On-line chat person was very helpful. But am very disappointed that my cat's rX was not sent out due to a glitch in your system. Have spent quite a lot of time overall --contacting her specialist and her regular vet and various pharmacies near me--to try to get a refill so that she doesn't go without her inhaler.

Very difficult to order through this company. I would not use Canada Drugs but my medicine that I have used for decades has been discontinued. Once I paid the delivery process went well.

My issue was resolved via chat and then phone. The website was a little awkward this time: it didn't show I uploaded my check yesterday and required a new script, although I still had two refills remaining. Otherwise, I am happy with this service as long as I allow at least 3 weeks between when I order and when the script arrives from New Zealand.

They keep referring me to customer service for an answer to my question about alternative delivery services such as UPS or FED EX instead of the striking postal service but I never get a reply

Trustan was very good, but the problem I'm dealing with has not been resolved. I believe that CDD misread my doctor's prescription for 4 refills of 3 combivent inhalers as 4 inhalers total. Because of this I have to get my doctor to re-prescribe.

I asked for expedited shipping, but day and ageed there is no chance that once it’s filled and packaged, it will be 7 - 10 days. In these days and age the “no possibility” of expedited shipping between Canada and the USA seems very unlikely.

Ease of ordering online -- payment and uploading prescription. Cost of drug is so much less.

I have an order that was shipped Oct 2nd. The 20 business days for delivery expired on Oct 30th. I have spoken/chatted with several agents about the status of the order and have gotten misleading/confusing information. Tracking said it arrived and went to USPS. Another agent said it was held up in customs. Yet another said he would reorder. Another said it cleared customs and would be delivered. Today, one said it was still held in customs and I had to wait until Nov13 to see if it would be delivered. Yet another said they were requesting a reorder. I am thoroughly frustrated with this process and the conflicting information and as of today, still no package.

Customer service was very helpful. They were able to get my the info I needed quickly. Helped me to understand the questions I had about my order. Was and easy which is appreciated.

The customer service agent was very helpful and quick, something I appreciate SO MUCH. I mean the other night I was trying to chat with the Verizon customer service people and I was literally stuck on there for HOURS & then got disconnected before solving my problem >:/ lol but you guys are great. I really appreciate this company and the service you provide. It's a great thing for those of us trapped in the US. The reason I didn't give 5 stars this time though is because I think if you send emails with a $20 discount code, but it doesn't say anywhere except at the very bottom in tiny lettering, that there's a minimum purchase of $99 required to use the discount code. I think that's a little misleading and discount codes should say very clearly what the requirements are. Still, thank you for what you guys do

I researched reviews before ordering and the only concern I saw was paying with their pay site. I did what someone else had done, and uploaded a check which was very easy. I did confirm what I was doing with their live chat and that was refreshingly quick, and VERY helpful.

I can't praise this company enough. Once they had my order from my doctor, everything moved quickly. I got a call from a nice man who reinforced the information we had been given earlier. everything was exactly as described. We were notified when the product was shipped, and received detailed information from the Global Package Tracking service. We were told to expect delivery in 10 to 20 business days, counting from the day of shipment, Aug.19, 2024. It arrived in seven regular calendar days, on Aug. 26, 2024. We were thrilled and amazed. This was our first experience dealing with international drugs. We understand that it was made France, packaged and sent from Great Britain, all of which was directed be Canada Drugs Direct. We couldn't be more pleased.

I didn't check my emails to understand that the order was not going through due to not having an Rx. I thought I had one in your hands. I didn't. The resulting wait meant I had to go buy some pills locally which was expensive. My fault.

The process is mostly easy and efficient. The pricing is wonderful! However, it was confusing in a few ways. I was supposed to get a credit for posting on Facebook but it wasn't automatically put against my order; I had to request it. And it was difficult to decipher whether or not I had refills. The form asked for a prescription but I knew I probably had refills available.
