They have exactly what I need at prices that I can afford and without a costly membership fee. I am very grateful for finding them.

I'm just going to say this in small words so you may understand. First- My bank nor my credit card charges these "fees." Secondly, YOU cancelled my order stating that YOU, a company that is literally called CanadaVetExpress, do not ship to Canada. Then you had the audacity to put this into a customer service email to me :"As a gesture of goodwill, we would be more than happy to provide you a good discount on your next purchase that will take care of any such fees."Where exactly will I be shipping this so-called order to?Shaking my head at this company's incompetence.

The meds I receive are sometimes from Australia, or Singapore. Haven't had delivery problems. Once took 2 months, but usually in 2 weeks. Try a small order first & see what you think for yourself. excellent prices. I'd recommend them.

Took over 10 days for delivery. Tracking the package, i can see it appeared a series of shipping errors. I suggest you stop using USPS and find a dependable delivery service. Having been in the mail business myself, I know you can contract with companies like FedX and UPS for package discounts. Just horrible how USPS is failing in delivering the mail and packages. It affects your business when they fail.

Same issue as most here ordered from them thinking they are canadian and my order never showed up. But the customer service wasnt bad for me like some said i was offered a discount after waiting for a month for nexgard for my dog and they gave me a full refund and even followed up to see if it arrived like 7 weeks after the fact. Not sure why it comes from the UK so its deceiving never ordering from them again
